I am frustrated with the security check process on Kobo when buying an ebook. The image selection challenge is difficult to see, even with my decent eyesight. I had to attempt it six times and use a magnifier to make the purchase. It's truly irritating, especially since I don't wear glasses. The small and unclear images make it hard to complete the step. How can I bypass this verification?

I seem to have forgotten my Facebook account password along with losing access to both the phone number linked to the account and my phone. When attempting to recover the account on a new device, I am encountering an error message stating, "we don't recognize your device." I have provided my Facebook ID link, old number ([redacted]), and old passwords, as well as my government details. Any assistance in granting access to my account on my new phone would be greatly appreciated.

In February [redacted], I purchased a Kobo Forma e-reader for $[redacted].00. However, since last month, the battery no longer holds its charge. I found a technician willing to replace the battery. We spent a week trying to find a replacement battery but had no luck. I contacted Kobo by email and then through their Chat service. The only response I received was: "Unfortunately, we do not offer repair services or provide information on where you can find a battery, replace it, or repair your e-reader." When I asked for a link to reach technical support, I was told again: "I'm sorry to repeat, but we do not offer support for repairs." So, in conclusion, it seems like my e-reader is destined for the trash. I also have a Kindle Paperwhite e-reader from [redacted] that still works perfectly...

My spouse and I both own Kobo e-readers, different models, and are experiencing the same issue with downloading books from the library. Instead of the actual book, we keep getting previews, requiring numerous syncs over several days at times. The problem persists when returning a read book, resulting in multiple preview copies. We have tried looking on your website and forums for solutions without any luck. At this point, we are both considering giving up our Kobos due to this frustrating problem. Can you assist us in disabling this feature that downloads previews instead of the actual books?

I am currently in the process of setting up my new Kobo Clara 2E reader. I am trying to utilize the OverDrive app on the device. After selecting my library and choosing "add a library card," a gray screen with a constant spinning wheel appears, failing to prompt me to add my library card details. Despite being connected to wifi, setting up an OverDrive account on my computer, and syncing my reader, the library card addition screen isn't loading. I am only encountering the spinning wheel with no progress. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
