My husband has attempted to order the Tanix 92 three times, only to have the orders cancelled. Today, he tried again with order number [redacted][redacted]. It's frustrating that items are advertised as available when they are not in stock. The ordering system should update in real-time to prevent this inconvenience. I reached out via email today as my husband requested a call back to discuss the ongoing issue, but despite assurances of a call within 30 minutes, we are still waiting after three hours. It's disheartening to feel neglected by a company of your size. Customer service is vital for your success, and this experience has left me very disappointed.

I returned a defective order and received my refund promptly in my Lazada E wallet. However, after trying to withdraw the money, I did not receive any confirmation email or remittance number. To whom it may concern, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the seller KIRAKIRA Trading due to their unethical customer service. The store did not honor the advertised discount of $2 off for purchases over $30, and despite my attempts to resolve the issue through the chat feature, they provided excuses. I proceeded with my order and paid via the Lazada app on 30/10/[redacted], expecting delivery of the T-shirts between 08/11/[redacted] - 14/11/[redacted]. However, the purchase status has been stuck at "Processing," and the seller's response was unsatisfactory, even suggesting I cancel the order. This experience has been disappointing, especially since I planned to use the T-shirts for a family trip on 18/11. I have tried to cancel the order without success and received unreasonable instructions from the seller. If the items do not arrive by 16/11, I intend to reject the delivery and request a refund. I will not patronize KIRAKIRA Trading again and hope that Lazada, a platform I trust for online shopping, addresses this issue promptly. I am looking forward to the upcoming 11.11 flash sales. I made a purchase on November 11 via Ambank online transfer, but Lazada's status is showing payment pending for twice. I then used a Maybank account to make the payment successfully. However, my Ambank account was still deducted RM206.82 twice. I contacted Ambank on the same day and was told it's a merchandise issue. Ambank closed the case and advised me to contact Lazada with reference IDs NET[redacted]1617FPX and NET[redacted]0762FPX for a refund. I received an SMS confirming the refund of RM206.82, but the other duplicate charge is still open. I need assistance to resolve this quickly. Please reach out to me as soon as possible as it's been 4 days since I reported it, and I hope for a prompt resolution to this problem. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I need assistance with my recent orders placed on November 15 and 16. As of today, the parcels are still in the processing stage. I have reached out to the seller, Lucky King, and they have informed me that the delay is not on their end but rather on Lazada's side. Lucky King mentioned that the parcels have been ready for collection for several days, but Lazada has not picked them up. They requested that I contact you to help resolve this issue as their warehouse is accumulating a significant number of pending items due to the lack of collection by Lazada. Additionally, they mentioned that many orders have already expired. I would appreciate it if you could address this matter promptly. Thank you.

I am concerned about my parcel which has not been delivered by Ninjavan despite the promised delivery date passing. On the 18th of November, I received a text message from Ninjavan stating that my parcel was out for delivery. However, no one from their team contacted me regarding the delivery status. When I attempted to track my parcel on their website, it showed an unsuccessful delivery attempt on November 18, even though I did not receive any communication from the delivery person. As an online reseller, this delay is affecting my business, and I urgently need the item. I would appreciate a prompt and accurate resolution to this issue. I purchased an item on November 19th (Order Number [redacted][redacted] - Zzooi Card Holder) and it has not arrived yet. The tracking information shows that the delivery failed due to an incomplete address and the package is now being returned to the sender. I have received several packages successfully at the same address using the same shipping service (LEX PH) recently. The tracking number is LPT[redacted][redacted]. I recently ordered four jackets, but one of them is the wrong size. I initiated a return request and headed to the local post station, Poslaju. They instructed me to make three photocopies of the return slip to send to the central office. As a newcomer to Malaysia, Ninja Van informed me that I could leave the parcel at my drop-off location, Poslaju, with no issues for the refund process. Despite my confusion, I followed their advice and left the item there. I am eager to know when I can expect my refund for the returned jacket. Currently, my parcel is in a van for delivery, as per Lazada's tracking ID ER[redacted]44MY and Ninja Van's tracking ID NVMYLAZRE[redacted]34. Hello! I would like to cancel an order that I did not make which was charged to my credit card. The individuals pretended to be from the Bangko Sentral institution, which is why I unknowingly provided my card details. The transaction took place on Lazada on December 19, [redacted], around 2:49pm. I was contacted by someone from RCBC Bank to verify if I had transacted on Lazada, to which I replied "NO". They advised me to contact you to cancel the three transactions made by these heartless and conscienceless scammers. I hope you can promptly address my issue as I cannot afford to pay the bank for the ordered items as I am just a helper. Thank you in advance. God bless.

I attempted to add RM60 to my Lazada wallet twice, totaling RM120, but the transactions failed without providing a reason, yet I was still charged. I was notified that it would take 5-15 working days for the refund. I find it unfair that my money will be held for so long without explanation. I need clarification on why the top-up failed and suggest making the app more user-friendly for top-ups. Waiting 5-15 days for a refund after a failed transaction is unreasonable and I urge for a quicker resolution. The current process seems inefficient and frustrating.

Dear Lazada Team, I received a text confirming the refund of 1,[redacted].00 for Order no. #[redacted][redacted] was processed through Lazada Wallet on Jan 3, [redacted]. However, I have not received the refund yet. I do not have Lazada Wallet and have not received any email confirmation regarding the refund. I made a direct purchase of the ceramic brush from Piercey shop using my email [redacted] Piercey Shop mentioned that Lazada should provide the Refund Tracking Number. I made a purchase on LAZADA on January 31, [redacted] for the ONELINE VICTORY STYLE HAND SHELL TRAVEL LUGGAGE WITH TSA LOCK 24, priced at $[redacted] with a shipping fee of $[redacted]. Unfortunately, upon receipt on February 8, I discovered it was the wrong item, the One Wavy Style Hard Shell Travel Luggage in size 20, which was damaged with a faulty zipper. I attempted to return it right away but was unable to do so because the system indicated it was already "shipped." Today, I tried to initiate the return process, but the return button is not visible or functional. My tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. I recently returned an item to Lazada, and after two working days, I received a text message informing me that they had issued a refund via email. However, upon checking my Lazada account, I realized that there was an error in the email address provided. My registered email is [redacted], but the correct email should have been [redacted] I acknowledge that this was my oversight, as I did not review my email address prior to the refund notification. Since I was expecting a replacement rather than a refund, I did not anticipate this issue. Now, I am uncertain how to retrieve my funds. I assume that Lazada will verify any withdrawals made from the registered email address. Unfortunately, I cannot access the funds sent to the incorrect email address. I placed an order on February 22 with tracking number [redacted][redacted], and as of March 7, the item has not arrived. It has been 13 days, and the seller has not responded to my inquiries about the delivery. I am worried because I may not have the funds if the product arrives unexpectedly. I have been a happy customer of Lazada for the past month with no issues until now. Recently, I encountered a problem with Order No. [redacted][redacted]. Despite successfully receiving three previous orders, this fourth order has turned into a nightmare. The delivery by Lex.Ph failed, and the order was ultimately canceled. My attempts to communicate via chat were unsuccessful, leading me to call [redacted]00. Even with my Philippine wife's assistance, we couldn't get a clear answer. The inconsistency in delivery to the same address and no valid explanation for the issue is frustrating. Despite my order being for 2X Pop Cartridges set for Canon PG810 & CL811 Combo at ₱[redacted].00 from Seller Jiali Fashion, the lack of follow-up from Lazada is disappointing. Prior notifications suggested the item was shipped, but now it's apparently unavailable. I want to continue shopping with Lazada, but this unresolved issue is hindering future orders. Dear administrator, I purchased a couch cover in November of last year and was pleased with the prompt delivery within 2 to 3 days. I used the Lazada app on my smartphone to place the order with my email address. Unfortunately, the couch cover did not fit any of my 4 couches. I promptly contacted your customer service to initiate a return through LBC as per your instructions, using the original packaging. However, to date, I have not received my refund. Despite numerous calls to your office, I was informed that the refund was sent to another email address that I am not familiar with. This issue has caused me considerable inconvenience and effort on my part. I kindly request further assistance in resolving this matter. Hello, my order number is [redacted][redacted]. The delivery person, Azizi, informed me that he was coming today, but I requested delivery before 4 pm as I needed to take my child to tuition. He arrived around 5:15 pm when no one was home. After contacting me, he wanted to leave the package outside the house gate on a table, which I felt was unsafe. I arranged for my neighbor to receive it, but Azizi left before he could. When I called him, he did not answer and even threatened delays if I didn't agree to his terms. If possible, I would like to know the status of my parcel and when I can expect a safe delivery. Thank you.

However, despite my request to deliver before 4 pm due to prior commitments, he arrived at around 5.15 pm when no one was home. He offered to leave the parcel outside, but I was concerned about it being taken, so I arranged for my neighbor to receive it. Unfortunately, Azizi left without passing the parcel to my neighbor and wouldn't answer my calls afterwards. He also made concerning remarks about the condition and delivery of the parcel.
