A few months ago, I bought 5pc of the VMR V2 Series 3, along with 5 boxes of e-liquid attachments, 5pc wax attachments, and 5pc loose leaf attachments. My sales representative, Salomon Neisloss, assured me of a 6-month buy-back guarantee if the items didn't sell. Despite my prediction that they wouldn't sell well, I trusted Salomon's promise. Now, after waiting past the 6 months, I cannot reach Salomon as the contact details are invalid. I later discovered VMR was acquired by Juul. I hope Juul, or the new owners, will honor the return policy promised by Salomon. I believe upholding this agreement would demonstrate excellent customer service on their part.

I'm having trouble logging into my account. I reached out for support via email, but I'm unsure if my issue was successfully submitted. The problem arose when I attempted to access my account and was asked to verify my age by entering a phone number. Being 64 years old and a frequent customer, I tried using my landline number, which is the one on my profile. Unfortunately, the system doesn't seem to accept landline numbers. I have been purchasing four packs of mint Juul pods for the last 2 weeks. Unfortunately, every single one of these pods has been leaking, which is quite frustrating. I spend $22 on each pack, and when I charge the Juul overnight, it always ends up empty by the morning. I have to replace it, and by lunchtime, after only using it around 10 times, it's empty again. I spend up to $60 a week on these pods, and I simply wish for a pod to last me a whole day without leaking. This situation is truly irritating, and I hope the company can address and resolve this issue promptly.

Hello, my name is Sean, and I'm 35 years old. I have been enjoying using Juul since I first got it. I usually smoke 3mg Virginia Tobacco and go through about 4 packs. Approximately a month ago, I noticed that the liquid started to appear a bit darker. Despite this change, I haven't experienced any difference in taste or any other changes. I consume about 3/4 to a whole name-brand Juul pod per day since I quit smoking. What caught my attention is that around the same time I noticed the color change, the 3mg Virginia Tobacco Juul pods started burning much quicker. Some have been half empty after just a few hits, and some were completely gone in under 2 hours. Today, I bought two new packs, and I'm already almost through two pods in just 6 hours, despite only using it around 30 times since I got home. It feels like the juice is only lasting around 20 hits now, which is unusual. I appreciate your time. I still have an unopened box from today's purchase and two pods left from the first pack. I recently purchased a Juul 4-pack of menthol pods (5% nicotine) with the serial number HG20FA08A. After inserting a new pod into my Juul stick and using it as usual, the menthol flavor started to taste burnt within an hour. When I experienced difficulty inhaling the vapor, I removed the pod and discovered that it had leaked its juice inside my Juul stick. I managed to clean it with a couple of Q-tips, but I'm worried about the possibility of the liquid leaking into the internal components through the crevices and seams.

I have recently experienced issues with multiple packs of pods that I purchased where some of the pods have been leaking. Subsequently, I end up discarding a significant portion of the pods due to this leakage problem occurring either as I am using them or even before opening the packaging. I am seeking refunds for the ineffective packs. Initially, I was unaware that I needed serial numbers to lodge a complaint, but I have now started saving the boxes from the defective pods. I bought 2 packs of Juul pods through my autoship subscription. The first pack had 2 empty pods and the other two leaked when I used them, making a mess and leaking liquid into my mouth. I threw out the whole pack. The second pack had the same issue, with the pods also leaking when opened. Normally, a pod lasts me 2 days, but these only lasted about 2 hours each.

I bought a JUUL starter kit from a tobacco shop in Manhattan on 11/25/[redacted] at 2:02:07 PM as per the receipt. After charging the JUUL, it only worked for 10 minutes before malfunctioning. Despite attempting to charge it again, it still didn't work. I returned to the shop, and the clerk suggested contacting JUUL Customer Service for a replacement. I made the purchase using my credit card.

I lost my Juul charger, and I received a universal charger as a replacement. However, while using it, my Juul only showed a slow blinking white light and then flashed green 5 times before showing no sign of being charged. Now, every time I try to charge it, it flashes white 3 times followed by green 5 times consistently. I researched and found advice to clean the Juul by disassembling it after some e-liquid leaked onto the battery. Even after cleaning, the issue persists and I can't confirm whether the problem lies with my Juul or the charger, as I don't have an alternate Juul charger to test. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently purchased a 4-pack of menthol pods from Turkey Hill, a store I visit frequently. This time, the pods were labeled as "classic menthol" and considered a limited edition box. Although the flavor seemed normal, all four pods leaked excessively from the Juul side and even leaked into my mouth from the mouthpiece side. As a former menthol cigarette smoker who successfully quit with Juul, I am unsatisfied with this particular pack of pods. I shared one with a friend to confirm the issue was consistent across all pods. I don't seek any compensation other than a replacement 4-pack of pods. I can provide photos of the box from all angles. This has been my first negative experience with this product, and I just hope to receive a new set of pods.

Thanks to Juul and Trump, I am disappointed as they have stopped selling mint pods. I first started as an adult smoker trying to quit smoking weed and now find myself addicted to nicotine. I urge you to reconsider the decisions being made about the flavors of Juul pods. There are plenty of legal adults who find the tobacco and menthol options off-putting. My choice to use Juul was based on the enjoyable flavors, not to cater to underage users. Please think about this analogy: Pepsi doesn't stop selling drinks because they could contribute to health issues among kids. Like many others in the US, I have struggled with addiction and found myself heavily reliant on Nic Salts with nicotine levels ranging from 30-50mg. Using 50mg of nicotine daily for almost a year was taking a toll on my heart and lungs. Two months ago, I switched to Juul with Mint pods, which helped me significantly reduce my nicotine intake and break away from Nic Salts. However, with the mint pods being phased out, I fear I will have to go back to using Nic Salts to satisfy my addiction. I refuse to turn to cigarettes as an alternative. The availability of mint Juul pods has been instrumental in my journey to reduce nicotine dependence, and I urge you to reconsider bringing them back. Removing mint pods may lead underage smokers to switch to other flavors or brands, resulting in potential financial losses for the company. Eliminating this flavor option seems shortsighted and ineffective. Switching to a Juul helped me completely quit cigarettes thanks to the mint pods. If I could no longer have access to my Juul, I might consider going back to smoking. I was on the path to reducing my nicotine intake to 3% and quitting altogether. It would be helpful to investigate the difficulties with quitting cold turkey and the negative impact this change may have.

I recently bought a pack of cool cucumber pods for $24.99 after finding out the mint pods were no longer available. Unfortunately, when I opened the pack, I noticed the liquid had a dark yellow color, indicating it was very old. I tried to return them, but the package was already open, so I couldn't. I attempted to use one of the pods, but the taste was off, causing me to cough. I would like a refund of $24.99 or a replacement with two menthol mint packs at 5% each, as I usually buy one pack for $15 and this was inconvenient.

We have been using the Juul for two months now and appreciate the alternative it provides. However, we have consistently encountered issues with leaking pods. Today, we purchased a 4-pack of Virginia Tobacco 5%, and we were disappointed to find that two of the pods were completely empty, with all the fluid drained out in the package. We have been using the Juul alternative cigarette for smokers for 2 months and have been enjoying it. However, during this time, we have noticed that the pods we've been purchasing are leaking. Today, after buying a four-pack of Virginia tobacco pods, we found that two of them were completely drained inside the package with no fluid in them at all.
