I have mistakenly received a bill with errors and have already contacted the billing department for assistance. Theresa mentioned she would send me a letter with details but has not done so yet. My invoice number is [redacted]2, and my name is Natasha Tzagoloff. The bill has my correct address, but the date of birth is incorrect; my actual date of birth is April 29, [redacted]. I am upset about being charged for a test I never took, and the billing department was unable to assist me. I am considering legal action if this matter is not promptly resolved as I do not want it affecting my record. I want to clarify that I did not undergo this test. Please reach out to me at [redacted] to address this issue.

I recently visited the Manalapan office in New Jersey for a blood test on July 21 around 11:30 am. The staff member who attended to me, an African American woman, displayed a level of inconsideration that left me quite disappointed. Throughout the appointment, she did not greet me or inquire about my well-being, and instead, simply issued orders without any courtesy. I found her manner quite concerning, as politeness and respect seemed to be missing from her approach. As a 63-year-old customer, I have never experienced such poor customer service before. It led me to question whether individuals like her should be representing your company.

Last week, I visited Labcorp in Carrollton. While a black girl attempted to draw my blood, I mentioned it might be difficult. After a struggle, she advised me to hold my hand under warm water. However, her white coworker, who seemed agitated, insisted she attend to another person. Abruptly, she commanded me to sit down, aggressively pricked my thumb bone with the needle, causing me to scream in pain. Despite the commotion, she offered no apology and left with a snide comment. Thankfully, the black girl quickly apologized upon seeing what happened. If needed, I can be reached at [redacted].

I am covered by HealthComp, a part of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona's third-party network, and many of the healthcare providers I visit have difficulties submitting claims. HealthComp is requesting a designated contact at LabCorp to address a bill for blood work. The bill is quite substantial, at over $1,[redacted]. They are seeking a direct line or extension to a staff member in LabCorp's billing department, ideally in the United States. This direct contact will help facilitate the resolution of the billing issue more efficiently.

Today, I spent one hour struggling to set up my patient portal, which has been frustrating and unnecessary. I am anxious about my kidney disease results and really need access to my information. My doctor requires me to use Labcorp for my health issues, and I hope to resolve the portal issue soon so I can view my results without further inconvenience or delay.
