I am frustrated. I received an email about a shipment being sent and charged to a credit card I no longer use since I last updated my information. I had to cancel my subscription because I am not available during the day to sign for deliveries. Additionally, the Virginia tobacco flavor is terrible, and I no longer want to be associated with your company. It is also frustrating that I am unable to speak with a representative, and the website is not user-friendly.

I have been at home every day with my five dogs who always alert me if someone is at the door. Despite this, I received an email claiming nobody was home for the delivery of my Juul e-cigarette. This has caused me great frustration as I have been eagerly anticipating its arrival. My husband, aged 67, and I, aged 65, are always home, usually both of us. If the package is returned to Juul, I request that they cancel the order and issue a refund as I find it challenging to deal with them at the moment.
Dealing with Juul has become cumbersome, and their $12.00 shipping fee for such a small item seems excessive. I have previously made purchases from them without any issues, but I may need to look for an alternative at this point. My daughter mentioned that I could have bought the e-cigarette in a store, a lesson learned during this lengthy waiting period.

I am experiencing issues with the delivery service provided by your company. The delivery person seems to be mishandling my orders, and your call center representatives have not been helpful in resolving the matter. Despite ordering five boxes of pods, I am only receiving one box at a time and being charged for each individual delivery. I have paid over $[redacted] for my complete order but keep receiving partial shipments. There is video evidence showing the delivery person dropping off only one box without obtaining a signature on three separate occasions. Despite multiple complaints, the problem has not been rectified, and I am concerned about the ongoing issues with my deliveries.
