I joined Linkedin for work-related purposes, and initially, everything was running smoothly. However, the next day, I encountered issues signing in as it kept stating my password was incorrect, despite it being accurate. After managing to access my account, Linkedin requested my ID, which I promptly uploaded. Unfortunately, a week later, they notified me of a permanent restriction with no explanation provided. Subsequently, I attempted to create a new account, but encountered the same issue three times. I urgently need my account for work, and seek assistance in resolving this matter.
I attempted to reach out for help via the chat box, but it necessitates signing in, which I'm unable to do given my account restriction. Similarly, the contact us option also requires signing in, creating a predicament as my account is currently restricted.

I did not wish to extend this trial period and unfortunately, I did not receive a cancellation reminder via email. To my surprise, the subscription fee has been charged to my credit card. I have been using LinkedIn for over a decade. Today, when I tried to log in, I was prompted to complete a verification captcha. After doing so, it requested my first and last names, current job title, and employer for supposed verification purposes. Despite my compliance, a new account was unexpectedly created.
Subsequently, whenever I log in using my email and password, I am redirected to this new account. I am seeking help to regain access to my original account.

I have noticed that we can save articles on our LinkedIn profile that interest us. In the saved section, there are our own written articles, learning activities, and our saved articles. I have a question regarding managing them. Since I have over a thousand saved articles, I am curious if there is a search bar or any other way to easily locate specific articles instead of scrolling through all of them. Do I need to upgrade to a premium LinkedIn account for this feature? Thank you.

Hello, I have been logged out of my account twice, with the reason given that I am using a search tool, which is not the case. I manually search for people I know, such as schoolmates, childhood friends, and friends of friends from Ghana and other countries. My account has been temporarily restricted for identity verification, but I am currently unable to complete the process due to the limitations on acceptable forms of verification. I cannot use my work or university address, and my legal name differs from the one I typically use. I am stuck and seeking an alternative method to regain control of my account, understand the issue, prevent it in the future, and establish a reliable way to verify my identity. It is confusing why verification codes cannot be sent to my email or cell phone, as is common on other sites.

I noticed that I now have two accounts on Linkedin, possibly due to accidentally registering instead of logging in once. When I attempted to delete the second account, regrettably, the correct one got deleted. I am unable to reactivate this account as I continuously receive the message stating: "Your noCAPTCHA response code is missing or invalid." Linkedin is unable to send me the one-time signup link to my email or a verification code to my cell phone.

I recently noticed a charge on my account for a one-year Premium subscription after my trial ended on October 28th. I was surprised by this charge as I did not authorize it, and I am unable to cancel the subscription or receive a refund. Despite trying to cancel today, it is still active until October [redacted].

I am feeling frustrated with the lack of support from Linkedin regarding my hacked account. Despite providing my driver's license and ID card, the security team deemed them invalid, making it difficult for me to access my account. After multiple failed attempts to open a ticket due to login issues, I finally reached out to support, only to have the restrictions not lifted as promised. Despite paying for a PREMIUM subscription, my issues remain unresolved, and I am unable to log in to fill out a satisfaction survey or attend webinars. I have received conflicting emails, expressing disappointment that I am leaving PREMIUM when I have paid for it twice.
