I am reaching out because I have concerns regarding the diversity at the Winnie store where I work. I am the only white employee among a staff of Hispanic coworkers, most of whom do not speak English. The General Manager also does not speak English, which has led to numerous issues for me. I tried contacting my District Manager, Jeremy, but have not received a response despite leaving messages. I feel like my concerns are not being taken seriously, which is why I am considering leaving. I believe it is important for management to address these issues. I had a disappointing experience when I ordered food at the Jack in the Box in Camarillo, CA [redacted]. The employee who handed me my order through the drive-thru window was very rude and appeared to be agitated. I requested my bowls to be dry with the sauce on the side, which led to a misunderstanding about an additional charge. Despite my explanation, the employee seemed bothered. When I inquired about the situation, she responded curtly before refusing to provide her name, noting she was waiting for the next customer. It seemed like there may have been a personal issue affecting her behavior. I wanted to share this feedback in case it becomes a recurring problem. The employee was Hispanic and had long, decorated fingernails. This interaction on May 23rd around 4:20 pm was the first time I've encountered such poor customer service at Jack in the Box, a place whose food I typically enjoy.

Upon entering the store, I proceeded directly to the register counter. Although there was only one other guest in the store, I waited for more than 4 minutes for the staff to acknowledge me. Despite one staff member walking with me from the bathroom area, it took quite some time for any acknowledgment. Eventually, a staff person approached me but only after handing food to others nearby multiple times without greeting me. After providing the total, she left. I encountered issues with the card reader and had to wait for her return, which was another long wait. The card reader problems persisted, and each time she left immediately, causing me to wait again to flag someone to reset the screen. It took around 7 minutes to receive my drinks and almost 15 minutes for the food. Unfortunately, I never received a receipt. Even though I asked for my sandwiches to be made with one less egg patty, it was not accommodated, so I had to discard some of the food. When I started eating, I found eggshells in three different bites. Given this experience, waiting 20 minutes for the meals was quite disappointing, especially considering I paid $22 for them.

I had a negative experience when visiting one of your restaurants in Spokane Valley on Argon and Knox. The employees were disrespectful, used profanity, and I suspect they were under the influence of drugs. Even the manager was involved in these actions. Our orders were incorrect, and when we tried to address the issue, they became aggressive towards us, particularly my wife. They overcharged us as well. It was a challenging situation, and I felt incredibly frustrated. This behavior was displayed by the morning crew, and I believe there should be some sort of action taken to prevent this from happening to others.

I encountered multiple issues during my visit to the restaurant. Firstly, when I ordered a teriyaki bowl combo, the staff member had trouble entering it into the system. While seeking assistance, the other employees ignored her and conversed in Spanish. Eventually, they informed me that they had the combo available but couldn't input it. When I requested to speak with the manager, I was told there wasn't one present. Subsequently, I had to choose a different item. Lastly, as we were leaving, one staff member rudely questioned another in front of several customers, which I found to be very disrespectful and uncalled for.

Last night at 9:42 pm, while at the drive-thru, I was ignored by an employee. Subsequently, when I went to the front door with my autistic daughter, we were subjected to disrespectful behavior by 5 or 6 individuals inside the store. They were rude, used inappropriate language, and wrongly accused me of being intoxicated. This experience is not an isolated incident; I have consistently received poor service at this store. Action must be taken to address the unprofessional conduct of the employees. In response, my family, friends, and fellow church members will be protesting at this store due to the disrespectful treatment we received.

I went through the drive-thru, and the cashier informed me that my card was declined twice. After using another card, I discovered that my bank had charged me twice. I explained the situation to the manager, who said she could only address it the next day. However, I was still charged three times. I showed her my bank app with the two charges, but she denied they had gone through yet. It's frustrating dealing with this poor customer service. Having a phone number to speak with a real person would be greatly appreciated.

I am struggling with being underweight and often forget to eat, so my boyfriend helps by ordering food through the app for me to pick up. Usually, I mention his name to collect the order without any issues. My boyfriend sends me screenshots of the order details and confirmation number, although I've never been asked to show them before. Today, when I went to pick up the food, a new employee asked for credentials. I didn't have my wallet with me, so I couldn't provide ID, and I left without the food or a refund. This situation was frustrating as I'm used to smoothly picking up the orders without any trouble, especially because my name isn't on the order. It's disappointing to miss out on a meal after this routine we have been following several times a week.

I have made two separate orders from Jack in the Box website for food delivery in Burleson, Texas. My first order was for pickup but was missing 4 out of 5 taco orders, 7 jalapeƱo poppers, and large curly fries. Despite filing a complaint and requesting a refund on the website, I am still awaiting a response even after sending follow-up emails and submitting another complaint. Today, I ordered delivery hoping for a better experience, but my order was delayed by over an hour, and I was informed by the delivery driver that the milkshakes I ordered were unavailable. Upon receiving the food, I discovered that my 2 taco orders were missing, and I was charged for the milkshakes and tacos I did not receive. I have filed another complaint and refund request on the website, but I am concerned that my issues are not being addressed promptly.

I reside across from my neighborhood Jack in the Box and recently ordered my usual, a double Jack combo. Unfortunately, what I received was a subpar creation that fell short of resembling food. I have photographic evidence to support my claim, but I am unsure how to share it on this platform. Considering the significant amount I spend at this establishment, I believe it is reasonable to expect to receive what I paid for, especially since prices have continuously risen while quality has declined. I recently visited Jack in the Box in El Monte, CA. While enjoying my meal, I discovered that the chicken in my Cluck Sandwich was hard. I politely approached an employee and asked if it could be replaced. The employee insisted the chicken was fresh, but offered to give me a new one. I accepted and walked away, assuming it was a one-off issue. However, upon further inspection, the replacement chicken was also tough. When I went back to show the employee, she reacted defensively and accused me of ignoring her offer earlier. Despite trying to explain, she became hostile and involved other coworkers. The unprofessional behavior displayed by the staff has left me disappointed, and I have decided not to return to any Jack in the Box in the future.

Today at 12:00, I witnessed a food delivery truck in Angleton using his truck to tear down tree branches near people's homes. He parked on the road close to their homes and even caused damage to electrical wires in the trees on the Jack in the Box property. This happened three times as he backed up and drove off repeatedly. There were Jack in the Box employees present since the store is currently under reconstruction. The workers who were trying to fix the situation were also there. The truck had a big "F" on the side of the trailer. It's very disrespectful and unacceptable for the driver to just leave the scene like that. Thank you.

I placed an order on the app for a Loaded Breakfast Sandwich but realized the location was incorrect. I updated it to [redacted] N. Clovis Ave, Fresno, CA, where I was actually located. After adding a discount offer, the location reverted back to my previous purchase location [redacted] miles away in Inglewood, without notifying me until after I completed the order. Unfortunately, there was no option in the app to cancel the order immediately. When I tried to contact the Inglewood location provided on the email receipt, there was no response or voicemail available. Despite not being able to pick up the sandwich, I noticed my credit card was still charged $4.40 for the sandwich (with a $1.69 coupon deduction). I kindly request a refund to my credit card ending in x1315, or the return of the coupon, or alternatively points/credit/discount code for a similar or better item. Thank you.

I placed an order for Jack in the Box last night at midnight for pickup inside. Upon arrival, I found a long line of 12 cars and requested assistance over the phone due to the locked doors. Unfortunately, they were understaffed and couldn't accommodate my request, so I had to go through the drive-thru to pick up my order. When I got home, I discovered that the double jack cheeseburger in my munchie meal was instead a regular jumbo jack with tomatoes and onions, despite my request to exclude them. I was quite disappointed by the mix-up.

On the morning of June 17, [redacted], my spouse and I visited Jack in the Box #[redacted] for breakfast, and it was a pleasant experience.
I have a habit of balancing my checkbook every one to two days. Upon reviewing my recent charges, I noticed a $12.96 purchase followed by an unauthorized $17.03 charge. Despite multiple attempts to contact the store without success, I managed to speak with Melba from another location who provided me with the name of Fay Bagay, the District representative. Despite leaving a message, I have not received a callback yet. I believe it's crucial to address this discrepancy promptly, as it could affect other unsuspecting customers.
Attached are my bank transactions and the receipt in question for your review. Having been employed by Jack in the Box in the past, I understand the importance of good customer service even during busy times.

On Thursday, July 13th around noon, I visited Jack in the Box and ordered a soda and water. When I asked to use the bathroom, I was told it was being cleaned. I offered to use it before cleaning, but was informed it was not possible. However, it has been at least 15 minutes, and no one has cleaned the bathroom yet. Despite only two customers coming in since then, there are around four employees present. It seems unreasonable that the bathroom cannot be used due to it being dirty when they have not cleaned it yet.

During my recent visit to a drive-thru in Phoenix, my boyfriend and I encountered an unpleasant experience with an employee. Upon our arrival at the speaker, the employee abruptly asked, "WHAT DO YOU WANT?" Despite my boyfriend's polite reply, the employee's response was another rude inquiry of "WHAT do you want?" Eventually, we placed our order for 2 breakfast Jack's & 2 coffees but received no acknowledgment. At the window, the same unfriendly tone continued as she quoted the total, which we found difficult to comprehend. After a confusing interaction, we decided to leave. This incident left a negative impression, especially considering the employee's representation of a well-established restaurant chain like Jack in the Box. I don't usually complain, but I wanted to share my recent experience at Jack-in-the-Box. I visited because I needed quick food, ordering a number two meal with seasoned fries and water, along with a taco. Despite repeating my order, there were some issues. The staff member seemed distracted, offering me bottled water and informing me tacos were sold in pairs. I waited in the drive-through, feeling rushed but patient as the store was empty. When I received my order, the girl seemed disinterested, offering ketchup. Upon eating, I noticed the fries were cold and my tacos were missing, though the burger was hot. It was disappointing.

The music at this Jack in the Box is excessively loud, making it difficult to concentrate. The employee at the drive-thru window was unclear and rushed, handing me items without proper explanation. This led to confusion about which items were for each customer. Despite my efforts to clarify, he responded rudely and unprofessionally. This behavior repeated when I confronted him, causing further frustration. Eventually, after honking, I requested to speak to the manager. The individual who addressed my concerns was a female team member. The male employee, who lacked customer service skills, was disrespectful and confrontational. I plan to follow up with the manager regarding this negative encounter.
