On November 30th, [redacted], I bought two boxes of Kraft Mac and Cheese (the yellow kind) for dinner while camping on the beach. I intended to cook it on my portable camping stove. After preparing it as instructed, I was shocked to find that instead of cooked noodles, there was a sticky, gummy substance in the pot. It had turned into a gooey, semi-solid mess that couldn't be drained. Despite this, I added the cheese pack in hopes of salvaging it for dinner. This experience was a huge letdown considering I usually enjoy your Kraft Mac and Cheese. I have photos documenting this culinary disaster that I can share with you.

I am disappointed with the advertising strategy for the Kraft mac and cheese commercials. The ads depict children behaving poorly and being indulged with mac and cheese. This portrayal is not accurate and does a disservice to parents. I urge Kraft Foods to discontinue these ads to provide a more positive and responsible message to the audience.

Yesterday morning, I discovered a piece of glass or hard plastic in a 64 oz jar of Skippy peanut butter that I purchased at Shoppers on [redacted] Smith Avenue in Baltimore, MD [redacted] within the last 6 weeks. I accidentally cut my tongue while eating a sandwich and some of the peanut butter mixed in yogurt. The foreign object was about an inch long and a quarter inch wide. I bled for several minutes before removing the glass with hardened peanut butter on it. After checking the rest of the jar, I didn't find any other foreign objects. This situation could have been dangerous if my child or I had swallowed the glass piece. I am concerned about this incident and am asking if there have been similar complaints about other jars of Skippy peanut butter. I am also requesting compensation for the jar, which costs approximately $14.

I recently purchased a box of Kraft Spaghetti Classics, a product I've used for years. However, this time when I opened the box, there was no seasoning packet or parmesan cheese inside, only the noodles. I was disappointed because I was eager to use the seasoning with my prepared meat. Could you kindly replace my box of Kraft Spaghetti Classics due to this inconvenience? I would really appreciate it if you could send me a replacement for the Tangy Italian Classic Box of Spaghetti Mix to my address at [redacted] E. Lynnwood Ln., Longview, TX [redacted]. Thank you!

I found the Kraft mild cheddar cheese disappointing compared to other brands like Walmart's great value option. A blind taste test between Kraft, Walmart, and Save-a-Lot would likely show Kraft falling short. Even my dog, who eats anything, hesitated to eat the cheese. It was crumbly, bland, and didn't taste like real cheese at all. I thought splurging on a name brand would be worth it, but it was a waste. I won't purchase this flavorless cheese again. Kraft, you've managed to take the love out of cheese for me. Take a taste test yourself with Walmart's brand to see the difference. The difference is clear, and Kraft doesn't come out on top.

I am concerned about the macaroni and cheese advertisement that depicts a child being disrespectful to their mother. The commercial shows a child yelling "NO" at their mother to sell the product. It's important to showcase and encourage respectful behavior in children. I suggest changing the ad to portray children as polite, respectful, and obedient. By modeling good behavior, we can have a positive impact on the millions of children who watch TV at home. Children often mimic what they see, so it's crucial to promote respectful communication between children and parents in advertising. Thank you for considering this request, Joyce.

Hello, my name is Maisie Fryer. I reside at 792E Williams Way, Salt Lake City, Utah, [redacted]. I issued Check #[redacted] on November 2, [redacted], for $13.98 to renew my subscription to Food & Family. It has been more than a month, and the check has not cleared in my bank account. I am uncertain if the check was received, if my subscription has been renewed, or if there are any other issues. I would appreciate it if someone could address these concerns and provide me with an update. Thank you. Regards, Maisie Fryer.

I have noticed the concerning Kraft cheese ads that depict a child manipulating their parent into getting what they want by refusing to eat. The message conveyed is troubling, suggesting that children can use stubborn behavior to get their way. This portrays a negative lesson in parenting, indicating that giving in to such behavior is acceptable. Regardless of the product quality, the advertisement's underlying message is inappropriate. It would be more appropriate to show a scenario where the child is encouraged to try their food and eat properly, rather than resorting to manipulation. Kraft should reconsider the tone of their advertisement to promote healthier family dynamics.

I recently purchased a box of Kraft stovetop dressing, and unfortunately, the bag inside was split on the bottom half of the side. When I took the bag out of the box, the contents spilled on the stove and floor, creating a mess to clean up. This has never happened in all my years of using this product. I have photos available if needed. While I don't have the receipt, I would greatly appreciate a credit for this purchase.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I have been purchasing Kraft cheese for over 60 years. Ever since my husband, who is 75, and I were children, Kraft has been a household staple. We have always enjoyed the orange singles, but some family members prefer the white ones.
However, I have been struggling to open the white singles packaging lately. It causes delays when making breakfast, leading to overcooked eggs and burnt toast. I suggest adding a colored dot to the opening to assist older individuals like me. This small change could make a big difference for many elderly customers.
Despite our difficulties, we still want to buy the white singles. As veterans and disabled individuals, any improvement to simplify our daily routines is greatly appreciated. I wonder, do you sell more orange singles or white singles?
Thank you for listening. Stay safe and take care.
Kind regards, CB

Hello, I wanted to address an issue I have noticed with one of your commercials. The macaroni and cheese advertisement plays Enya's music, which concerns me due to its similarity to a 9/11 viral video soundtrack. This video depicted the tragedy of the fall of the towers and has created an emotional link between the music and the terror of that day for many viewers, including myself. I recommend changing the background music to something more cheerful to avoid triggering such memories. This change could help prevent unintentional distress for those who associate the current music with the 9/11 tragedy. It's possible that the commercial creators may not have fully understood the impact of using this particular music. I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope you will consider changing the music. Thank you for your understanding.

I have been searching for the Kraft Chargrill BBQ sauce, only to discover it has been discontinued. It seems many consumers, including myself, are disappointed by this decision. The Chargrill was the best BBQ sauce Kraft had to offer, and I had completely switched to it once it was released. Since its discontinuation, I haven't purchased any Kraft BBQ sauce. I wish I had known in advance so I could have stocked up on it. I urge the marketing team to reconsider bringing back this beloved product. I would even be willing to star in a commercial to support its return. Please take this feedback into consideration. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have been searching for Kraft's Chargrill BBQ sauce only to find out it has been discontinued. Many customers, like myself, are disappointed as this was the best BBQ sauce Kraft offered. I have used other Kraft sauces for years but once I tried Chargrill, I never looked back. Knowing it would be discontinued, I would have stocked up on it. The marketing team has made a mistake by discontinuing such a popular product, losing many loyal customers. I urge the marketing team to reconsider bringing back this delicious BBQ sauce. I am even willing to star in a commercial to promote it. Please reconsider this decision. Thank you for addressing my concern promptly.

Please consider removing the Kraft ad that displays a mother harshly chasing her little girl to eat. The tone and dialogue of the ad are concerning as it portrays an unhealthy way of dealing with a child's refusal to eat. I personally find it difficult to listen to and have to mute the sound when it comes on. It would be more positive to show a mother and daughter enjoying a meal together, highlighting the joy of sharing food rather than using stress and force. A new ad featuring a happy and pleasant mealtime experience would be more appealing. Kindly reconsider the current approach.

I've attempted multiple times to "Share the Feeling" for the $20 reimbursement without success. The error code [redacted] keeps popping up.
I've been waiting on hold on your customer service line for 30 minutes without any representatives answering.
I accessed the site promptly at 12 noon.
Being a senior on a tight budget, I regularly purchase your cream cheese.
I am extremely disappointed. Will I face the same issues if I try the site again tomorrow at noon?

I recently purchased two 8 oz packages of cream cheese, and upon realizing that they taste bad, I checked and found that they are expired. I am unable to locate a contact number on the package to reach out for assistance. I am requesting a replacement for these two items with coupons for future purchases. The number on the package is [redacted]. Could you please process this request for me? Thank you. - Colette T. from Orland Park, Illinois.

I recently purchased a small package of Philadelphia Low Fat Cream Cheese Product and was incredibly disappointed. The expiry date indicated that it was good until Feb [redacted], but the color of the cream cheese was concerning. It had an orange tint that made it look as though it was flavored with red pepper or roasted garlic, not the typical white color of cream cheese. Despite these visual cues, I tried a small bit and found it to be unpleasantly grainy with no flavor. This is not the quality I expected from your company. I will hold onto the product in case you need to investigate further, but ultimately it will end up in the trash.

I recently purchased two packages of butterscotch sugar-free, fat-free pudding mix that my family loves. After mixing and refrigerating them for one day, the pudding looked grey and did not taste like butterscotch as expected. The product information is as follows: Best used by date: 31 DEC [redacted], 05:28, DB06, Product code: 0-43[redacted]3-2. I would appreciate a replacement for these two boxes or coupons. I bought the items at Acme Market in Media, PA. Thank you.

I recently started working at Kraft Heinz and was assigned to the Machine Operator role, even though I specified to the HR representative, Alicia, that I did not apply for that position and did not feel capable of excelling in it. Despite my concerns, I was placed in that role and unfortunately, within two weeks, I received an unsatisfactory review, something I have never experienced in any job before. I reached out to HR via email expressing my willingness to work in another position within Kraft that I was truly interested in and mentioned my need for the insurance provided by the company. However, I struggled with the demands of the Machine Operator position and decided to leave before potentially being terminated due to performance. All I ever wanted was an opportunity to prove myself and work for Kraft. I am reaching out for assistance in being considered for a different role at Kraft Heinz, not as a Machine Operator. Thank you for your help. - D. Woodard

I recently spoke with a customer service representative regarding an issue with two packages of OM Beef Bologna I purchased, both with an expiration date of Aug17. I was supposed to receive an email on where to send pictures of the defective product. This is the second package that has had this problem, and I am concerned about the quality as I have noticed similar issues in the past. I used to work for OM and believe this should not have passed quality inspections. This seems to be a prevalent manufacturing issue, potentially affecting more products. As a long-time loyal customer, I am disappointed by the decline in quality and unsure if I will continue purchasing from OM moving forward.
