I recently ordered $32 worth of food from Jack in the Box in Fresno through DoorDash. The delivery took longer than expected, resulting in cold and poor quality food. The eggs were overcooked, the bacon was not edible, and the fries seemed old. When I contacted the store manager at Jack in the Box to have the food remade, she unhelpfully blamed DoorDash for the delay rather than addressing the issue. Despite my efforts, she refused to assist and suggested I contact DoorDash instead. As someone who used to work at Jack in the Box, I could tell that the food was not freshly made. This experience was quite frustrating, especially since I ordered the food for my baby son. The manager's lack of willingness to resolve the situation left me disappointed and questioning the principle of "the customer is always right."

Can anyone recall the super-skinny submarine sandwich "The Torpedo" that Jack in the Box used to offer years ago? It's been over 20 years since I last enjoyed one, but today I found myself yearning for its unique taste. Despite my online search efforts yielding no results on Google or in the discontinued menu section on the Jack in the Box website, I'm confident it was a real item. I believe there must be others who remember this sandwich and would love to see it back on the menu. I'm thinking of starting a campaign to bring it back, but I need support from fellow enthusiasts. I purchased a crispy chicken sandwich from the Jack in the Box at Live Oak and Washington Ave in Dallas, TX. Unfortunately, the chicken was so tough that I couldn't chew it. I returned the sandwich and spoke with the manager, who was very rude. Despite this, she did make me another sandwich. I felt like I was being treated poorly for returning an overcooked sandwich. I won't be returning to that specific store in the future. I am 79 years old and have never encountered this kind of behavior. I also had my receipt. The turnaround time was less than 20 minutes. I purchased 10 orders of 2-pack tacos (totaling 20 tacos) from store #[redacted]. I noticed that the menu displayed different prices for the tacos under snacks and sides versus Jack's deals. At the window, I was charged $16.90. I was confused about the actual price. The main concern was the poor customer service experience I had with employee Hanna. Not only was she rude and argumentative when I questioned my order accuracy, but I later discovered I only received half of my order. Despite trying to call the store without success, I had to return to pick up the rest of my order. This experience took up an hour and a half of my time and required two trips to the restaurant.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding an online order I made using the (store) app/website. Unfortunately, I did not receive my order and after contacting the store, they directed me to DoorDash. DoorDash mentioned they would handle the situation and advised that as the order was made directly through (store), they have the capability to issue the refund to my card. I visited Jack in the Box after work around 2 a.m. There was a car blocking the drive-thru, so I went inside where I saw three employees eating and drinking. Although the open sign was on, I was rudely told they were closed due to maintenance. When I pointed out the sign, I received an indifferent response. The workers at the Seagoville Jack in the Box seemed impolite and unprofessional. It was confusing to see employees eating and drinking in uniform while the store was supposed to be closed. It would be more transparent if they turned off the open sign and put up a closed notice in the drive-thru. It turned out the only maintenance activity was a crew spraying the parking lot.

I tried to order a shake at the drive-thru, but was told they were unavailable. To my surprise, I saw them making a shake when I reached the window. I was informed that shakes were only for call-in orders due to limited availability. I politely asked for one but was instructed to call ahead. The shakes were still advertised on the drive-thru board. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect when I got home.

I encountered an issue with my meal at the [redacted] FM1488 location in Magnolia, Texas. In my spicy chicken sandwich meal, I found a hair, and the teriyaki bowl had no sauce. Even after getting the meal replaced, I faced more problems with missing hashbrowns and overcooked chicken. I tried calling about the issue, but couldn't get through. The repeated mistakes have led me to remove this fast-food establishment from my list. Additionally, it seems they no longer provide receipts, which is puzzling.

I placed a mobile order, and when I arrived at the restaurant to pick it up, they said no order was received. It was supposed to be ready in 10 minutes, and I got there on time. I tried to resolve the issue with my phone for about an hour, checking in a couple of times, but they kept saying no order was received. I showed them my phone with the charge on my card, but they were unhelpful. They just said there's nothing they could do, and there was no food for me. I still haven't been refunded, and the charge went through on my card. What should I do now?

As a DoorDash driver, I am frustrated with the lack of respect and unequal treatment I am receiving at a Jack in the Box location on Kings Highway and Chippewa. Despite waiting for 37 minutes and going through the drive-thru twice, my order has been neglected for 17 minutes while other drivers are served promptly. The staff's behavior is disrespectful, and I feel discriminated against as I observe them serving African-American customers ahead of me. This is not the first time I have faced such mistreatment at this particular store. Their actions are unacceptable and unprofessional. I value my time and deserve fair treatment as a delivery driver.

Last night, I visited the Jack in the Box on Emain El Cajon around 7 pm and used the drive-thru. I ordered 4 Ultimate Breakfast Sandwiches, 4 hash browns, and two large drinks. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a receipt, and when I got home, the sandwiches were all with cheese in a bowl, the hash browns were extremely hard, and the meat was tough. Despite calling multiple times without an answer, I returned the next day. The employee I spoke to not only embarrassed me in front of other customers but also accused me of lying and refused to replace my order. This time, I won't overlook it. I'm requesting a replacement order, and if not resolved, I will contact the corporate office tomorrow. Additionally, I also never received the 2 large drinks I ordered. The bowl situation was due to the absence of buns.

As a delivery driver, I recently experienced an issue while picking up an order at store #[redacted] on 5-6-23 at 8:06 PM. The fryer was out, so my customer could only receive one item from their order. To compensate, I offered to use my free drink benefit, but the staff at the store refused to honor it for delivery drivers. Despite their response, I decided to purchase a small drink out of pocket to provide better customer service. This act was met with rudeness from two employees. In my line of work, most places offer free drinks to drivers in case of delays, even though I typically decline due to being diabetic. It was disheartening to have to spend $3.00 on the drink to keep my promise to the customer. It's unfortunate that some workers do not value kindness in their service. I have the receipt as proof of this expense and it has left me feeling disappointed in today's customer care standards. I went above and beyond to ensure my customer's satisfaction, but it seems like theirs was overlooked.

I made an order via the app on Saturday night around 9:45 PM. While I received an email confirming the order, I never received a confirmation that it was ready for pick-up. Upon reaching home, I noticed my Fan Faves box was not included. After contacting the store, they acknowledged the mistake but mentioned that I would have to request a refund through the app since the order was made online. I tried to address my concerns through the app as instructed but have not received any response. The missing box was worth nearly $11, and my total bill was over $30. I am seeking a resolution for this issue and a refund for the missing item.

I went to Jack for an early dinner and got frustrated because I couldn't order without interruptions. I tried speaking to the manager, only to find out the person taking orders was the manager. Feeling frustrated and unable to communicate properly, I decided to leave before things escalated. I canceled my order and went to Carl's Jr instead. Usually, I let these things go, but this time it really bothered me. I don't have the store number, but the location was in Rancho San Diego. The phone number might be [redacted]. It happened around 3:15 pm. I may not return to this Jack location. If this is how employees are trained to handle customers, you might want to reconsider your approach.

I visited the Jack in the Box on Madison Avenue in Granite City, Illinois today, 5/23/23. The customer service was very disappointing. The employee was changing the trash bag and throwing trash away without washing or sanitizing his hands before handling my food. When he made my Pineapple Shake incorrectly and I pointed it out, he argued with me. Additionally, I ordered 6 Tacos and asked for extra buttermilk ranch, which he refused to provide. Another employee joined in and was rude, supporting the first employee's behavior. Every time I visit this store, there seems to be an issue. I hope someone can better manage this store as the customer service there is truly terrible. While refunds are appreciated, the service remains subpar.
