I recently received an email informing me that I have been permanently restricted for allegedly violating policies and professionalism. I have been a member of this platform for 13 years and this is the first time I have encountered such an issue. Previously, I was restricted for sending too many invitations and clearing my requests, but I have always ensured to abide by the policies. Despite reaching out to support for over a week, I did not receive any response until I verified my identity with my driver's license, only to be told about the permanent restriction. I am puzzled as to what specific actions led to this decision, as I have always maintained a positive presence on the platform. While I have encountered issues with scammers and harassers, I have never posted anything offensive. I kindly request a detailed explanation and urge a review of my entire history on the platform. I previously used my work email to sign up but have since retired and can no longer access that account. I need to update my email to my current personal one. My account was in the name of Margaret Mangino but may have been changed to Margaret Bogner after my marriage. My former workplace was Authentic Window Design and my old email was [redacted] I recently received an unsolicited text message from LinkedIn with an authorization code, which has made me concerned about the security of my account. I am dealing with more troubling behavior from a stalker who falsely claims that the Police Chief is on their side, but in reality, the Chief is not supportive of them. The Chief does not share any information with the stalker about my situation and informs me about any false allegations made. The stalker, fearing consequences, avoids passing through our town since the Chief has warned them of possible arrests for aggravated harassment, a serious offense that can lead to imprisonment. I am formally asking the stalker to stop harassing me to avoid legal actions. It's worth noting that someone from the courthouse has looked into the stalker's activities. Despite their false claims, they continue to reside in a problematic environment. The best course of action for the stalker would be to seek therapy to address their issues.

Hello, I recently discovered that my LinkedIn account is temporarily restricted, and I'm unsure why this occurred. I woke up on June 12th only to find this unexpected restriction. As far as I'm aware, I haven't violated any policies. It's crucial for me to regain access promptly. I strive to adhere to LinkedIn's guidelines, so I'm puzzled by the restriction on my account.

I recently bought a new iPhone and noticed issues with my LinkedIn profile linked to my optonline email, [redacted] Since the purchase, I haven't received job alerts, and I can't access my account on either the app or desktop. When I try to view my profile using the link, LinkedIn says it's not found. I've been trying to resolve this via email using a Gmail account. Despite providing my profile link and explaining the situation, the verification process fails as my optonline email is unrecognized. I'm reaching out through Gmail to get assistance in accessing my original profile. I attached screenshots of the errors in my previous messages. Please help me unlock or fix my account to regain access as I rely on it for job opportunities and believe the issue arose during the phone transfer process affecting my LinkedIn account.

I recently got a message from LinkedIn stating that my account had been suspended and that I needed to verify my ID without further explanation. I complied by submitting photos of both sides of my driver's license. Today, I was informed that my account has been permanently banned. This will create significant issues for our marketing department as I manage the company's LinkedIn page and have thousands of followers. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any contact information for LinkedIn to seek assistance as there are no phone numbers or emails provided on their platform.

Hello. I have been an active LinkedIn user for about 6 years. I had around 6,[redacted] followers and published 27 popular Driving articles. Unfortunately, I was locked out of my account recently and asked to provide sensitive information like my SIN and driver's license number. I am hesitant to share this without proper justification. Before this happened, I had set up a new account using the LinkedIn app on my phone but have been unable to access my original account under the email [redacted] I really need to get back to my old account to continue my work or at least retrieve my articles. I recently discovered that my older Linkedin account was unexpectedly dismissed. As I attempted to log in, the platform asked for my social insurance number and driver's license details, which I am hesitant to provide for security reasons. I have been a member for over 6 years and have never been asked for this information before. The situation arose when I got a new cellphone and installed the LinkedIn app. Despite numerous efforts, I have been unable to access my account from my old desktop address, resulting in the loss of access to my published work.

Assisting a friend in setting up my LinkedIn profile, I accidentally left my account logged in on their personal computer. They thought it would be amusing to upload a photo that does not resemble me at all. The picture was quickly reported, resulting in my account being permanently restricted. I acknowledge the necessity of upholding community standards, yet I feel that a permanent restriction is an excessive penalty for a initial offense. I respectfully request a review of this decision and the imposition of a more lenient consequence.

I canceled my premium subscription after the free trial but I am still being charged. I would like to cancel and receive a refund for the two payments I have made. I am uncertain about the payment method I used, but I no longer authorize charges to my credit card or bank account. When attempting to cancel on my LinkedIn account, only the option to reactivate my premium account appears. I am currently experiencing difficulty accessing my account. Five days ago, I was unexpectedly logged out due to suspected "mysterious activities." Shortly before this occurred, I had updated my email address and contact information on my profile. Subsequently, I found myself unable to log back in and was prompted to verify my identity by submitting a picture of my passport, which I promptly did. However, I have not received any communication regarding the status of the verification process, causing significant inconvenience. Creating a new account is not an option for me, as utilizing my LinkedIn profile is crucial for professional purposes. Hello, I have been unable to access my account for the past few days. Whenever I try to log in, I receive an error message stating there is an external issue, but it does not specify the problem. I have received a code via email to reset my password, but after entering it, I am prompted to retrieve another six-digit code via phone. Unfortunately, this code never arrives, leaving me stuck at this stage. Thank you.

My LinkedIn account has been hacked. I noticed in my email that someone was trying multiple times to access my account without success. Eventually, they gained access. I saw in my email that they were able to perform activities with my account, which I couldn't even access myself. I wanted to delete the account, but LinkedIn required an authentication number which was being sent to my old phone number that I no longer have. Since I couldn't contact LinkedIn through my account, I created a new one with a different email address. This is how I discovered my hacked account was still active. When I contacted customer service, they couldn't help me because the email I used was different from the hacked account. I read online that you might be able to assist me in deleting the hacked account. My name is Jessica Maltais, and my email address is [redacted] Thank you for your help.

Recently, I opened my LinkedIn account, but after a few days, it got restricted because I accessed it from both my PC and mobile phone. LinkedIn is now requesting a human verification process that requires me to provide my ID, passport, or driver's license. Unfortunately, I don't have these documents as I am currently living in Bangladesh, where identification documents are not issued to individuals under 18 years old. Since I am only 17 years old, I am unsure how to proceed to regain access to my account now.
