I accepted the offer of the free premium trial month. A few days before the expiration, I tried several times to cancel the subscription, but I never received a confirmation. Later, I received an email confirming the cancellation of the subscription in English. I assumed the cancellation had gone through, but two days ago, I noticed that €70 had been debited from my account. This is a scam! I have emails confirming the cancellation. There seems to be no way to speak with a representative or a clear way to interact with you. This is unprofessional. I am disappointed because LinkedIn is a valuable tool for professionals, but the difficulty in resolving issues is frustrating. I expect this matter to be resolved promptly, and I anticipate a refund of the stolen money.

I have been a professional subscriber, paying over $[redacted] annually, and was unexpectedly locked out of my account a month ago.
