I have purchased pods from a local drive-through twice, with at least a month in between each purchase. I've also bought pods from different locations in the interim with no issues. After encountering a bad batch and informing the owner, I suggested checking with the supplier for a possible exchange, offering the faulty pack as evidence. Unfortunately, no action was taken to address my concerns. Despite this, I visited the drive-through again today and purchased another pack, only to find it was also of poor quality. I understand that distinguishing between genuine complaints and baseless demands can be challenging. However, having spent $32.00 on two unsatisfactory packs, I kindly request replacements. I am willing to provide photos of the faulty pods' serial numbers and compare them to a trouble-free pack I bought recently. Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.

Hello, I wanted to express my gratitude to Juul for assisting me in my journey to quit smoking. After 15 months of being smoke-free with the help of Juul, I have encountered some breathing difficulties in the past few months. Despite consuming a pod every two days, I have made the decision to cease using Juul as well. However, I have been struggling with the process and find myself feeling irritable and anxious, often relapsing and reaching for my Juul even after disposing of it. While I appreciate the product and the relief it brought from smoking, I am determined to end my dependence on Juul too. Unfortunately, I have not found suitable programs tailored to Juul addiction as most are aimed at smoking cessation. Lately, the pods I've been using are not performing well. They either produce very little vapor or leak from the top. I even bought a new unit, thinking that was the issue, but it didn't solve the problem. Despite keeping my unit charged and maintaining it properly, the last several packages of pods I bought didn't last as long as they should have based on my usual vaping habits. The pods are burning up quickly, lasting less than six hours each, which is disappointing and costly. Even when trying a friend's unit, the results were just as poor. I used to recommend this product enthusiastically, but now I and others who tried it feel let down by the recent decline in quality. This is frustrating because I had encouraged my Mom to try it, only for her to witness how fast the pods are depleting. Not having receipts, just empty boxes, makes it harder to address this issue. The rapid consumption of pods has impacted my budget and overall experience negatively. I hope the company addresses these manufacturing inconsistencies to maintain customer satisfaction.

My Juul wasn't charging correctly and was going through pods quickly. I contacted customer service, and they sent me a replacement. However, the new Juul blinks and flashes excessively unless the pod is disconnected, causing it to use up the liquid faster and the battery to run out quicker than my previous one. Normally, a pod would last me nearly two days, but now I have to use it less to save liquid, resulting in using two pods daily. This has led to months of wasted money as I attempt to avoid smoking cigarettes.

I attempted to order the "Freak It" online free starter kit. However, the process redirected me to download the Starbucks app and keep it open for 30 seconds. Even though I followed these instructions, I was unable to verify my order. Upon further attempts, the process led me to unrelated requests and attempted to make me purchase items with my credit card. I am concerned if this is a scam. I am deeply concerned about the health impact on my teenage son due to your product. During his first ER visit, the cause of his chest pain and other symptoms was inconclusive, but it worsened leading to a diagnosis of pneumonia. I recently purchased a 4-pack of 5% Virginia tobacco pods and unfortunately, every single pod was leaking. Upon opening the sealed package, I had to wipe each pod before inserting it into my juul due to the excessive leaking. This caused a burnt taste in my juul, rendering the liquid ineffective. Usually, one pod lasts me two days, but in this case, all pods were gone within hours. It was disappointing and felt like a waste of money. Being on a tight budget, the $18 spent on pods that didn't last long was problematic. Juul has been a helpful tool to keep me away from cigarettes, so I am hoping for a replacement 4-pack of 5% Virginia tobacco pods.

I have been buying pods for 6 months now and have encountered multiple issues. I wasted a significant amount of money on this product, buying three devices and tossing away numerous pods due to leaks. I noticed the leakage even before opening some packages, but unfortunately, I am unable to return them. If I bought a pack of cigarettes with half missing, that would be unacceptable too. I had to throw away or couldn't use at least 16 pods. I am contemplating discontinuing use of your product unless a solution can be found. I would appreciate your assistance with this matter. I started using Juul as a smoking alternative two years ago, and I have been a huge fan of the product. Initially drawn to the Virginia Tobacco flavor, I later dabbled in the Classic Tobacco and Cream varieties. I found that switching flavors occasionally was refreshing as using the same one for a long time would diminish the taste.
Sadly, Juul has discontinued all but one of the flavors I enjoyed, which has been disappointing. As a loyal customer, I value consistency and have been devoted to Juul for quite some time. Nevertheless, I have decided to explore other brands that offer a wider range of flavors. Loyalty should be a two-way street, and unfortunately, this has not been the case with Juul.
I wish Juul all the best in the future, and I appreciate the experience I had with their products.

I have bought your Juul pods several times now, and almost every time, I encounter an issue with one of the pods leaking. This recurring problem has become quite bothersome as I end up losing all the liquid from the leaking pod in my Juul. These pods are unusable because every time I try to use them, either they empty completely or the product comes out from the other end, leading to product entering my mouth.
I am looking to Juul for a goodwill gesture or a solution to this ongoing issue.
Furthermore, I am unable to order directly from your website as, despite scanning my ID, I am asked to resubmit the request every time due to it apparently being unreadable.

I received a package at TNBANK in Oak Ridge, TN, addressed as "JUUL," which I thought contained our long-awaited hand sanitizers. Upon realizing it wasn't ours, I sent it to Kenosha, WI, via UPS, at my expense of $18.72. I have receipts for the shipment and delivery. I contacted support at Juulvapor.com for a refund, but they claim UPS covered the fees. However, it was my payment. I returned the package as a courtesy. I'm seeking assistance to obtain a reimbursement. The package arrived on June 17, [redacted], was sent on June 22, [redacted], to Kenosha, WI. Thank you.

I have purchased multiple pods (4 count each time) for my Juul, and I've been experiencing issues where the device leaks into my mouth, has a weak hit, and burns my tongue. Despite trying different pods and devices, the problem persists, and I end up spending a lot of money replacing these faulty Juuls. Even after advocating for Juul to my followers as a way to quit cigarettes, this ongoing issue with leakage and burning has been disappointing. I feel like I should be compensated for these faulty Juul products, but I don't have receipts or the Juul serial number as I kept buying replacements hoping for a better experience. I primarily use Virginia Tobacco and Classic Tobacco flavors. Can someone please help me with this situation?

I have been a smoker for over 30 years and switched from Marlboro cigarettes to Juul Virginia tobacco pods approximately 2 years ago. However, I've noticed that the price has increased from $13 to $20, and recently, the pods I've purchased have been leaking oil into my Juul device, making them unusable. This has been happening for the past few months, and it's becoming too expensive for me and my husband to continue using Juul. I have recommended Juul to several other smokers but am now experiencing these issues. I would like Juul to replace the faulty pods that have been leaking oil. I have only saved a couple of boxes, but I have bought numerous pods that have had this problem. I don't want to give up on Juul just yet, but if this continues, I will have to switch and advise others to do the same. I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this issue. I placed an order for pods on December 11th, which is the maximum allowed for a first order. I've been monitoring the shipment's progress until December 22nd when it stopped moving. The tracking information now shows that USPS has not received any updates from the carrier for 9 days. I reached out to Juul via email since it was the only option available under their support contact. They responded saying the package is still in transit and offered a 10% refund. However, the tracking app clearly indicates no contact from the carrier for 9 days. I am requesting either a reshipment of the product or a full refund.

I have not received the mentioned order, even though it shows as delivered. Eventhough I previously experienced great service from Juul, currently, I am facing challenges. I was promised discounted replacements for faulty batteries, which my friends have received, but I have not. Juul has failed to deliver the pods I rely on and multiple batteries bought from them are no longer functional. I recently purchased a Caliburn due to these issues. It seems I may have to switch to other products in the future. I am disappointed as a long-time loyal customer. Can you address these concerns and explain how this situation will be resolved?

I purchased a two-pack of pods today at a gas station near my house and encountered a serious issue. Both pods were leaking an excessive amount of juice when I opened them. The mouthpiece was soaked, and there was a pool of juice inside the plastic cover. Additionally, the pods had a yellowish/brown hue, which is unusual. I typically stick with JUUL because of their non-leaking performance, so I was surprised by this experience. Despite the packaging being undamaged and the aluminum seals intact, both pods were empty after only 6 hours of use. Normally, a pod lasts me 1-2 days. I paid $12 for these pods and would appreciate a refund for either two new pods or the monetary equivalent. I am willing to provide photos of the pods and packaging if needed. Thank you.

I am Francisco Bernardo, and I am experiencing an issue with one of the pods I bought from your Glorietta 4 outlet. One of the pods was not functioning correctly, as it was only producing juice, while the other pod from the same box was working fine.
