Hello, I need assistance with editing a recommendation from a colleague before publishing it. Despite multiple attempts with Alicia Dolan, we haven't been successful. I need to make sure that my name is spelled correctly as "Anne" and request to add the phrase "the right way" for accuracy. Here is the updated version for your reference:
"I collaborated with Anne on various device launches during my time at AT&T. She demonstrates strategic thinking and creativity while ensuring tasks are completed meticulously. There wasn't a single task or deadline that she couldn't meet. Anne is a dedicated professional who would be a valuable asset to AT&T or any other organization." Thank you.

A message was sent to all my connections promoting a remote job through my profile without my consent. I want to address this issue without having to create a new account. The message included details of a virtual assistant job offering $[redacted] for 2-3 hours of work per week, open to applicants from the USA. It listed tasks like booking travel arrangements and required strong communication skills. The message directed interested candidates to send resumes to [redacted] I am concerned about this misuse of my profile and would appreciate any guidance on how to handle this situation professionally.
Thank you,

I received this message and now my account is not available. As a result, I signed up again using my Facebook information, but unfortunately, all my former contacts are lost. How can I retrieve them?

I am Dana L. Turner, and I am currently experiencing issues with my LinkedIn account. I use Sales Navigator, for which I pay a monthly fee of $**. The account is always paid on time. I was using LinkedIn with a vendor when we realized my account was restricted on Thursday, July **th. My business partner and brother, Mark S Turner (Steve), handles the payments promptly. We are seeking the reinstatement of our service and a credit for the time it was restricted. This account is considered an All-Star Account. Your prompt and professional assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. Respectfully, Dana.

To whom it may concern,
I created a LinkedIn account five years ago but never accessed it or added any details. Lately, I've been receiving emails indicating that my profile is being viewed, possibly by potential employers I've applied to.
I want to log in, check who has searched for me, and then remove my account. Despite attempting to reset my password multiple times using the link provided in the emails, I am unable to log in successfully. I keep getting a message saying, "Hmmm, that doesn't seem to be the correct password."
Please contact me at [redacted] with instructions on accessing my account.
Thank you,

I recently received a connection request from a surgeon at Red Cross as I'm also entering the medical field. However, the contact became overly friendly too quickly, despite claiming to be a surgeon, had poor English skills. After looking online, I found the same photos on a U.S. dating site under a different name. Concerned, I provided personal details under the impression he was a legit medical connection. My email was hacked last week, and I fear he may soon request money, using a story about being on a mission in Syria. I want to prevent him from taking advantage of other vulnerable individuals. Thank you.

I have been receiving multiple connection requests to my personal email, although it is not listed on my LinkedIn profile. However, I have not been receiving any requests at my work email, which is the one provided on my profile. I would like to have my personal Yahoo email address removed from my LinkedIn records as I am concerned about its security after learning that it may have been exposed on the dark web, with LinkedIn cited as the source. I urgently request that any association between my personal email and LinkedIn be eliminated promptly. Kindly advise me on how I can address this issue. Thank you.

Hi,
I established a LinkedIn profile with my previous employers back in January. They eventually went into administration, closing the email accounts, and I lost access to them. I attempted to update my email address and phone number but couldn't verify the change due to the lack of access to my old email account. Despite submitting identification several times, such as pictures of my passport, the verification process failed consistently even with flawless images. I urgently need to update my email and phone number on my account to access it on different devices, not just on my mobile where I am constantly logged in.
I have attempted this previously without success, please assist me or at least acknowledge my request.
Thank you,
Jamie

Hello Team,
I have been unable to access my LinkedIn account for the past 10 days as it has been restricted. Despite providing my genuine ID proof, the issue persists. I received an email from LinkedIn mentioning that my account was restricted due to high traffic and systematically viewing large numbers of pages, which goes against their policies. As a recruiter who connects with many others for job opportunities, this restriction hinders my work. I kindly ask for assistance in reactivating my account and assure you that I will adhere to all LinkedIn terms and policies moving forward to prevent such problems.
Thank you,

Dear Team,
My LinkedIn account has been restricted for the past 10 days, and I am struggling to log in. I have provided my genuine ID proof as requested but still have not been able to resolve the issue.
I received an email from LinkedIn explaining that my account was restricted due to an unusually high volume of page views, despite previous warnings. As a recruiter, it is crucial for me to connect with other recruiters for career opportunities, and this was the reason for the high traffic on my account. I apologize for any inconvenience caused and assure you that I will strictly adhere to LinkedIn's User Agreement and Professional Community Policies in the future to avoid such troubles.
I kindly request your assistance in re-activating my account promptly.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Best regards,

I signed up for a Business Premium trial for one month, but it was automatically renewed without my consent. Upon noticing this, I canceled it and contacted customer support. Unfortunately, [redacted].86 euros were debited from my bank account. I did not authorize this charge, and it was scheduled for [redacted] as stated on the bill. Despite explaining my situation to customer support (I recently lost my job and have financial responsibilities), the payment went through. I haven't utilized any Business Premium features and would like to return to a standard Linkedin account and receive a refund. This whole situation feels fraudulent.

I used to have a regular LinkedIn account, not the premium one. Recently, my account got hacked, and I couldn't log back in because the password was changed. I reached out to LinkedIn multiple times via email for help but never received a response. I tried to find a phone number to call for IT support but couldn't locate one. It's frustrating not to have human contact support. I had around [redacted] to almost [redacted] contacts built over the years, and now they are all gone. I hope I can retrieve them as some contacts are very important to me. Please email me if there's a way to recover them, as contacting through the phone seems challenging.

I am the CEO of Gilda's Club NYC. There are two job postings on Gilda's Club Chicago's account that we did not authorize. The Director of Development and per diem Social Workers positions were never requested by either organization. Despite multiple attempts by five individuals from our organizations contacting LinkedIn, the incorrect job listings remain live for over two weeks. This situation reflects poorly on our reputable non-profits dedicated to supporting cancer patients due to LinkedIn's inability to rectify the error promptly. I am on the verge of taking further action if this issue is not addressed. Please reach out to me without delay to resolve this matter. Your attention is requested after the numerous emails and phone calls made regarding this matter.

I signed up for a free premium service for 60 days but have been unsuccessful in canceling via the account links provided. When attempting to cancel, I received a message stating I could only do so after July [redacted]. It seems my credit card was charged for a year, which I did not authorize. Kindly cancel my premium service before tomorrow, August 1st, and arrange for a refund for the full year. I only intended to use the free trial and found the service did not meet my needs. Thank you for assisting with this matter. - Margaret S.

Dear LinkedIn Team,
I am reaching out for urgent guidance regarding transferring our current paid adverts from the corporate package of ten on Carolina Figoli's account to an active one for Learnlight. Carolina is no longer with us in International HR. I have tried contacting Eva Tejero Dorantes, our point of contact, but she's not available. Cristina BurgueƱo from Finance has suggested Luisa Perez as a new contact, but I'm still waiting for a response. Given the urgency of the situation, any help or alternative contact you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Dear LinkedIn Team,
I recently received the "Unusual LinkedIn Activity - 3rd Notice" email. I appreciate your concern, but I want to clarify that I have never shared or accessed anyone else's Recruiter Lite account.
I also want to thank you for the 30-day trial of the Recruiter Lite premium account, but if you had checked thoroughly, you would have seen that I had already used a trial in the past. I had actually been a paid user of the premium version of Recruiter Lite for several months.
I suggest focusing more on improving the customer experience with your email communication. I do use LinkedIn on two computers, one of which is shared with someone who has a Recruiter's Lite license. It seems this might have been misunderstood as license sharing. Please refrain from sending me further emails about this matter.
Best regards,
Marcin K.

We are facing an issue with two individuals falsely representing themselves as our employees. Our business was previously known as Five Stones Realty and is now called Five Stones Group. Patricia S. and Suzana B. have never been associated with our company. I have taken down our Five Stones Realty page and submitted a formal complaint to Linkedln, but have not yet received any confirmation that the matter is being resolved. Despite our name change, when "Five Stones Realty" is searched on Linkedln, both their names appear alongside my husband and business partner, Vince E. We do not want these individuals linked to our business. Kindly ask them to remove their profiles. I suspect Suzana B.'s profile is fake as she is not a licensed real estate agent on TREC.TEXAS.Gov or HAR.com. Patricia S. is also not listed as working for Keller Williams or my current brokerage, eXp Realty. She is falsely claiming to be part of our team. Please address this issue promptly.

I recently contacted someone named David David who claimed to work at Walmart Starbucks but actually appears to have no affiliation, instead pretending to be part of NU on the health and humanitarian department. This individual, David Taggart, used the name bigdavid111 on LinkedIn and Instagram, stating he was born on 30/11/60 and has since passed away. He offered me a job as a PA and requested my home address for a parcel he wanted me to handle. When I refused, he became aggressive and blocked me. He then tried to engage with my best friend. It is unsettling how people misuse platforms like LinkedIn for such deceitful purposes. We should be cautious of such individuals.
