I am encountering difficulty creating a LinkedIn account as it indicates that my phone number is already linked to an existing account. However, upon attempting to log in, it states my email is not registered. After following the prompts to reset my password using my phone number, I was prompted to enter my first and last name, which it could not locate. Subsequently, trying to sign up with my email reached the same issue of my phone number being linked elsewhere. I attempted to contact customer service, but alas, the service is unavailable in my region. I kindly request assistance in disassociating my phone number from the current account holder to resolve this issue and allow me to create my own LinkedIn account promptly.

I enrolled in the free trial of the LinkedIn Premium plan on August 14, [redacted], which ended on September 14, [redacted]. However, I cancelled the trial on September 6, [redacted], at 7:31 pm EST. After reviewing my bank statement, I noticed that I have been charged CA$34.99 every month since September 15, [redacted], totaling CA$[redacted].97. Luckily, I had taken a screenshot when I cancelled the premium plan, which clearly shows that I would not be billed further and would retain access until September 14, [redacted]. Today, I have cancelled the premium account again and noted that I initially cancelled it before the trial period ended.

I am experiencing trouble logging into my LinkedIn account under the name Haider Anis with the email address [redacted] I contacted the LinkedIn support team regarding this issue, but they have repeatedly informed me that I violated their terms of service without providing specific details or explanations. Despite my inquiries about the specific violation, they have not offered any further information, only reiterating the same vague response. I have worked hard to build a network of over 10,[redacted] connections on the platform, accumulated over a considerable period. It is distressing to feel that my account and connections are in jeopardy due to this situation. I am concerned that my account may have been compromised, adding to my stress and affecting my well-being. I am seeking assistance to regain access to my account and clarity on the alleged violation. The lack of communication and support from LinkedIn has been disheartening, and I hope for a resolution to this issue soon.

Hello, I recently signed up for the free LinkedIn Premium service for one month. Today was the cancellation deadline, but I was surprised to see a charge of £24.95 on my account. I canceled the subscription through my account, but it appears the payment was already processed. I did not receive any prior notification that the complimentary service was coming to an end, which I believe should be standard practice for a reputable platform like LinkedIn. I am kindly requesting a refund as I have already discontinued the service on 18/11/18. Please initiate the refund and provide confirmation via email. I have also revoked the pre-authorization through PayPal, and I trust they will handle my request professionally. I am hopeful for a positive response from your side. Best regards, Waseem Q.

I recently received an unexpected email from what appeared to be Linked In, indicating that Tobi Zausner had accepted my invitation to connect on the platform. I had created a Linked In account years ago for the purpose of reconnecting with old friends and exploring potential opportunities, but had not been active on it for quite some time. It was surprising to see this notification as I had not sent an invitation to Tobi Zausner, and I was aware that she did not engage in social media due to professional reasons. After researching, I discovered Linked In had experienced a hacking incident in [redacted] and suspected foul play in this instance. Concerned about the security of my computer, I promptly deleted my Linked In account. I am considering leaving Facebook as well. I would appreciate any advice on further steps to safeguard my computer.

I urgently need assistance to regain access to my rightful LinkedIn account and prevent further unauthorized access. Please help me address this hacking and extortion situation promptly. You can reach me at my mobile number, [redacted]. If you need to leave a message, please provide a direct line for me to call back, not an [redacted] number.

Dear LinkedIn Help Team, I am experiencing difficulty signing in to my LinkedIn account and would appreciate your assistance in restoring it after mistakenly requesting its closure. My name is MBA MIB under the name Mustapha Ben Amira. I have tried accessing my account using my email ([redacted]) and password but have been unsuccessful, encountering an error message stating, "Hmm, we don't recognize that email. Please try again." When attempting to reset my password, I received a message stating, "We couldn't find a LinkedIn account associated with your email." I have attempted different internet browsers without success. I cancelled my free trial membership on November 9th, but was a few hours late. Although I received a message stating my account was cancelled and I wouldn't be charged, £[redacted].88 was debited from my bank account on the same day. I do not want an annual premium membership and urgently need to cancel it and receive a refund. I am struggling to find a contact number to resolve this issue promptly. Please assist me promptly as I am experiencing financial strain due to this unexpected charge. Thank you. I also emailed yesterday about this matter, but I have not received a response yet. This situation is troubling because I don't have enough funds in my account to cover my bills.

I am locked out of my account and it seems to have been hacked. The hacker changed my name to Charles Krooger, removed my phone number and email address, and altered my LinkedIn password. The fraudulent email address now associated with my account is [redacted] I discovered this by Googling my LinkedIn profile, which is currently inaccessible. My website is still up at www.howtobeabroker.com. I received an email confirming a password change from LinkedIn, but I did not make this change. My phone number was also removed. My contacts are receiving messages from the hacker using the name Charles Kooger Ingle. I am unable to access my account and I am unsure where my passport copy sent to LinkedIn has gone.

Hello, I am experiencing issues with my LinkedIn account being locked, which is affecting my extensive connections on the platform. The reason appears to be "too many page views," which contradicts the purpose of LinkedIn itself. After submitting my ID as requested, I received a response stating that it could not be approved for reasons such as the type of ID not being supported or the ID being unreadable. Given that my ID is in Cyrillic Alphabet, I believe this may be the cause of the rejection. I would appreciate guidance on the next steps to resolve this matter. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Elizabeta

I have come across an account linked to fraudulent activity that is relevant to an ongoing legal case. I believe it is associated with the website Mugshots.com, and four individuals have been charged with multiple crimes in relation to this. I request that the linkedin profile connected to this account not be altered or removed, even if it is fraudulent. It's important to preserve it in its current state to accurately reflect the actions of the alleged CEO involved in this illicit operation. Any attempts to modify the profile may be an effort to conceal their fraudulent activities. While I don't have legal expertise, I'm a concerned citizen who wishes to ensure that this individual, accused of running an extortion scheme, does not tamper with evidence of their wrongdoing during the investigation. I encourage whoever is managing this account to cooperate with the California Attorney General's office and share any information that could be helpful in this matter.

Hello LinkedIn Support, I have noticed an issue where someone else's picture is appearing when I google image search my name, despite having changed my LinkedIn profile picture. It seems like a third party might be using my personally identifying information to display a colleague's picture instead of mine. Could you please investigate this matter for me? Thank you. Hello, I joined the free trial of an online tutorials and training platform based on a friend's recommendation. Initially, I provided my credit card information to access the trial, thinking it was just for that purpose. However, I accidentally chose a paid plan due to my busy schedule and forgot about it. I expected to receive an email before the trial ended, but I was surprised to find charges of Php2,[redacted].40 and Php2,[redacted].32 (NZ$79.99 and NZ$69.56) for the past few months. I couldn't benefit from the free trial as I intended. I am seeking a refund of Php 5,[redacted].72 (NZ$[redacted].55) as I don't plan to continue the subscription right now due to other financial commitments. I appreciate your assistance in processing the refund promptly. Thank you for your attention. Best regards, R. G.

I signed up for the 30-day free trial of LinkedIn Premium on October 18, [redacted]. During a recent business trip to Europe, I tried to cancel the subscription through the mobile app but encountered difficulties. I discovered an impending annual charge on my AMEX, attempted to call the provided number, only to find it directed me to a recording with the company's address. When I returned home, I cancelled the subscription and sought resolution from the company. Despite being informed that refunds are not offered, I am pursuing a full refund and have disputed the charge with AMEX to prevent further fees. My complaints are as follows: 1. Canceling a subscription via the mobile app seems intentionally challenging on LinkedIn. 2. The lack of straightforward contact options for issue resolution, leading to an unhelpful automated message, is unacceptable. 3. The refund policy lacks customer consideration; legal advice suggests its unreasonableness. In light of the above, I urge LinkedIn to address these concerns promptly. Failure to respond may result in me sharing my experience online and with the Better Business Bureau. Best regards, R. B.

Hi, Happy Thanksgiving. I recently signed up for LinkedIn Premium content to explore it and used my PayPal account to set it up. However, over the last month, I have not used any of its features, yet I was charged $40 today. I would like to cancel the Premium subscription and request a refund promptly. If a refund is not possible, please deactivate the charge to prevent future deductions. I would appreciate the refund, especially since I am facing financial difficulties after recently losing my job and needing to relocate. I believe LinkedIn is a valuable tool, but due to my current circumstances, I have had to prioritize working as a delivery driver over pursuing my chef career. Thank you for your assistance.
