Hello, I encountered an issue with my Instagram account about an hour ago. I received a suspension message asking for identity verification. I entered my email and phone number and submitted the codes received, but I have not heard anything since. When I tried to address the suspension on the site, it says I didn't complete the identity verification. I started the process but didn't know how to submit an identity document. My screen is black, and I'm unable to log in or view posts. I'm unsure why I was suspended, as I haven't shared my password or posted anything inappropriate. Hello. Today when trying to log into my Instagram account lokotkova.ev, I discovered that it had been blocked, and the reason is unclear. I have not violated any norms, haven't posted anything there for a long time, and haven't logged in for a while. When attempting to unblock the account, I followed all the steps, received the confirmation code to my email, then got a confirmation on the phone number linked to the account. However, when trying to enter the confirmation code, it said my account was not found. When entering the account name, email address, or phone number, the system shows that the account is not found. Today, my Instagram account was suspended unexpectedly. I am unsure why this occurred as I have not posted in months and have not violated any of Instagram's policies. Recently, while watching Reels, a nude video appeared, which I promptly reported. Now, I find myself suspended for this. Hello, I need assistance with my Instagram account issue. My handle is matheo_dbrs. Surprisingly, my account got deleted overnight without any valid reason. I have maintained a good record and never violated any rules. I am having difficulties accessing my Instagram account (username: @eleonorauccii) because Instagram is prompting me to verify my phone number. After relocating from Italy to the United States, I updated my phone number accordingly. Despite multiple attempts to switch my phone number on my Instagram profile from the old Italian one to the new American one, I keep receiving an error message indicating that my phone number is associated with too many accounts. This is my only active account with the American number, and I am unable to sign in using my current phone number due to this limitation.

This morning when I logged into Instagram, I immediately received a pop-up notification stating that my account had been suspended or disabled. I was prompted to verify my identity, which I attempted to do by entering a 6-digit code sent to me via email. Following this, the platform indicated it would send another 6-digit code via text message, which I did not receive. Despite trying to request new codes, I was informed that I had made too many requests and would have to wait an additional 24 hours to receive one.

I encountered issues with logging into my Instagram account yesterday, and suddenly, notifications from family and friends, even my husband and son, informed me that my account was hacked. A picture not from my account appeared, requesting money or something similar. Here are some details: 1. Email: [redacted] 2. Instagram username: 1sds 3. I use my Apple iPhone for logging in. 4. 1sds is my only login. 5. During the password and security process, on the second verification, a message is sent to the hacker's new phone number, not mine, which is 1-[redacted]. I have been struggling with this issue for over two days without any assistance. I have already sent this email twice before. I desperately need help to recover my Instagram account. My account was unexpectedly suspended, even though I haven't posted any content that goes against the community guidelines. During the steps to verify my email and phone number, I faced delays in receiving the code on my phone, which happened an hour later, and by the time I got the codes, they were useless. Now, I am unable to request new codes. I rely on this account to stay connected with my friends. I intended to complete all the required steps, but unfortunately, the code sent to my phone didn't function properly. Hello, Our company's Instagram account, @rockpalsofficial, was unexpectedly disabled on Oct. 11 without a clear reason. Despite our efforts to recover it, we were unsuccessful. This account has been a valuable platform for us to connect with customers and fans over the years. Subsequently, we created a new account, @rockpals.us, and encountered another unfortunate disablement. We faced issues verifying the account due to difficulties receiving the necessary codes via our phone number. Following this, on Oct. 31, we tried registering a new account, @rockpals_us, with a different phone number, only to have it disabled promptly after creation. The repeated setbacks have left us puzzled. We suspect that the term "Rockpals" may have triggered the account disablements. Notably, there is a suspicious fake account, @rockpallsofficial, which we reported but remains active. Could our new accounts have been mistakenly disabled due to the presence of this fake account? While scrolling through Instagram, I encountered a message stating my account was suspended on October 31, [redacted], and that it might be permanently disabled if not confirmed. Following the provided steps, I verified the code sent to my email and phone number. However, after completing the verification, the app displayed a blank screen with a buffering symbol. I waited for an hour before logging out of my account. Despite numerous attempts, using options like Forgot Password, logging in with Facebook, or resetting my password, I continue to face error pages and unresponsive messages without any explanation. I've now been locked out of my account for 2 days and find the situation quite distressing.

Hello, I have had an Instagram account (toti.hustlart) since [redacted]/[redacted]. About ten days ago, Instagram blocked my access to the account because I downloaded a software to see who views my profile. I entered my login information into this app, and then my Instagram account was banned. I am asked to verify my account, but I no longer have access to the email I used to create the account or the same phone number. I tried the video selfie method and sent it to Instagram, but my profile pictures do not allow them to identify me. I have photos of myself in the highlights or archives of my stories or posts. Good day, I am having trouble accessing my Instagram account. I had two accounts, one of which I haven't used in a couple of years and can't access even though the password is saved on my computer. Today, I tried to create a new account, Irina.Briye, from my laptop. However, when prompted to enter the six-digit code sent to my phone number (+38([redacted]) [redacted]-95-05), nothing happens. The code is not being received. I've attempted to change my phone number and requested the code again, as well as tried to log in from my smartphone (Samsung A53 5G), but nothing is happening.
