What is the Indianapolis Star's policy on refunds?

The Indianapolis Star values customer satisfaction, thus has a comprehensive refund policy in place. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service within 30 days of the subscription start date or delivery to request a refund. Refunds will be provided for the unused portion of your subscription, excluding any discounts or promotional offers. For single copy purchases, refunds will only be granted if the product is returned within 7 days of purchase. To process your refund, we require proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your account.
