Hello! I'm Joel McCullough, a 15-year-old. I'm eager to launch a Kickstarter campaign to showcase my writing, composing, and programming skills. Despite having a skilled team supporting me, my age prevents me from creating the campaign in my name. I am seeking advice on how a parent could manage the Kickstarter while still displaying my name as the campaign owner. Your assistance is greatly appreciated!

It appears that Kickstarter is having trouble verifying my account. My email address and mobile phone number have been confirmed, but there seems to be an issue with verifying my details and bank account. Although the website claims to have sent an email for verification, I have not received it. I am willing to provide a scan of my passport or any necessary documentation to assist in the verification process. I am unsure why this is not working correctly. I would appreciate a prompt response. Best regards.

I am experiencing issues with the "Giroptic" project. There have been significant delays in production and shipping, and the company is unresponsive to email inquiries. I recently attempted to request a refund of the $[redacted] I paid a year ago, but have not received any response. It is frustrating to have paid for a product, taxes, and shipping without any updates or communication from the company. I hope for a resolution soon.

I supported a Kickstarter project for the Oculus Rift back in [redacted] using my email [redacted] Unfortunately, since this email was tied to my university and has since been deactivated, I am unable to access it now. I am also unable to reset my password because the email is inactive. The company is offering a free Oculus Rift to all backers, and I need access to my account to claim mine. I can provide proof of my identity if necessary. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I need to make changes to the reward levels on my Kickstarter page for "One Day" by Gwendelynn Martindale. I want to add extra rewards to each level without altering the existing amounts or number of backers.
Here are the adjustments I'd like to make:
- Reward #1: $5 Our sincere gratitude, your name in the credits, and a One Day wristband.
- Reward #2: $25 Our sincere gratitude, your name in the credits, a free early viewing of the film, and a One Day wristband.
- Reward #3: $35 Our sincere gratitude, your name in the credits, a free early viewing of the film, a One Day wristband, and a Signed One Day Poster.
Furthermore, please include the following additions:
- Add "Our sincere gratitude and a One Day wristband" to all subsequent levels in the correct sequence.
- Add a Signed One Day Poster to levels 4, 5, and 6.
- Include free early online viewing of the film for level #5.
These updates are time-sensitive, so I kindly request completing them within the next few days. If you are unable to make these changes promptly, please refrain from charging my account. Thank you.

I've supported five games on Kickstarter. However, when I check my backed projects, only the two most recent ones are visible - UBoot by Phalanx Games and Western Legends by Kolossal Games. I've also backed Title Bout by Straightjab Media, which I have already received. The other two projects I've backed are Folklore: The Affliction 2nd Printing by Greenbrier Games and Sorcerer by White Wizard Games. There are five charges on my credit card: one on Visa for UBoot on 2/16/18, and the other four on Discover for Title Bout on 11/16/17, Sorcerer on 11/29/17, Folklore on 12/7/17, and Western Legends on 1/28/18. I kindly request that my Discover account be credited for the charges related to Folklore: The Affliction (12/7/17) and Sorcerer (11/29/17), or that the issue be resolved so my backing for these two games is properly reflected. The transaction dates for these charges may have been mistakenly recorded, so it's possible they were reversed - for example, I might have been charged for Sorcerer on 12/7/17 and Folklore on 11/29/17.

Dear Kickstarter Manager,
I am Kevin Guo, a student at Great Valley High School in Malvern, PA. I volunteer as a tutor at an Afterschool Program and noticed the need for more books. I reached out to a non-profit that can provide [redacted] books for $[redacted] and now seek funding for the book shipment. Does this project fit Kickstarter's categories?
Additionally, I have a science fair project related to cancer treatment, following last year's award-winning project at the Delaware Valley Science Fair. Can scientific projects raise funds on Kickstarter?
Thank you for your guidance.
Best regards,
Kevin Guo

I have been informed by Kickstarter that I require a prototype for the app I intend to create. It makes sense to ensure that the funded project is viable. However, there are already many similar apps in existence. Our app will only need basic functions like daily push notifications, profile creation, tracking user-selected mood ratings, and saving user notes in response to prompts. It's a straightforward idea. If the app lacks demand, we wish to avoid developing it. Instead of investing in a prototype, we have allocated funds to advertising and marketing. Should we consider switching to Indiegogo, or is there a possibility to proceed on Kickstarter? Regards, R.

I recently checked my credit report and discovered that Kickstarter may have been compromised, leading to the sale of my information on the dark web. Several years ago, I began setting up an account and project on Kickstarter but did not proceed with it. I have been receiving numerous threatening emails on one of my business accounts, dating back to the period mentioned in the credit report. These emails demand large sums of money and claim to have access to personal information. While some of the information is incorrect, they mention a password that I used on Kickstarter. The credit report confirms the compromise within the past two years. I am concerned and unsure about the steps to take next. I had no idea a credit report could list details about a particular website or business. Can someone please provide guidance on what further actions I should take to address this issue?

I'm looking to get more information about the Nexum Aqua Plus DAC amp. There are two listings on Amazon with prices differing significantly - one is $89 and the other is over $[redacted], claiming to be made in Japan. I was considering the Beyerdynamic A200P DAC amp, but upon further research, I found out it's made in China while Beyerdynamic is a German company. The reviews on Amazon are mixed, and the product seems to be only available used now. I suspect they might have discontinued it. I have yet to find any reviews on Amazon and am awaiting a YouTube video review by Sir Dave this semester. I'm curious if the Aqua Plus is manufactured in two different locations, leading to the price difference. I contacted Amazon about this, but they couldn't provide answers. Feel free to contact me via email or phone if you have any insights.

Unfortunately, due to recent events and changes within our business, we have decided to shift away from designing watches as our main focus. After discussions with the board of directors, we have determined that pursuing a line of leather goods better aligns with our company's vision. We kindly ask for the removal of the project campaign from last year to improve our digital presence. We appreciate your support and understanding during this transition. Thank you.
Sincerely,
J.D.

Good morning,
I am Charlotte Juergens, a filmmaker completing post-production on my debut feature-length documentary, "Sunken Roads: 70 Years After D-Day." The documentary was funded through a successful Kickstarter campaign in [redacted], raising $35,[redacted] for post-production. I am pleased to announce that we will be premiering this summer at the National WWII Museum. To learn more about our Kickstarter campaign, you can visit the following link: [redacted]. I am reaching out to inquire if Kickstarter could offer or suggest any resources for film distribution as we progress to this phase. I would appreciate any opportunities for distribution support, such as grants, that Kickstarter might provide. Thank you for your consideration, and feel free to reach out if you need more information.
Best regards,
Charlotte

I am facing a major issue with Doki Technologies and I am not getting adequate help. I received a generic response regarding my concerns which made me feel dismissed, especially considering the amount of money I have spent on their product. I am frustrated by the lack of clear communication and the fact that I had to buy another watch due to unresolved issues. The discrepancy between the advertised features and the actual product functionality has left me disappointed. I have tried to reach out via email multiple times but the responses have been unhelpful. I would prefer to speak to someone directly by phone to resolve this matter efficiently. My experience has been unsatisfactory, and I am considering escalating this to the Better Business Bureau. I want to caution others about the lack of support and misrepresentation of the product.

Hello,
I am Abby Munu-Kamara. I have not yet received the blanket I pledged for. It was supposed to be delivered by February [redacted], but it is now April. I have sent emails and received no response. Can someone please provide me with an update or refund my money?

Early this morning, just after midnight Pacific Time, I was browsing watches online. I successfully made a pledge to Horizon Timepiece. When I tried to pledge to Tourbizolla, something went wrong, and the pledge didn't go through. After a few more attempts, I received notifications from Chase Bank about possible fraud due to an unauthorized charge attempt of $[redacted].51 from Kickstarter in Brooklyn, NY. Upon checking my pledges, I realized none of them added up to that amount, except for a canceled one like Nicolet Triumph, possibly from Brooklyn. I need this issue resolved today if possible as I am a truck driver without access to cash and my card is on hold. I am far away from home or my personal vehicle.
Regards,
M.C.

I supported a project on Kickstarter for the EVA Cushion v2.0. My card was charged, but I haven't received any updates from the seller in a month since the last one on August 6. I've reached out to them through Kickstarter but haven't received any response.
I noticed the same product is now available on indiegogo.com for $45 plus $10 for shipping, totaling $55 - slightly more than what I paid on Kickstarter. I just want to know if I will receive the product or if I should purchase it again on indiegogo.com. If I have to buy it again, I may request a refund.
I prefer to give Kickstarter the opportunity to address this, but if I don't receive a satisfactory reply, I will contact my bank to request a refund.

I'm experiencing issues while trying to back the Kickstarter project for the "Muffin Time" card game. I recently supported the project for "Ty the Tasmanian Tiger for Switch/PS4/Xbox" without any problems. My payment method is a work pay debit card where I receive my paychecks. After speaking with the company that handles my work card, they assured me that the card should work fine on Kickstarter. It seems there might be a human error or a missing confirmation email from a bank, which is not applicable to a work pay debit card like mine. I've reached out to the creators of the "Muffin Time" game, and they mentioned a potential issue on Kickstarter's end. I hope we can resolve this soon so I don't lose my pledge. Thank you.

Hello
I am having trouble ordering the additional items for the Mirobot 6-axis Mini Industrial Robot Arm from a recent email. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to find the option to order the item I need. I have also contacted customer service twice via email without receiving a response. I would like to add the $80 Robot Controller to my purchase and inquire about payment methods. Can you please reach out to them on my behalf to resolve this issue and convey my request?
Thank you for your assistance.

I have not received the bicycle I ordered from Vello through Kickstarter since October 10, [redacted]. I have been waiting for over three years, and if I receive it after October 31, [redacted], Vello informed me about an additional 20% VAT charge. They suggested sending the bike to the US, but there have been delivery issues there. Kickstarter did not address my concerns, providing unhelpful pre-written responses. Vello indicated they would ship the bike in April [redacted], but it was never sent. Despite reaching out multiple times, I have not received any responses from Vello or Kickstarter, except for Kickstarter forwarding my email. I have been patient as I chose to use a bicycle over a car. I have requested the bike be sent to my son's London address, but there have been delays and lack of communication. My pledge for the Vello Bike + Ti with gears was €3,[redacted], and I am still waiting for its delivery. My email address provided for Kickstarter support is [redacted]

I supported Sequent Kinetic smartwatches on Kickstarter and ordered two. Recently, after a 2-year wait, they arrived. Unfortunately, my Limited Edition watch is not charging. I have reached out to Sequent, sent them videos as requested showing the issue, but have not yet heard back from them. I would like a refund as their repair center is located in Taiwan. Thank you for any help provided in this matter.
