Hello, I am facing an issue when contacting candidates through Indeed. After sending them a message with my contact details, some respond with automated "interest" replies instead of directly reaching out. It would be more efficient for them to contact me directly through email or phone. Additionally, when I receive these automated responses, I can see the candidates' resumes but not the answers to the questions I included in my original ad. I have to follow up with another email to request this information. When candidates respond directly through Indeed, I do receive the questions and answers.
