I have completed all the necessary paperwork to set up a patient portal, but I am unable to receive the one-time code via email as it requires navigating away from the page which I cannot do on my iPhone. I would appreciate assistance accessing the portal without needing to retrieve a code. Thank you, Kathy S. from Chester Springs, PA.

I am disappointed by Labcorp's negligence at their office on Stoner Avenue in Westminster, MD during my mother's pre-op labwork on January 5, [redacted]. Despite providing the correct contact information on the lab order sheet, the lab sent the results to an outdated FAX number associated with the doctor. Numerous attempts to reach out to the lab were futile, leading to the cancellation of my mother's cancer surgery. The final test results were delayed until January 11, [redacted], causing significant inconvenience to our family. We will discourage others from using Labcorp due to this costly oversight. Refunding my sister's airfare and improving employee training to avoid similar errors in the future are essential steps Labcorp should take to prevent such situations from recurring.

I have been trying to reach LabCorp Villa Rica GA for over a week with no response. They mishandled a crucial urine sample for rare diseases, which leaked during transit due to inadequate handling. Despite multiple messages left, the staff never return calls or answer the phone. My doctor's office and I requested new specimen jugs, but they haven't updated us or made them available. It is frustrating that they seem indifferent to urgent healthcare needs, as patients and caregivers have jobs and cannot wait endlessly. I am desperate for help, as my mom requires urgent care, and this location's inefficiency is delaying her treatment.

On 1/26/[redacted], my daughter picked up the 24-hour urine test at the Granbury, TX Lab. The patient ID is [redacted], and the Specimen ID is [redacted]-0. My doctor, S. Pasala from the TX Diabetes-Thyroid Clinic in Weatherford, TX, requested this test and advised us to inquire about storing the specimen. When my daughter collected the test, she was told by a nurse to store it at room temperature. Despite her inquiry about using ice, the nurse insisted on room temperature storage, claiming experience in handling specimens. I completed the 24-hour urine test and returned it on 1/27/[redacted] as instructed by the doctor, ensuring delivery on a working day. The results received indicated improper preservation and a high pH, rendering them invalid due to incorrect storage instructions provided by the nurse. Requesting a free retest due to the nurse's error causing a delay in my results without fault on my part. I am scheduled to discuss this issue with Dr. Pasala today.

I visited an urgent care for routine testing. I paid cash for all tests. After four days, I received news that Lapcorp spilled my sample and I had to provide another one for free. However, I then received a bill from Lapcorp for the spilled test. I am frustrated that they are trying to charge me for their mistake. I have been unable to reach a human to discuss this issue.

I am Katelyn L. I recently had blood work done at the Humble, TX Labcorp facility on February 9. However, I have not received my results yet. Despite calling the facility multiple times, no one has returned my calls. I created an account and downloaded the app to access my results, but to no avail. My doctor is also unable to retrieve the results. I am in urgent need of assistance to obtain my results before my upcoming important doctor's appointment, as my health is at stake. I have exhausted all options and reaching out here is my final attempt to resolve this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If anyone reading this can assist, please contact me at [redacted]. Thank you.

I am requesting Labcorp to redirect the billing for blood work conducted on 10/22/22 at Dr. Maryanne Prewitt's practice in Dallas, TX, to be sent to her attention. Despite scheduling as a "cash pay" due to lack of coverage and paying during the appointment, I was surprised to receive a past due notice in February from Labcorp for the full amount of $1,[redacted].44. Dr. Prewitt previously assured me in January that she had contacted Labcorp and settled the invoice. To avoid any confusion, I kindly ask that Labcorp sends the bill to Dr. Prewitt directly, as I believe this amount should be her responsibility, not mine.

I had some tests done on 3/1/23, and I am waiting for the results. My kidney specialist ordered the tests, and I was told that they are waiting on one test result before posting the complete results. It usually takes 5-7 business days, and today is the sixth day since the tests were done. I have an appointment on 3/13/23 and need the results by then. I am wondering if I should contact the doctor for a partial report or if the final report will be ready by Friday 3/10. The pending test is the ANCA Ab; Anti-Neutrophil Cytoplasmic Ab (ANCA). Thank you.

I recently had routine bloodwork during my annual Wellness Exam, which was my first time using LabCorp services. I received a bill for $[redacted], significantly higher than the $[redacted] - $[redacted] I usually pay for this service over the past 10 years. Both my PCP and LabCorp claim the coding was correct. I have appealed to Medicare, and I am currently waiting for the appeal to be processed. In the meantime, I am receiving collection notices from LabCorp and would appreciate speaking with a representative to resolve this issue promptly. You can reach me at [redacted].

I had an appointment at 12:45, but at 12:30 I needed to provide a urine sample. When I asked the front desk for a cup, they ignored me and made a comment about needing a shade to prevent people from approaching the window. Even though I had checked in online, I left to wait. Upon returning, I refused to be ignored again due to their initial rudeness. As a result, they declined to draw my blood and redirected me to a new phlebotomist, Keisha, who was polite and considerate. In conclusion, staff who dislike their job or dealing with people should consider resigning, allowing someone more capable of multitasking to handle information at the front desk.

I recently had my routine bloodwork done on Saturday, 4/15/23 at the Walgreens location on N. Hwy 27 in Clermont, FL around 8 am. I am still waiting for my results and despite checking the Patient Portal, they are not available yet. Normally, results come back within 2 days, but it's been longer this time. I have tried contacting both the testing location and Walgreens but have not received any responses. I have a doctor's appointment scheduled for Monday the 24th and might have to reschedule if I do not get my results in time. I paid $[redacted] out of pocket for this test and it's concerning not having the results back yet. Thank you, Dennis W.

My husband received an email bill for $[redacted].28 for Medicare non-governmental covered services, which is double the maximum amount allowed per his Medicare explanation of benefits for Claim#02-[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] ($58.57 for #[redacted] and $[redacted].57 for #[redacted]). The local office did not provide him, a disabled person, the option to pay for these tests out of pocket at the LabAccess Partnership (LAP) discounted rate during the service, only having him sign a form indicating possible non-payment. Now, he is being billed double the Medicare rate without receiving a written bill explaining the charges, creating confusion. This situation should be corrected, particularly in accordance with the "No Surprise Act." Double billing him is unfair, and he should have been given the discounted rate upfront during the service. Thank you, Mrs. LaL.

I've been using Labcorp for years, but I've been unable to access my results since [redacted], including a recent blood test from [redacted]. Despite visiting Labcorp regularly, I can't view my current blood test results, and my doctor hasn't received them either. My email is [redacted] I changed my name from Pamela Fogle to Pamela Fogle Franklin, and I suspect this may be causing the issue. I'm struggling to get assistance in resolving this. I urgently need access to my most recent test results from 4-24-23. While Labcorp has confirmed receiving my inquiry, I haven't received further assistance.

I am concerned about a potential HIPAA violation! My husband received an email asking him to create an account to view lab results, yet the results are actually mine and the email had my name on it. This mix-up is alarming as the insurance plan is under his name and does not authorize him to access my results. I am uncertain where my blood was drawn, but it was by Dr. Kent Schule at Patient First Newtown Road in Chesapeake, VA. I plan to address this with the lab office. To resolve, I'd like clarification on any possible misunderstandings, as neither of us recall him having recent blood work, while I had blood drawn on 04/21/[redacted]. If there was indeed an error, I expect an explanation, recognition of the severity of the mistake, and assurance that steps will be taken to prevent such breaches in the future to protect all patients' confidentiality.

I have a concern regarding a potential HIPAA violation. My spouse received an email with my name inviting him to create an account to access my medical lab results. This breaches the agreement we have regarding keeping our medical information separate unless it affects the family. LabCorp must acknowledge the mistake, explain how it happened, detail the preventive measures, guide me on correcting my account, and provide accurate contact information for customer service. I expect LabCorp to respond within three business days; otherwise, I will escalate the issue to HHA.gov. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly.

I contacted LABCORP on University Ave in Denver at 8:30 AM on 5-02-[redacted] to ask about dropping off a specimen. As of 10:45 AM, my call has not been returned. This lack of response is disappointing. It seems the company's management lacks an understanding of customer service. There should be staff in each location available to answer calls promptly instead of making customers navigate through an unending recorded message without receiving assistance. This situation reflects poor corporate practices.

I had an unpleasant experience at LabCorp Lakewood Estates in St. Petersburg, Florida. I had an appointment for May 16th at 8:30 AM, which I checked in for online at 8:15. Despite being texted at 8:37 that the technician was ready, I wasn't attended to until 8:45. The technician rudely asked me to check in again at the kiosk, despite me showing the text message proving my timely arrival. This situation was frustrating as I was already stressed about the blood test, work, and hunger, which is not ideal before a medical procedure that requires a calm state.
I would like to contact LabCorp's customer service to address this issue.

Last Saturday, I received an email from Lab Corp notifying me that my test results were available. When I tried to access the site, I was unable to log in as I may not have provided my cell phone number when registering for the patient portal. I have been attempting to reach my doctor for two days without success. They promised to call me back but haven't. Can someone assist me in adding my cell phone number ([redacted]) to my patient portal? I attempted to do it via email, but the verification code changed too fast. Thank you.

I need urgent assistance with my lab results. Despite having access to them on the LabCorp patient portal, Dr. Hopkins, the ordering physician, has not received them. It is crucial for the Endocrinologist on call to review them today. Dr. Azad's nurse did not have the results as of 4:30pm yesterday and the lab mentioned that a PTH test was ordered but not completed at LabCorp, which is closed now. I am unsure of my next steps.
I urgently need my most recent lab reports faxed to my doctor or the doctor on call today. The labs should be sent to the fax number on the physician's orders or directly to the on-call doctor. I also need confirmation if the PTH test was done. If not, I must have it collected at LabCorp today and the results sent directly to the physician.
I appreciate your help and guidance on how to proceed for a review of my results today.
Thank you,
R.S.T.

I recently received a letter from Enzo Clinical Labs informing me that they experienced a data breach in which sensitive information like my Social Security number and birth date was compromised, but my financial information was not affected. I am unfamiliar with Enzo and unsure how they obtained my details. However, they are offering free identity protection services through Kroll, a reputable company. I did some research and discovered that Lab Corp recently acquired Enzo, which prompted me to seek more information from Lab Corp.
I found that Enzo has a poor rating (D) from the Better Business Bureau, which raises concerns. I am skeptical about whether this offer is legitimate or a scam. If you have any insights on how Enzo accessed my information, your input would be greatly appreciated.
