I have been a loyal customer for over 35 years and used to receive my morning paper by 5 am without any issues. However, recently, there have been problems with the delivery service. The paper arrives after 7 am, often in the street or on the curb, and when it rains, the waterlogged plastic cover ruins the paper. I have requested that the paper be thrown on the grass instead. Moreover, there were two days when the delivery was missed without any notice. When I called the [redacted] number, I was informed that my delivery days were reduced. Despite the increasing subscription price, the quality of service is deteriorating. I prefer the physical paper over an online version. Please address these delivery issues promptly. Thank you. I received my first and last delivery of the STAR on July 2, [redacted], after resubscribing on July 1st. Despite contacting STAR Customer Service in the Philippines over 8 times since July 2, my paper has not been delivered. While the representatives are kind, the delivery issue persists. I am perplexed as my neighbors receive their STAR as usual. I have not received the STAR for 19 days since the initial delivery. I am eager to see this resolved. My preferred outcome: resume delivery tomorrow along with my neighbors' papers. Alternatively, if delivery is not possible tomorrow, I request contact information for the Delivery Supervisor in Indianapolis for direct assistance. If this is not feasible, I would like my subscription canceled immediately and to stop receiving email solicitations. My account is under phone number [redacted], at [redacted] E. 56th St. #12, Indianapolis, IN [redacted]. It is a short distance from where my neighbor receives their paper, making delivery feasible.

I am frustrated with the constant pro-democrat articles in the paper. It would be more balanced to see coverage of Harris's negativity along with Pence's debate win. The high cost of my subscription, ranging from $50 to $40 per month, is not justified as my neighbors pay much less. I may consider canceling and re-subscribing later. The only value I find in the paper is from the sports section and crossword puzzles.

I am experiencing ongoing issues with the delivery of my newspaper. Despite multiple attempts to address the problem with the billing department, the paper is still not being placed inside my mailbox as requested. On January 14th, due to a delivery mishap, the paper ended up scattered in a ditch. When I contacted the billing department and spoke to Bille, I expressed my frustration with the recurring problem. Additionally, I noticed that the delivery person has been leaving papers at the wrong address ([redacted] Acton Road, Indianapolis, IN [redacted]) and no one is collecting them, so I had to clean up multiple papers from the road. After being a loyal customer for 42 years, I believe I deserve better service. This continuous issue has been disappointing, and I hope to see an improvement in the delivery service. My name is Roger B. and my wife is Leigh B., our address is [redacted] Acton Road, Indianapolis, IN [redacted]. Please reach out to us at [redacted] or [redacted]

I am a tenant at Neighborcare and have been disappointed with the newspaper delivery service provided by an African American delivery person. He consistently drops off papers in the social room instead of delivering them to the tenants' doors, leaving the elderly residents to collect them. The papers are frequently late, sometimes incomplete, and he often just hands them to the building manager without making an effort to distribute them properly. I believe he should be replaced with someone who takes pride in their work and fulfills their duties diligently. Despite his other jobs, it does not excuse his neglect at Neighborcare. It is unacceptable for him to prioritize other commitments over this job. I urge for a new, dedicated delivery person who can ensure timely and individual delivery to each tenant's door. This level of service is lacking, and I feel strongly that action should be taken to address this issue promptly.

For the second Sunday in a row, I didn't receive my Sunday paper. Last week was my first week receiving papers on Thursdays and Sundays. I received the Thursday paper last week and this week, but I didn't get last Sunday's paper until I called, and even then it arrived after 1:00 PM. Today, I got it by 6:00 PM. This is not a good start to my subscription.

I have not received my newspaper (Thursday and Sunday) since 8/26. I submitted a change of address before 8/26 due to our move on 8/27. I confirmed the address change by calling. Despite multiple assurances since 8/29 that the paper would be delivered, I haven't received any. I have received credits until a week ago Sunday. I've also submitted online complaints several times with no response. I'm frustrated and considering cancelling my subscription as I've been unsuccessful in getting the paper delivered to my new address, where I have a paper tube waiting for the paper!

My 86-year-old mother, Patricia K., has been a long-time subscriber to the STAR. Despite numerous complaints, the carrier consistently fails to deliver the newspaper to her porch, making it challenging for her to retrieve it due to mobility issues. I have been assisting by placing it on the porch myself, but it would be greatly appreciated if you could address this issue promptly. While I am happy to help, my caregiving responsibilities, including tending to my husband recovering from a severe stroke, make it difficult for me to continue to do so. Ensuring the paper is placed correctly should be the carrier's responsibility. Patricia's address is [redacted] 6th Street, Bedford, IN [redacted]. You can reach me at [redacted] or directly at my office at [redacted]. Thank you for your attention to this matter. - Brenda E.-F., daughter of Patricia K.

Please cancel my subscription immediately. Due to financial constraints, I can no longer afford the current subscription rate. I hereby request that no further charges be deducted from my bank account for next month. Any deductions made in error must be promptly refunded. I have informed my bank about the cancellation of the subscription to ensure no additional charges are processed by Indy Star. The monthly fee of $52 for Sunday and Thursday deliveries is unreasonably high, considering I have been receiving the paper for more than 50 years since its days as the Indianapolis News. Despite my long-standing loyalty as a customer, I must discontinue the service. Thank you.

I am writing on behalf of my 96-year-old neighbor, who will turn 97 in August. He is a World War II Veteran and a dedicated reader of the Indianapolis Star for many years. Despite numerous calls to the INDY STAR, the ongoing issue with his newspaper delivery has not been resolved. His paper is consistently thrown on the driveway instead of being placed in his newspaper mailbox, posing a risk of him falling while trying to retrieve it. We urgently need assistance to address this matter and ensure proper delivery for him. Your prompt attention to this concern is greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Jan Fulmer

Once more, we did not receive the paper today. Additionally, I am concerned about the ink quality. The puzzle page is barely readable due to its faint appearance, while other sections suffer from dark, smeared ink making it challenging to read. Adding to this, there was a repeated article in yesterday's edition. The inconsistency in quality is disappointing for someone who enjoys reading the paper thoroughly. Expectations for a better experience are high.
Best,
M. Beltrame
