Hello,
I have been unable to access my entire LinkedIn profile for the past two days due to some extensions/apps I downloaded on my Chromebook. I have taken steps to reset my Chromebook to its original settings after deleting/removing/turning off the extensions. I have also replied to an email from a Customer Service representative who first alerted me to the access issue. I have sent two responses to the generic email seeking guidance on what further actions are needed to restore access to my LinkedIn profile. This is urgent for me as I recently lost my job and need to apply for new positions promptly. I have been a LinkedIn Career Premium subscriber for several months and need to utilize the Easy Apply feature to apply for jobs quickly to support my unemployment benefit claims. I am looking for advice on what steps are outstanding or the next expectations. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
Best regards,

I am with a company that recently acquired Pinnacle Bank Florida, now known as Cogent Bank. The original LinkedIn page for Pinnacle Bank is inaccessible, and our executives need assistance in editing it to reflect the new name and ownership. The email and password for the existing page are unknown. What steps do we need to take to prove ownership and gain access to make the necessary updates? Your help is much appreciated. Thank you.

On Monday, December 17, [redacted], around 3 p.m., I canceled my free premium subscription to avoid being charged on December 19, [redacted]. Despite canceling on time, I was still charged for the subscription. I did not receive a confirmation email or number after the cancellation. I realized I canceled using a public Wi-Fi at the library, which might have caused the cancellation not to process correctly due to internet issues. I have been facing challenges with accessing my Google accounts, including Gmail linked to LinkedIn. I have initiated a dispute with my bank, but I would like to connect with a LinkedIn representative to resolve this matter promptly. Although I found the reminder email about the cancellation in my spam folder, I never received a confirmation email in my inbox or spam. Can I please speak with a representative by phone? My contact number is [redacted].

I recently submitted a copy of my passport to address the restriction on my LinkedIn account, but I have not received any feedback in the past two days.
I am requesting another chance to regain access to my LinkedIn account so that I can permanently close it, instead of dealing with account restrictions repeatedly in the future. I have two accounts affected by this issue:
1. An account registered under the email [[redacted]] that was restricted some time ago.
2. Another account registered under the email [[redacted]] that is currently restricted for the second time.
I have appealed for the restrictions to be lifted so I can close these accounts. I seek urgent assistance in resolving this unintentional duplication of accounts.
Thank you,
N. Alzaabi

Hello, I need urgent assistance.
I am an employee at Knightsbridge Recruitment who previously managed a Chief of Staff position. The job was filled, and I took down the listing from our site and Secs in the City on December 10th.
Recently, I have received emails from applicants interested in the position over the past week. This is troubling as it is illegal to post a nonexistent job.
When I searched the job title, the first link on LinkedIn displayed the role with my original text. This misinformation is distressing and awkward when I have to clarify the job's nonexistence to candidates.
I kindly request the following urgent actions:
• Remove the advertisement
• Investigate who posted it on your site (not anyone from Knightsbridge)
• Prevent such incidents from occurring in the future
I am worried that my client might come across the ad.
Thank you for your prompt attention.
Best regards,

Since April [redacted], I have been a LinkedIn Premium member paying for my subscription through Apple iTunes. Currently unemployed, I utilize LinkedIn extensively for networking and job searches. However, frustration sets in after a day or two of activity when I encounter the message: "Upgrade to Premium to continue searching. Your activity suggests you use LinkedIn to recruit or generate leads." This prevents me from viewing search results, hindering my job search process. I must wait for the message to clear before resuming my Premium service. I seek assistance with this matter. Thank you.

Hello, I wanted to update you that my account was working fine for a day after the temporary restriction was lifted, but now I am facing issues again.
Whenever I log in, LinkedIn sends a code to my phone. I enter the code on the site, agree to the User Agreement, and then it prompts me to re-enter the security code. This cycle keeps repeating, and I cannot access my account.
I followed the instructions to remove Adobe Perspective, but I am still being asked to remove it. I attempted to fix this on both my phone and another desktop, but the problem persists.
I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

I am experiencing issues with my old LinkedIn account linked to an outdated email address, [redacted] When I attempt to verify my identity using another email, it just keeps looping back to the account search page repeatedly. I am interested in updating my account details but have found it impossible so far. If updating is not an option, I would appreciate it if the account could be deleted to start fresh.
I prefer to use my current primary email, [redacted], but when I input it on the account search page, it states no LinkedIn account is associated with it. However, when I try to use [redacted] for verification, it says the email address is already in use on LinkedIn. This situation is quite frustrating.

Hello, I am Gene Hong. I am reaching out about an issue with the billing for the LinkedIn Recruiter Lite package. Affording this service is a challenge for me, and I am hoping for assistance in resolving this matter.
I initiated a free trial for the package on September 19th with the understanding that I would be notified to cancel within 7 days of the trial period expiring. Unfortunately, I did not receive any reminders and missed the deadline.
After a few days post the trial period, I realized my oversight and attempted to cancel the subscription online. Despite this, I have now received a bill from a collection agency for a full year of service. I kindly request help in waiving this bill. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I stumbled upon your profile and found it interesting, and I would like to share more about myself with you. I am open to getting to know you better if you are single and interested in further communication. Feel free to look me up on LinkedIn under Dalton McCormick. I have attached a couple of recent photos for you to see who you are communicating with.

To whom it may concern,
I am writing to dispute the charge for my premium LinkedIn subscription due to unforeseen circumstances that occurred on my end.
On December 19, [redacted], my mobile phone was stolen, which was my only means of accessing the internet. Today, upon acquiring a new phone, I was surprised to see that I had been billed for a year's premium subscription that I did not intend to purchase.
Given that I have not utilized the service due to its lack of usefulness to me, it is evident that this subscription was not intentional on my part.
I have a crime number available if needed for verification with Nottingham City Police regarding the situation. I am requesting a full refund for the entire year's subscription.
I anticipate your prompt response.
Sincerely,
Tyler H.

I also want to understand how the individual was able to use my Outlook email to send messages to my LinkedIn account, which then appeared in my Outlook mailbox.
Thank you for your assistance.

Subject: Unauthorized Payments on Linkedin Account
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am contacting you regarding two unauthorized payments made from my online account to Linkedin. On 21st November [redacted], there was a payment of 19,[redacted], and on 21st December [redacted], another payment of 19,[redacted]. These payments were not authorized by me. I had only agreed to a payment of 6,[redacted] on 22nd October [redacted]. I was not informed or aware of any further debits exceeding this amount.
Despite attempting to block the unauthorized payments after receiving a notification of the 19,[redacted] debit on 21st November, I was unable to stop them. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience, and the continual debits post-revoking authorization demonstrate a lack of attention to detail on your part.
Name: Rakesh Garg
Linkedin ID: [redacted]
Unauthorized Payment Amounts: 19,[redacted] and 19,[redacted]
I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter. Please cancel my subscription and reverse the unauthorized debits promptly.
Best regards,
Rakesh G.
