The funds in my Kraken account under Leroy J. Essel are currently on hold pending further verification. I have provided all the required information to Kraken, but unfortunately, I have not received responses from the client engagement representatives after emailing them. Additionally, the communication channel seems to have expired even though I replied promptly within an hour of receiving the email from the client engagement representative. The reference ID number for the "status on hold" is QDA6WBZ-SDQAIQ-BB6KLE. I have already submitted my Account Security Photo and answered the nine questions from Milo and Kraken Support on 6/17/[redacted].

I was recently approached by someone offering to help me open an account with Kraken by depositing £15,[redacted] into it to improve my financial situation. However, after providing me with a password (glynn543) that he wouldn't allow me to use to access the account, I became suspicious. Upon investigating, I discovered he is a known scam artist. Now, he is pressuring me for a photo of myself holding a sign and my driver's license. This has left me uneasy, especially as this is my entire life savings and I am 76 years old. I just set up an account today. I tried to reset my password because I think I made a mistake when entering it initially. After requesting a password reset through email, I encountered an issue where the system doesn't seem to recognize my username or email. I tried to create a new account, but I received an alert that the email address is already in use. It's frustrating and I could use some assistance before I get too frustrated with this process.

For the past two months, I've been having issues with my account, and it was closed due to security concerns. I would like to understand the cause of the problem and the process to reopen my account. Hello, my name is Maria Teresa. After registering and making the first deposit, I received an email requesting further confirmation of my identity. I was asked to answer a questionnaire with 7 somewhat personal questions, bordering on privacy laws. Additionally, I had to provide a photo of myself holding the card and a sheet of phrases provided by them. Subsequently, I received another email stating that my transfers of nearly €10,[redacted] were still blocked. They asked even more intrusive questions about my location during logins, computer details, and other strictly personal matters that I chose not to answer. Upon questioning the reason for these extensive inquiries into my privacy, I received no further responses from the operators despite my follow-up emails. My bank transfers, along with my funds, are still blocked. I consider this treatment to be unlawful and am seeking resolution or a refund of my money if no explanation or assistance is provided by Kraken.

I am experiencing technical issues with my Kraken trading app. I am uncertain if it is compatible with my iPhone 12 Pro using version 14.4.1. The orders I placed with margins, leverage, and even regular ones have resulted in significant financial losses amounting to over $[redacted]. There have been unauthorized trades on my account, such as shorting 5 Ethereum on margin, which I did not initiate. Some orders have executed differently from what I input, leading to financial losses. Additionally, successful trades did not reflect in my account balance. My husband and I have been trying to sign up with your service for a few days now, and it's been quite frustrating. We encounter issues with receiving the verification code via email and then struggle to navigate back to our account. It keeps telling us we're already signed up and we can't reuse our password. Due to the system recognizing our email and name, we get stuck in this loop. We are proficient in trading stocks but seem to be having difficulty with this sign-up process. We are eager to start buying crypto, as we have been researching them for almost a year. We ultimately chose Kraken and are ready to proceed. Sorry for the long message! I am currently locked out of my Kraken account due to getting a new phone, as my old phone with the Google Authenticator broke. I have downloaded Google Authenticator on my new phone but cannot find a way to back up my code. Despite this, the new Google Authenticator is not generating any codes to access my Kraken account. I am attempting to receive a bypass code via email, however, it seems I do not have a master key saved in my email. While I have an API key, it is not functioning. Despite using both my laptop and new phone, I cannot log in due to the 2FA code being inaccessible. I have been making deposits until three weeks ago. The frustration mounts as I am in Syria with the UN and connected via VPN to Ireland. I have submitted two detailed complaints to Kraken's support without any response for five days. My account was locked by Kraken due to 2FA and API issues. I followed their instructions, replied to their email confirming the changes, but my account is still frozen with no response from Kraken. When I try to sell crypto, I get an error message asking me to enable 2FA. I provided my Public Account ID to support, but the issue remains unresolved. I urgently need access to my funds and hope for a prompt resolution from Kraken support.

I'm having trouble logging into my email accounts. One is BS VAT ON @yahoo.com, and the other is [redacted] I believe my username is supposed to be tom.is or Tom.Tom.not, but it might also be time or time.juit's time. I've tried multiple times, and it's not working. Could someone please provide assistance? Thank you.

Good morning. My issue is that a Kraken agent called me saying I have 1 bitcoin and "because I had problems with unregulated companies and these companies converted my money into bitcoin and now it's on the Kraken platform." Now they told me I need to register on the platform and pay €[redacted].00 for the exchange into euros, and then I don't know if the legal firm will provide documents to receive this money. I wanted to know if Kraken actually provides these services, meaning calling me to tell me this, or if it's just a scam from someone pretending to be a Kraken agent to take money from people. I would like to know how to proceed, whether to trust this company and go ahead or stop everything. They mentioned there were others in my situation who were scammed. I wouldn't want Kraken's name to be tarnished with shady dealings. Thank you in advance for the response. I hope I have explained the situation clearly.

Dear Madam and Gentlemen, Last week, I created a Kraken account with the assistance of a private broker. We also transferred 14,[redacted] Euros to the account to exchange it for Bitcoin. However, during the two-step identification process, the necessary code was only sent to the broker's account, resulting in my account being blocked. I suspect the possibility of phishing and would like to prevent any future loss of my capital. Hello, I am making progress with my Bitcoin to Euro conversion. However, I am encountering another issue while trying to transfer the funds to my ING bank account. 1. The description box error persists, although Kraken accepted the rest of my banking details. 2. Despite entering an amount lower than the available balance of €1,[redacted].87, I receive an alert stating that the amount exceeds the account balance. Additionally, I am informed that I cannot surpass my daily or monthly funding limits. As my account is currently blocked due to a scam, I have a limited time of 72 hours to withdraw my assets. On June 28th, I, Edward Clanahan, made a deposit of $25,[redacted].00 and transfer fees to my Kraken account. However, on June 30th, I received notification that my account would be closed, and the deposit and fees were to be returned to my sending bank. Approximately a month ago, I sought help with my Kraken account due to a medical emergency. I was contacted by a representative named Chris Moore at [redacted] He requested payments through Cashapp to assist in regaining access to my account. Despite sending $1,[redacted], not only did I not regain access, but I also suffered a loss of nearly $2,[redacted]. Following this, my attempts to contact Chris Moore have been met with silence, and my threats of legal action or filing a criminal complaint have yielded no response.

Hello, I'm having trouble logging into my Kraken account. I have a new phone and no longer have access to the old one. My username and password are correct, but I need the 2FA code. I have installed Google Authenticator on my new phone, and it generates the code, but when I enter it, Kraken says the code is incorrect. Could it be that the two programs are not compatible? Is it possible that the current Google Authenticator on my new phone is not linked to my Kraken account?
