I encountered a problem while filling out the Application Form for a Science Teacher position in Halifax. As I was almost finished, someone posted a false message on the website, disrupting my progress and preventing me from completing the application. It was quite frustrating. I suggest having a Save button to avoid having to restart the application from scratch. I also had trouble locating a telephone number for contacting Indeed's Manchester office. I am concerned about whether any of my progress on the application form was saved, as I anticipate encountering the same issue if I try to reapply. I am eager to apply for this job. I am disappointed by a review that was posted on our company website on May 31, [redacted]. The review describes me in a very negative light, using inaccurate job titles and making false accusations. It is clear that the reviewer is not a former member of my team and may have personal grievances. This review is not only untrue but also damaging to my reputation and the company's image. I kindly request the removal of this misleading review from our company's website.

I've been struggling to resolve this issue for an hour now, and it's incredibly frustrating. The website is not user-friendly, and I urgently need assistance. Kindly, cancel the account registered under [redacted] and phone number [redacted]. I need the entire account to be erased and non-existent. Replace it with the new account for my new job, [redacted], keeping the same phone number [redacted]. Currently, I am unable to post new job listings because my old job's username is linked to my phone number, and I can't figure out how to close the previous account. Time is of the essence here as I need to post these job listings today. I've spent considerable time trying to resolve this without any luck. The Q&A section was of no help. There should be a simpler process for users to update their account emails and phone numbers.

In the past six years, I worked as a headhunter with a successful and respectful approach. However, my recent experience with Indeed has been disappointing. I receive job listings that are completely unrelated to my professional background, which indicates a lack of attention to my preferences. Moreover, despite my repeated requests to stop sending me irrelevant job opportunities, Indeed continues to inundate me with unsuitable offers. This insensitivity is exacerbated by the fact that I am dealing with a serious illness. I am considering seeking legal advice to address this issue.

I recently applied for a job at Tarifa Productions SL through your website, and a person named Yann Secouet contacted me via email after seeing my application on indeed. He sent me a check for the work, which I cashed in. The next day, he asked me to do suspicious tasks, making me feel uncomfortable. Despite his reassurances over phone calls, I still felt uneasy and informed him I would return the money. He insisted on meeting in person, but my intuition led me not to respond, leaving the funds untouched for a few days. He did not contact me again, but my bank flagged the transaction, causing me to close my account. This experience has left me wary of using job search sites, especially when encountering fake postings like this. I hope the site administrators can address these issues to prevent others from falling into similar scams.

While searching for Craig's List, my search engine directed me to Indeed, which seemed to be related to Craig's List. I started filling out the form and only at the end, I noticed they required payment for job postings, which was not what I needed as I was just looking for a one-time mover. I have been trying to get Indeed to take down the post, but I keep receiving responses. After the third request to stop, I mentioned reporting them for spam, but it seems like no one is paying attention. Please remove my post as I did not provide billing information, and it should not have been published in the first place.

I was informed by individuals at Indeed that I would receive a job interview call in May [redacted], but it is now August and I haven't received any calls. I paid Rs [redacted] for registration, Rs [redacted] for a highlighted profile, and Rs [redacted] for verification, totaling Rs 20,[redacted] to Indeed. I have the receipts for these payments. Despite trying to contact the Indeed representatives, their phones are off or out of service. I am not interested in the job anymore; I just want my money back. The payment receipt assured a refund if the service was not provided within 30 days, and it has been over [redacted] days now. I am feeling very upset and this is a significant amount for me. I have tried reaching out to the help desk with no response. Please refund my money as soon as possible.

I recently hired housekeeper Miriam Galante, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed with her slow and unsatisfactory work ethic. Despite working for three days, she only cleaned a few areas and spent an excessive amount of time washing one bed, leaving it wet. Even though we pay based on the quality of work, my husband kindly paid her $15 per hour. However, her attitude and lack of progress were unacceptable. When I informed her that the job wasn't a good fit and offered her final payment in my husband's office, she became confrontational. She insisted on more money, causing a scene and even yelling at us for more payment. Despite passing a background check, her behavior was unsettling, and I felt unsafe. This was the worst experience I've had, and I urge caution when hiring from this service.

After sending it to my phone as a PDF, I received interview offers from two jobs, one being Advanced Auto. They required a Drug Test within 48 hours, but sent the information to the wrong email. I am unable to access [redacted], and I urgently need to change it to [redacted] Can you assist with merging the accounts? Advance Auto's manager in Hobe Sound, Florida has tried reaching out. On September 22nd around 9:30 PM ET, I was applying for a part-time teller position on Indeed. I saved my profile, intending to finish it later, but when I returned, it showed as already submitted. I reached out to Indeed regarding job requisition #[redacted], expecting a response within one business day, but I haven't received any feedback yet. Despite contacting the bank's HR department twice, they explained their limitation as Indeed being a third party. Feeling frustrated, I am considering ceasing to use Indeed for job applications due to this experience.

Today, we were notified that an individual using the email [redacted] advertised a Part-time Office Assistant position on Indeed, asking applicants to contact Doyle Richardson. We did not list any job openings with Indeed and do not have any association with Debra Davis. Upon further investigation, it seems that Debra Davis solicited donations for a charity instead of offering a job, referencing Doyle Richardson's name. This situation appears to be a scam where our law firm's name and Doyle Richardson's identity are being misused. If this unauthorized post exists on your website, kindly remove it as we have no knowledge of Debra Davis or this job posting.

We signed up for a subscription, but we can't find contact details on resumes to reach out to candidates. Does Indeed require us to use the dashboard and internal messaging/email to contact applicants? It feels like a high monthly cost for a limited service. Can you clarify if direct contact information is provided with the more expensive option, or if the higher price only allows for more contacts? Thank you.

After clearing my cookies for another issue, I am facing difficulties accessing the Indeed website. Whenever I try to visit the site, it redirects me to downloads, displaying only a blank page. Even if I manage to reach the site, I am unable to log in and it redirects me to downloads once more. Although I can access it on my iPad, I need to attach cover letters, which I can't do on my iPad. As I am transitioning from my current job and relocating, it is crucial for me to apply for jobs at this time. This problem originated when a tech representative was assisting me with Rocky Mountain Power's new website. I explained that the new site wouldn't function on my old Macbook, prompting him to advise clearing my history and cookies. Since then, I have been unable to access Indeed. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am part of the Indeed mailing list for jobs that match my qualifications. After receiving an email about a job opening, I clicked on the "apply for job" link which directed me to the Indeed app, allowing me to use my Indeed CV, attach a cover letter, and answer specific job-related questions. I applied for a job I was very interested in, submitting a strong cover letter and answering the questions. However, upon checking back, I noticed that my application, along with the cover letter, was not sent or applied for. I am hoping to find out if this information was saved in the backend system, even though it didn't show as submitted. I am eager to know if there is a way to recover or track the application as my cover letter was crucial for this job and I would struggle to recreate it from scratch. Is it possible that the application data is stored somehow, possibly in the cloud?

Dear Indeed, I have been a member for some time and have successfully found jobs through your platform. Recently, I had a disappointing experience with Northshore Homeschooling in Covington, LA. They scheduled an interview for an elementary classroom teacher position on Monday, September 3rd at 2:30, but when I arrived at the provided address, no one was there, and there were no signs indicating their location. I contacted them through Indeed but received a response the next day implying I was at the wrong address and the position had been filled. This was frustrating and caused me to miss work. Additionally, I unexpectedly received a cancellation notice for my text job alerts today, which I did not request. I have been a satisfied Indeed user for years and this incident was unusual. I am a Jobspotter user experiencing issues with the app. I am not sure if this app is affiliated with Indeed.com, but if it is, I find it lacking in professionalism. Jobspotter's rules seem to change randomly when submitting job opportunities, and there is a lack of response to email and job application concerns. I am looking for a way to contact the Jobspotter team affiliated with Indeed.com to address and improve these issues.
