It's advised to check the server settings, ensuring it can accept messages from authenticated senders or include the sending domain or IP address in its configuration. This issue typically occurs with on-premises servers, smart host email services, or previous email hosting services that still have mail flow settings pointing to them.
As the error "Remote server returned not permitted to relay -> [redacted] 5.7.1 relaying denied" indicates, the external server is denying relaying the message due to permission restrictions. Kindly review and adjust the settings on the external server to allow message relaying from your domain.

I ordered a dress from Light in the Box for my mother's burial and paid for express shipping. Despite not processing the order promptly, they informed me of the delivery date after I inquired. When they finally processed the order, also when they gave me the delivery date, I realized it would be too late and promptly canceled. Light in the Box replied the next day stating the dress was custom-made, offering a partial refund of 50% - 70% for not canceling in time, even though I canceled the same day they processed the order. Now, they've emailed me that they are shipping the dress I no longer need.

I bought three dresses from LightInTheBox in January [redacted] and returned them on January 27, [redacted], to a Chinese address provided by LightInTheBox, paying $44.75 in shipping fees. After not receiving a refund, I disputed the transaction with my credit card company and was credited $[redacted].96. I was pleased with the recent email selection, but I need to address that I am awaiting a refund of $59.35 for returned items before I make any new orders. I returned the products on Thursday, June 8, [redacted], and requested for the refund to be processed back to my credit card.
Although the product was of good quality, the size of the LightinTheBox 'L' item did not fit me well. I want to reiterate that I will not be placing any new orders until I have been refunded for the items I returned.

I have made multiple purchases from Light in the Box. Recently, I ordered a pair of shoes, but they mistakenly sent me four pairs in separate shipments, which I did not agree to pay for. Additionally, I received duplicate orders of three women’s tops. Concerned about these errors, my credit card company suggested I close my card and get a new one. Despite this, I still like Light in the Box's products and continued to shop with them. During my latest order of three items totaling $49.54, I used a different credit card. Strangely, after receiving a payment confirmation email, the next day they claimed my order was declined and asked for a money transfer instead. I am puzzled as to why my credit card, which worked fine for previous purchases, suddenly faced issues. I prefer using my credit card and would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter so I can shop with ease.

I have concerns about the repeated process of communicating the same issue. Annually, I make substantial clothing purchases from various companies, and often I need to return items. Dealing with your company has been challenging and uncompromising compared to others. The stringent policies are frustrating and have caused me considerable frustration. Is the intention to discourage customers? Remember, there are many other places to shop for clothing. I received my order today, but unfortunately, it was nothing like the photo on Facebook. Firstly, it was not as full as depicted, and secondly, the size was much smaller and tighter than expected. Despite ordering a large size, it fit perfectly on a friend who is a size 8. As someone with a degree in textiles, I can confirm that the fabric was very thin and of low quality. I am disappointed and will be returning it, hoping for a refund. The item will be sent back in its original packaging, along with my order number: [redacted] and shipping number: [redacted]. There was no receipt or tags included in the package.

This is my third attempt to request a return ticket for the four bathing suits I purchased in June. Despite contacting both Mastercard and calling the provided number ([redacted]), I have not received a response from your company. Instead, I received a lengthy notification from "Anna" stating it was too late to return the items for a refund. I am frustrated as I have been without properly fitting swimwear all summer. I am writing to address an issue regarding a recent delivery from DHL, where I was unexpectedly charged CHF 27.26 in customs fees, which I find excessive and unacceptable. This additional charge was not communicated to me beforehand, and had I known about it, I would not have placed the order. I refuse to pay such high delivery costs along with unexpected customs fees. I have previously contacted you on September 14th via email but did not receive a response. Could you kindly provide me with a return label so I can send back the item to you free of charge?
I previously informed you that the solar panel is not working properly. When I connect my smartphone, it does not charge. The charging indicator briefly appears and then disappears immediately, indicating a sudden drop in voltage. Taking pictures of the solar panel is unnecessary as it is not physically damaged; the issue lies within the panel itself. Instead of a voucher or discount, I request a fully functional replacement solar panel.
Should I return the panel to [redacted] Kelsterbach free of charge, or can I trust that you will send me a functional replacement without any additional costs?

I am currently facing an issue with making a return due to simultaneously breaking both my wrists. Initially, I was in splints as my hands and wrists were swollen, which were later replaced with casts for several weeks, and now I am wearing braces. Because of my limited mobility, I required assistance and was placed in healthcare. Although I can remove the braces during the day, I still need to wear them at night and experience occasional discomfort. I purchased 3 men's flannel shirts: #[redacted] in brown size XL, #[redacted] in black size XL, #[redacted] in black size XL; along with 1 men's cargo pants in coffee color, size 34, and 1 women's cargo pants in army green, size XL. None of the items I received matched the descriptions on the website. The quality is very poor, and they were supposed to be cotton blend but turned out to be polyester. The colors and patterns were completely different from what was displayed online. I'm unable to access the returns and refunds section on my order to request the return address. I would like to return all the items and get a full refund. Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated. I was hesitant about the negative reviews, but unfortunately, they have turned out to be true.

The tracking information from Interparcel shows the parcel reached China on July 19, [redacted]. I am having trouble reaching Light in the Box because the phone line only offers support in Chinese.
