I used to love Kraft's tangy Italian spaghetti dinner in a box, but recently the seasoning packet's taste has changed. I'm not sure if the ingredients were altered, but it doesn't taste as good as before, making me buy it less often now. I have not received a response from anyone at Kraft regarding my inquiry about this change in the seasoning packet of the tangy Italian spaghetti dinner.

I tried to make a Waldorf salad using Kraft pistachio pudding following the directions on the box, but it turned out too watery both times. I also haven't made my pistachio cake in a long time, but I'm hesitant to try it now in case the same issue occurs. I'd appreciate suggestions for different pistachio pudding brands and recipes. I have encountered an issue multiple times with the lid of my 22 fl oz Kraft Olive Oil Mayo bottle breaking. The container does not sit well in the refrigerator and topples over easily, leading to the lid breaking each time it falls onto the floor. The design is good, but the cheap plastic used for the lid results in it breaking with sharp edges, rendering it unusable. This causes my mayonnaise to spoil as I am left without a proper lid to keep it fresh. I urge for a redesign of the lid to create a more durable and functional container. Thank you.

As a truck driver picking up an empty trailer at the Union City location, I encountered a security guard who was unhelpful. Despite the sign outside stating that bills are required to leave, they were rude and did not have the necessary paperwork for the freight. This lack of professionalism was disappointing, as delivering freight should be a positive experience. I hope that in the future, the security team at Kraft will be more courteous and efficient, ensuring a smoother process for drivers.

Product Inquiry Regarding Mio Iced Mocha Java Hello, I've been utilizing Mio products to aid in my weight loss journey ([redacted] lbs down so far) due to their calorie-free, artificial sweeteners like acesulfame potassium and sucralose. However, I noticed that the Mio Iced Mocha Java product contains fructose as the second ingredient. Can you confirm this and let me know if there is a version available that only includes artificial sweeteners? If not, would it be possible to create a version with just artificial sweeteners? I'm Kelly A. and I'm reaching out to address a recent Kraft EZ Mac & Cheese (18 Pack) purchase issue. One of my kids tried to microwave a pack, but upon inspection, I noticed it was not sealed properly, and the cheese packet was attached incorrectly. It seemed tampered with. The individual pack had this stamped on the cellophane wrapping: 15 MAR [redacted] 11:55 CP43 I've provided photos and proof of purchase. As loyal customers of Kraft, we hope for a resolution. I am frustrated with Kraft as I cannot find a contact email address to reach out to them. I wrote a detailed email to an address I found but it bounced back. The phone number provided on the product is not available on Saturdays, and I cannot call them during the week. I spent over an hour trying to locate an email address to send my complaint. I purchased two 5 oz shredded Polly O Parmesan cheese cups, only to find them ruining my guests' meal, appearing like gum stuck to everything. I expect a refund and believe the store where I bought them should not be held accountable. Can anyone assist me with this matter? I feel annoyed at the time I've wasted on this issue.

I recently ate a Philadelphia cheesecake cup, only to find something blue and rubbery in it after a couple of bites. Despite the expiration date being January 4th, [redacted], the taste was off and even made my mouth feel slightly numb. I am concerned about potential side effects and wonder if there is an issue with that specific batch that should be recalled. I purchased it from the VGS on Silver Lake Road in Fenton, Michigan. I have been a loyal buyer of Kraft caramels for many years. Two days ago, while savoring one, I unexpectedly bit into something hard, resulting in a broken corner of my molar. This has deeply upset me as I take pride in maintaining my teeth in excellent condition at the age of 66. The foreign object found in the caramel measures about 4 x 5 x 2mm, feels heavy like metal, and has a grayish-black color with one side appearing polished. Unfortunately, I don't have the original packaging for the caramels to provide any code or date information. I am a retired University administrator without dental insurance, and although not financially burdened, the principle of the matter is concerning to me. I am uncertain of the extent of dental work needed, from filing sharp edges to potentially requiring a dental implant. I understand that incidents like these can occur during food processing, but I hope for reimbursement from your company to cover my expenses and ensure my trust in the product remains intact. I purchased a box of your Velveeta Shells and Broccoli recently and was disappointed by the lack of broccoli in the package. My daughter and I enjoy this product, but there were only about 6 pieces of broccoli in the entire box. It's disheartening to see the reduction in the quantity of broccoli in the product. I fear that if this trend continues, I may have to stop purchasing it altogether. It seems unjust that popular products have less of the key ingredients. I hope you can address this issue promptly. I have visited numerous stores like Walmart and Kroger, looking for Toasted Coconut Marshmallows, without any success. The stores show stock availability on the computer but have none when I arrive. Despite my daughter-in-law being a Walmart manager, I still can't find them. Kraft mentioned calling other stores for the product, but after so many attempts, I gave up. It's disappointing to see such a great seasonal product unavailable everywhere, despite being plentiful last year. It feels like a waste of time chasing after them. Disheartened in Louisville. I have been buying Jell-O sugar and fat-free pudding every week for years now. My husband, who is pre-diabetic, really enjoys it since it's one of the few sugar-free desserts he likes. Recently, I bought several 1 oz. boxes of butterscotch flavored pudding, with the code: 19 NOV [redacted] 00:41 DB06 and UPC NO. 43[redacted]. Unfortunately, one box had what seemed to be a full bag that was not properly sealed, and part of another bag was torn and scattered in the box, causing the contents to spill out when opened. This is the first time something like this has happened to me with your product. I love your pudding and will continue to buy it, but I would appreciate it if this box could be replaced. I have been a long-time fan of Oscar Meyer bacon, exclusively sticking to it compared to other brands. Recently, when I went to make a BLT sandwich using one of the bacon packs I had stored in the freezer, I was shocked to find what seemed like a large chunk of fat with minimal lean meat on the edges. It was a disappointing sight as I had never encountered this issue before. Unfortunately, I couldn't recall where I had purchased it from - it might have been at Best Market, ShopRite or perhaps King Kullen. The barcode on the package was [redacted]87. If I had remembered the store, I would have promptly returned it for a refund, as the quality was below par. The packaging was misleading as only the last slices seemed to have the usual lean meat, while the majority was unrecognizable as bacon. I hope Kraft Foods addresses this matter, or else I may have to rethink my go-to bacon choice.

Dear KD, I recently purchased three cases of your product because my husband loves it. While I also enjoy it, I unfortunately cannot eat it due to medical reasons. I have noticed changes in the taste over the years, and it seems to have not been for the better. The flavor has become a bit off, almost boxy, and my husband has resorted to adding a cheese slice to mask it. However, even with this modification, we have found a soapy perfume taste in the cheese. My husband tried various boxes, but they all seem to be the same. I have seen multiple individuals on Facebook expressing similar complaints. Why did you feel the need to change something that was already perfect? We have ended up with three cases that we cannot consume, and it is disheartening to waste such expensive products. We hope this is just a temporary mistake and are hesitant to try it again. Although we understand prices are increasing, we did not expect to purchase food only to throw it away.

Hello, I am reaching out to share my recent experience with a purchase of Kraft Mayonnaise from Walgreens. I bought two jars for $5 last week. Shortly after using it on a chicken sandwich, I noticed a foul taste. Upon checking the expiration date, I discovered it had expired in February or March of this year. Unfortunately, both my father, who suffers from Parkinson's Disease, and I fell ill with severe symptoms including high fever, body aches, and dehydration. We suspect it may be due to consuming this expired product, as it was the only thing we ate that day. I will be visiting the doctor soon, but I have good insurance. I saved the bottle and would be willing to provide more details if needed. I purchased the mayonnaise from Walgreens at [redacted] N Main Street, Fond du Lac, WI. As someone who has been a Kraft Food consumer for over 50 years, I want to express my concern regarding the commercial featuring a little boy throwing a tantrum over dinner. The ad portrays the parents giving in to his demands after he insists on having cheese added to his meal. I believe this sends a negative message that children can get what they want by throwing tantrums, implying parents should always give in. I urge Kraft to consider more positive advertising strategies. For example, showcasing an older child making mac and cheese for their sibling when their parent is unwell could highlight the product in a more constructive light. I recently bought Kraft zesty Italian dressing but when I opened it, it seemed more like creamy Italian. Despite my preference for creamy Italian, I decided to try it. Unfortunately, the dressing had a thick, gravy-like consistency with little flavor, just a hint of meat and heavy grease. As someone who enjoys salads with various ingredients like real meat, cheeses, and eggs, I was very disappointed. My family and I eat salads daily, and this dressing was a huge letdown. I even saved it for inspection, but my friend tried it and also found it to be unpleasant. This experience was frustrating, especially considering we rely on quality products for our meals.

I am having difficulty locating the Lea & Perrins Chicken Marinade, a product from the Kraft company. According to their website, the marinade is still in production, but I cannot find it in stock at any of the listed stores. I tried submitting the Product Availability form on both the Lea & Perrins and Kraft websites, but I encountered an issue with the phone number field, despite trying various formats. This marinade is a crucial ingredient in some of my recipes, and I am keen to confirm if it is still being produced.

I purchased several Country Time lemonade containers from Kroger. Unfortunately, when I opened them, I noticed moisture inside. I contacted the company and provided pictures of the affected canisters. They then requested a copy of the sales receipt, but I don't typically keep grocery receipts. Despite sending them images of the products, I am unable to receive any compensation without the said receipt. I am dissatisfied with the response I received from consumer relations and would appreciate if someone with authority could investigate this matter for me.
