Dear Sir or Madam, Our company provides LinkedIn Pro versions for some employees. Some accounts are paid through PayPal ([redacted]), while others are paid with a credit card under Johannes Thunert with the last four digits [redacted]. We have a few inquiries: 1. Could you please provide us with the names of the employees whose subscriptions are covered so we can verify if we are still paying for former employees? 2. We are missing several invoices and need guidance on whom to contact internally or if we can request invoices ourselves on behalf of our team. 3. Could all future invoices be directed to invoicing@distribusion moving forward? Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Otto Kuster Finance

I am having trouble accessing www.linkedin.com as the site is not responding, displaying an error message "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT." To troubleshoot, check your internet connection, proxy settings, and firewall. Ensure all cables are connected properly, and you may need to restart your routers and modems. It is recommended to allow Opera access in your firewall and antivirus settings, or try removing and re-adding it if already permitted. If using a proxy server, verify the settings or contact the network administrator for assistance. To disable the proxy server, go to Main menu > Settings > Change proxy settings > LAN Settings and uncheck "Use a proxy server for your LAN."

Hello, I upgraded to premium to contact a lecturer at my university for a reference as there was no other way to contact him. I used it only once that day and expected not to be charged since it was a free trial. I recently discovered LinkedIn has been charging my account monthly despite my attempts to cancel while being abroad in Qatar. I only used premium for that one occasion, which should be verifiable. I managed to cancel my subscription today. As a recent graduate facing unemployment and financial constraints, I kindly request a refund. I was unaware of the continued charges post-trial and hoped for a notification or automatic stop. I appreciate your understanding of my circumstances. Thank you for your consideration.

Hello, I have been experiencing difficulty accessing my account due to being unexpectedly logged out and unable to pass the security check prompt. Despite trying various troubleshooting steps like restarting my phone and reinstalling the app multiple times, I continue to encounter this issue both on the app and my browser. This problem has even hindered my ability to reset my password effectively, as it redirects me back to the security check. I have not found a solution on the forums due to not being able to log in to post a new inquiry. I am also struggling to find a specific email for customer support at LinkedIn. If there isn't one available, I am unsure of how to address this matter as an international user. Thank you for your help. Best, Jillian

When I signed up, I followed the instructions on the sign-up page to cancel my subscription using the URL provided, linkedin.com/sales/settings. Unfortunately, this was not the correct location to cancel. I encountered difficulties while using my cell phone to navigate through the process. The mobile app directed me to request a refund without offering a way to contact the billing department. After some searching, I found guidance on gethuman.com from LinkedIn via email. However, due to Gmail categorizing LinkedIn emails under "Social," I missed the instructions on cancelling the trial. Currently, I have a substantial number of emails in the "Social" folder that I rarely check. I am seeking a refund for the first billed month of the premium subscription, amounting to Eighty Eight dollars, as I faced challenges with LinkedIn's cancellation process. Although I have successfully cancelled the subscription now, I hope LinkedIn will refund the billed amount due to the inconvenience caused.

I recently received an email with an attachment from a recruiter whose account was hacked. I acted swiftly to change my password, but unfortunately, the attachment had already been sent to all 89 of my contacts. Despite my efforts to warn others, the situation escalated as someone in Nigeria managed to change my password before I could. This individual also targeted my Hotmail account. My repeated attempts to regain access and reset the password have been fruitless as the hacker promptly changes it upon my attempts. Consequently, my account is now blocked and to verify my identity, I am required to upload a copy of my driver's license or passport. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am a paying LinkedIn member with over 16,[redacted] connections, mainly consisting of Sales Representatives and Manufacturers. Despite understanding the need to monitor invitations, I feel unfairly placed on permanent restriction. My connections are all relevant to my businesses, helping me meet new people and promote my products across Midwest states. I believe that my usage of LinkedIn as a marketing tool for my businesses should be taken into account to lift this restriction. You can visit my website at www.pathwaytoleads.com.

I am concerned about a job offer I received on LinkedIn from a person based in the UK who wants to pay by check. This seems suspicious and potentially fraudulent. His name is Daniel Savident. He offered me a Virtual Office Assistant position at BLU KANGAROO CONSULTING LTD. I have requested a job description and more details from him. Can you please help me block him to prevent others from falling for the scam? Here are the messages exchanged between us. Thank you. Elianne

I am frustrated. When I worked at Dow, I had a LinkedIn account linked to it. Now, I can't access it or see what's going on there. I believe I should have the ability to view the account and manage it as needed. Even though I left Dow nearly three years ago, I still possess the correct password and email associated with the account. I understand the security measures, but I should be allowed to access my own account without having to create a new one.

Hello, I am frustrated by the situation I am currently facing with my LinkedIn Learning trial. Despite canceling before the deadline as per the instructions found on your website, I was still charged for a month on my boyfriend's credit card, as he kindly allowed me to use it for the trial. Upon checking my account, I discovered that I still have a premium subscription even though I had canceled the LinkedIn Learning Premium account. I had intended to upgrade to a premium service in the future to enhance my networking opportunities during and after my educational pursuits. However, this experience has left me questioning the integrity of your business practices. I hope we can resolve this issue promptly and restore my confidence in LinkedIn. I can be reached at my email address, [redacted], and the payment card belongs to Steven C Sweet, ending in [redacted].

I am a representative from a company that has discovered two unauthorized pages on your website. We are requesting the removal of these pages as our team did not create them nor have access to them. Some employees mistakenly linked their personal accounts, thinking they were linking to the correct company profile on LinkedIn. We respectfully ask for the removal of these "fake" accounts to pave the way for the creation of an official company profile. We are prepared to provide any necessary verification to prove our authenticity and ownership. Although I reached out to LinkedIn previously, the matter was unresolved. I am dissatisfied with the lack of assistance received thus far and am hopeful for prompt and accurate support from your end. Warm regards,

I received a message from someone using LinkedIn for dating purposes. The person contacted me through my work email address. Here is the email I received from McCormick Dalton <[redacted]>: Hello Stephanie Upton, I came across your profile on LinkedIn and would like to communicate with you outside of the platform. I usually stick to business only on LinkedIn but am making an exception. I am interested in sharing more about myself and getting to know you better. I understand if this is unconventional and hope no offense is taken. You can find my LinkedIn profile under the name Dalton McCormick. I am attaching some pictures so you can see who I am. Looking forward to your response. Best regards, Dalton McCormick I would like to report this individual for misusing LinkedIn for personal reasons.

Hello, I was surprised to discover that my profile still appears in search results when my name is Googled. I distinctly recall deactivating my account years ago. When I attempted to log in recently, I was unsuccessful. None of the email addresses I typically used are recognized, nor is my telephone number. To verify my identity, I require access to my email; however, if none of the addresses are recognized, I am unsure how to proceed. It has been a frustrating experience. Here is the link to my profile: [redacted]. Please advise me on the necessary steps to address this. I have no desire to be associated with LinkedIn or similar platforms. I deeply regret creating this profile initially. Thank you, Liza M.
