Joss & Main Customer Service Issues

I am experiencing difficulties canceling an order with Joss & Main as I have been unable to reach their customer service. After waiting on hold for over an hour and trying different contact numbers, I still have not been successful. The issue arose when I ordered a patio umbrella expecting it to ship this week but the order indicated a delivery date in October. To ensure I have the umbrella for the summer, I tried to cancel the initial order and placed a new one with a shorter lead time. However, I was informed that the first order could not be canceled, resulting in two tracking numbers for two umbrellas. The situation is frustrating and made more confusing by discrepancies between Wayfair and Joss & Main's websites regarding shipment information.

I ordered three sets of lights for my bathroom at the end of May, and received them in what seemed like every couple of days. I also received extra lights and two more mirrors unexpectedly. After contacting FedEx to pick up the extra items with your labels, it finally seemed like the shipments would stop. However, I was dismayed to receive another vanity light today. I have reached out to FedEx to stop these deliveries, as it feels like I've been constantly cleaning up errors from Joss and Main. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. I had a positive experience with your company and I'm looking to purchase a waterproof washable mattress cover. I need one for my box spring as well.
