My name is Krystyna Klita. I purchased a ticket for a Ryan Airlines flight from Faro, Portugal, to Berlin on June 17. I opted for the ability to change the flight date without extra charges, only needing to cover the fare difference if the new ticket is more expensive.
Despite attempting multiple times to switch the flight to June 23 on Kiwi's website, I encountered an issue. While logged in, my ticket for June 17 was visible, but the system wouldn't permit me to make the change, stating there was no reservation for that flight.
I've tried calling Kiwi but was unable to speak with anyone as the automated system requested a reservation number, which I don't have access to in the system.

My 83-year-old mother, who suffers from hypertension, was greatly distressed upon hearing about the cancellation. She saved diligently for this trip to visit her brother after many years, and her delicate health and financial constraints make this situation particularly concerning. We are unaware of any guarantee mentioned and urgently request a refund. Additionally, we need a credit note to resolve any tax implications in our country. I called Sky airline, confirming the schedule change and the need to resolve the second leg of the trip at no extra cost due to it being an airline error. I recently made a booking with Kiwi.com for a flight from Perth to Tenerife. As a budget traveler, I opted for the most affordable flight available, which involved taking four flights in total over 34 hours. Unfortunately, I was informed that my second flight was rescheduled two hours later, causing me to miss my subsequent flights. Kiwi.com offered me two options: paying $[redacted] to change the flight plan to the same route at different times or receiving a partial refund.
I reached out to them over 48 hours ago but have not received a response. It is frustrating that there is no phone support available at this time. In Bezug auf Ihre E-Mail vom 02.06.22 mit Anhang möchte ich darauf hinweisen, dass der Flug von Pegasus Airline nie bestätigt wurde.
Leider war das Callcenter am selben Tag nicht hilfreich. Ich habe aus diesem Grund ohne weitere Unterstützung den günstigsten verfügbaren Ersatzflug nach Antalya gebucht, inklusive eines Zwischenstopps.
Die entstandenen Kosten, die ich im Anhang belegen werde, belaufen sich auf: Ersatzflug: [redacted],97 Euro, Ersatztransfer: 10 Euro, Zusatzgepäck: 75 Euro, Tankkosten: [redacted],16 Euro. Zusätzlich erwarte ich eine Erstattung für den verlorenen Tag in Höhe von [redacted] Euro, insgesamt also [redacted],13 Euro.

I am reaching out regarding my reservation number [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]. I recently received an email notifying me of a change to my flight from Milan to Rhodes on August 24th. Unfortunately, the new schedule conflicts with my connecting flight, making it impossible for me to catch.
I am requesting to change my flight to arrive in Rhodes on the 24th of August to comply with European Law-[redacted]. As per the law, in case of a canceled flight, passengers have the right to choose between reimbursement, re-routing, or return. Attached is the link to the law for your reference.
In my research, I found a suitable alternative flight on the 24th from Alicante to Basel (EZY [redacted]) and then from Basel to Rhodes with easyJet (EZY [redacted]), which I believe would be a suitable option.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am submitting my complaint regarding missing my flight from Frankfurt Airport on April 16 at 8:40 PM to Hyderabad with a layover in New Delhi with Vistara and GoAir due to incorrect information provided by Frasec Security. The gate agent informed me that the gate on my boarding pass was incorrect and directed me to look at the display board for flight number D8. The display board had a technical error and led me to the wrong gate, causing me to miss my flight. Although I had travel insurance, it is refusing to cover the flight costs. I had to stay overnight in a hotel and book a new flight.
I have attached the receipts for your reference. I am seeking compensation for the resulting inconvenience. Please respond to my concern. I prefer to resolve this matter without legal action at this time. Kindly reach out to me to address this issue and find a solution.

Around two weeks ago, on May 27th, I attempted to book a flight from Amsterdam to Izmir and back from Ankara to Amsterdam. The payment was deducted from my bank account, but I did not receive an email confirmation. Additionally, I did not get redirected to a webpage to download the PDF of my flight ticket, nor was the booking visible in the app.
Upon inquiring with the airline, they assured me that my ticket was successfully booked. However, the lack of a confirmation email or any proof of purchase is causing considerable inconvenience. Is there a way to address this issue and obtain the necessary documentation for our flight reservations?

I have booked the following flights with PNR PEKRA8 & XEVENA: VJ896 from DEL to SGN & VJ [redacted] from SGN to DPS. Even though I booked these flights together for DEL to DPS, I received 2 different PNR numbers. The tickets mention that we need to collect and recheck our baggage during a layover of only 1 hour and 55 minutes for an international flight. This short layover time might result in missing our connecting flight. Despite reaching out multiple times to KIWI.com, no one has responded or taken any action. Their lack of response is concerning, and it seems they may have provided incorrect and inconvenient tickets which have now turned into a nightmare experience.

I made a booking with Kiwi.com on May 26th for £[redacted].99, but I did not receive a receipt. On June 6th, I was informed one of my connecting flights was changed, and I was asked to modify my entire reservation, even though only the in-bound section was affected. Consequently, I paid an additional £[redacted] for the new flight on June 15th. Subsequently, I received an email confirmation for the new itinerary, but no receipt was included. Later, I received an email stating I was refunded £22.97 for a requested service that couldn't be added. This refund amount does not align with what I expected. Furthermore, another email indicated a partial refund of £[redacted].69, which has not been received, along with the £22.97. The lack of clarity on whether my entire booking has been cancelled adds to my frustration with Kiwi's poor communication. I cannot reach them for clarification as their contact page is unhelpful and does not provide any valid contact details. I urgently seek resolution on this matter.

Last night, on Friday the 17th, I booked a round-trip ticket from Bsa, Argentina, to Miami, Florida, on the Kiwi website for $[redacted].08. They promised to send me a confirmation number within 5 minutes to 24 hours. However, this morning, in less than 24 hours, they emailed me stating the new price was over $2,[redacted]. This sudden price increase is unacceptable. They have charged my credit card the initial amount. Despite my attempts to contact them, I have received no response. The flight was for July 7, [redacted], only 17 days away. It seems they have a pattern of such behavior with many customers. I plan to report them to the Federal Trade Commission.
