Kraft Foods Customer Service Issues

I bought 4 boxes of macaroni on this trip, and all turned out mushy and fell apart while boiling. My family and I have been loyal consumers of Kraft Deluxe macaroni and cheese for years, but lately, we've noticed a decline in quality. The macaroni has a strange white powder on the noodles, and they disintegrate while cooking, even when cooked correctly. They end up mushy and clump together, making it inedible. It's disappointing that this issue persists across boxes bought at various times and stores. Sadly, unless the quality improves, we will have to stop purchasing this product altogether.

I wanted to share my recent experience with Shake and Bake Extra Crispy for chicken, a staple in my household that my husband loves. I purchased this product less than two weeks ago from my local Independent Grocer in Carleton Place, Ontario. However, when I opened the box last night to prepare dinner, I was shocked to find that there were no bags inside, only the mix. I have been making Shake and Bake chicken for my husband for 45 years, and this is the first time something like this has happened.

However, I couldn't find a date on the packaging. I usually buy the larger containers from Sam's Club, but I decided to take advantage of the sale at Kroger this time. Upon opening the container, I discovered crusty brown flakes and a terrible smell, unlike anything I've experienced with this brand before. As a loyal Maxwell House consumer, I hope the company can offer some coupons to replace this disappointing purchase and maybe even include an extra can as a goodwill gesture.

I am a big fan of your Shake and Bake products, especially the barbecue and extra crispy varieties. Lately, I have noticed some issues with the packaging. In the last six months, some of the plastic bags inside the boxes were completely sealed shut, making it impossible to open them. I let it go, thinking it was a one-time problem. However, in my latest box of extra crispy Shake and Bake, there were no plastic bags inside at all. Despite the higher price of over five dollars per box, I still enjoy the product. But it's disappointing not to receive what I paid for. This problem seems to persist, and I hope it can be addressed soon.

I purchased a three-pack of Velveeta macaroni and cheese, but two boxes were filled with what seems to be incorrectly packaged microwave macaroni. I suspect that I unknowingly consumed your shells and cheese, suspecting it was contaminated with detergent. Since Sunday night, I have been feeling ill. The shells and cheese had an off taste, almost soapy. After cooking, the pan produced an excessive amount of suds when washed, despite being clean before use. I boiled the shells without issue but noticed the odd taste after adding the cheese. I suspect the cheese was somehow tainted with soap. I have been suffering from gastritis for four days now, unable to consume anything without discomfort. Though I discarded the box, I can confirm the cheese packet was unopened. It is possible that others may have encountered similar issues if the contamination occurred at the production facilities.

After purchasing a 16oz jar of Grey Poupon mustard, I discovered black residue on the inside of the plastic seal around the cap and on the cap's lip. When opening the jar, I noted the black residue inside the cap as well. The cap did not make a popping sound upon opening. Although the mustard itself seemed unaffected, I am hesitant to use it. I believe Kraft should be informed for quality control purposes and can provide pictures of the issue. How can I go about getting a replacement for the product?
