I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from your company. I placed two separate orders with the expectation that they would be delivered on Mother’s Day. Despite double-checking everything before placing the orders, they did not arrive on time. After reaching out, I was informed that the orders were scheduled for the day after Mother’s Day due to a mistake. I received a minimal $10 credit for each order, which seems insufficient given the circumstances. Moreover, I was assured both orders would be delivered today by 5:00 pm, but it is now 10:23 pm and there is still no sign of them. Attempts to contact your customer service have been fruitless, leading me to doubt the legitimacy of your website. The handling of this situation has been unacceptable, and I am now requesting the immediate cancellation of both orders. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution, I will have to dispute the charges with my bank.

Dear Justflowers.com, I recently placed an order with your website, which unfortunately was not delivered on Mother's Day as expected. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via phone, website, and other channels, I was unable to get in touch with anyone to address the issue. The $[redacted] bouquet I ordered for my mom was a significant purchase, and the missed delivery has caused great disappointment. To make up for this oversight, I kindly request that you deliver double the amount of roses I originally ordered. I am aware that compensation may be available in situations like this, as Norton supposedly offers a $1,[redacted] payout. Could you please advise me on how to proceed with filing a claim? I am writing to share my experience with Just Flowers in Bernhards Bay, NY. After my friend's mother passed away, I placed an order with Just Flowers for express delivery. Despite my efforts to confirm the delivery date, there were delays. I received an email informing me of a rescheduled delivery for the next available day, which I assumed to be Saturday, June 20, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the flowers were not delivered on time, causing distress as the funeral service took place on Sunday. I contacted Just Flowers only to find out they were short on drivers due to vehicle maintenance. This excuse seemed inadequate considering I had placed the order days in advance. I felt let down by their lack of professionalism and communication regarding the status of my order. The situation could have been handled better, and I regret not choosing a more reliable florist for such an important occasion.

I scheduled a delivery for my daughter's birthday on 4/26, paying for express delivery service to ensure it arrived before noon. Despite my specific instructions, the flowers did not arrive on time. When they finally did arrive, the bouquet looked nothing like the Dazzling Blossom arrangement I ordered. Multiple substitutions were made, resulting in a disappointing bouquet of mostly cheap carnations and daisies with only a few roses and different lilies. I reached out to the company multiple times and even requested the local supplier's information to no avail. My daughter's birthday was spoiled, and I am dissatisfied with the $[redacted].96 I spent on misrepresented flowers. I will be sending pictures via email to illustrate the stark difference between what I ordered and what was delivered.

On May 8, [redacted], at 2:38 pm CST, I placed an order for a floral arrangement for my Mother to be delivered on Mother's Day from Just Flowers.com (order # [redacted]). Unfortunately, the delivery did not occur as scheduled. After contacting the Nursing Home where my Mother is staying, I discovered that the order had not been received. Despite reaching out to Blooms-a-Latte' in Prophetstown Illinois, they confirmed they had not received any orders from JustFlowers.com. I have tried to contact JustFlowers.com multiple times to resolve the issue, but have not had any success. It seems they have no one available to answer calls or respond to online inquiries. Although they successfully charged my bank account, they have failed to fulfill their commitment to deliver the flowers. This lack of customer service reflects poorly on their organization.

Order #[redacted] for $76.46 was scheduled for delivery on May 21, but it never arrived. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service through phone calls and emails, there has been no response or resolution. The delivery date has been repeatedly pushed back without explanation, and as of June 3, the floral arrangement has still not been received. It's frustrating to be left in the dark with no updates or assistance. At this point, all I want is a refund for the undelivered order. This experience with Just Flowers has been incredibly disappointing and feels like a complete scam.

Dear Customer Service, I purchased flowers yesterday for my daughter-in-law's birthday and was disappointed with the service. Although I was told the florist was in Zebulon, N.C, it turns out this was not accurate. The bouquet was meant to be delivered yesterday, but I was informed at the end of the day that it could only be delivered the next day, ruining the surprise. When the flowers arrived a day late, they were not as ordered. Instead of the pastel roses with babies breath and a Happy Birthday balloon, I received 9 red and white roses in full bloom without a balloon. Given the price of $90 after tax, handling, and delivery, I expected better quality. This is not the first time there has been an issue with your company; a previous order for a baby arrival bouquet was also mishandled. Please issue a refund for the missing balloon. Order #[redacted] by Milarose Wixon. I am disappointed as the order was placed on Friday, 5-6-22, with an expected delivery date of Saturday, 5-7-22. Today is Monday, 5-9-22, and the order has not arrived in time for Mother's Day. I have attempted to contact customer service via phone, which leads to an endless loop, and online, where the order is not recognized. I am frustrated by the lack of communication and inability to reach a company representative regarding the undelivered flowers. The website states that only store credit is offered for failed service, not refunds. This experience has left me feeling upset and questioning why I would continue to support a business that provides such poor customer service.
