I received an email bill for a "Premium-Business subscription" that I did not order. The order originated from Venezuela, but I am based in Sweden. When I try to log in, the system prompts:

I am trying to cancel my account that has been inactive for 12 years. Despite verifying my identity, my account was temporarily frozen, which I find frustrating as I have never used it.
