My experience on my indeed resume is not being calculated correctly. When I check the box "I currently work here," it shows only 3.33 years of experience, which is inaccurate. However, when I uncheck the box and select this month as my end date, it then shows 14+ years of experience. This inconsistency is affecting my job search as it reduces my experience to only a few years. I have over 14 years of experience, and this discrepancy is concerning. Can this issue be addressed so that my true experience is reflected accurately on my resume?

I am having trouble verifying my ownership of my company with Indeed to regain access to my job posting. Despite explaining three times that I lack the insurance documents to prove ownership, I have submitted several documents showing my ownership, such as shareholder documents and the company registration certificate. Receiving calls from job seekers looking to apply for a position that is no longer active on my personal number has been inconvenient. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to Indeed for assistance, I have only received repetitive requests for documents I have already stated I do not have. This situation is incredibly frustrating, affecting my business growth significantly.

I encountered an issue with posting a job where the system crashed halfway through. Despite being reassured the job would only post once, it did not. I was wrongly billed for a service that was supposed to be free. Frustrated by the experience, I closed the job, but we continued to be billed for two jobs. We opted to absorb the cost due to the difficulty but are still receiving charges. This is unacceptable, and I am currently unable to get assistance despite reaching out multiple times via email. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I've been trying to log in to my Indeed account with my username and password as usual, but I can't get in. I've tried about twenty times, and it keeps asking me to log in with a Google account. I don't want to log in with Google; I want to use my Indeed username and password. I tried to fill out an Indeed help form, but to submit a request, it requires me to log in, which brings me back to the initial issue of not being able to log in with my regular credentials.

On 1/29/23, a job posting for Executive Director at Horses of Hope/Caballos de Esperanza, Inc. in Isabela, Puerto Rico was made from the email address [redacted] Despite multiple emails to INDEED's help system, a satisfactory resolution has not been reached. Candidates have applied, invoices of $[redacted] and $80 have been paid, and emails regarding assessment results have been received. However, access to the job posting and candidates' information is still unavailable. The job posting has been paused due to exceeding 80 applicants. A solution is needed to gain access to the candidate list, assessment results, contact information, and qualification details, or alternatively, a refund from INDEED. Clarification on how this issue occurred is also requested.

I am experiencing an issue with a payment for a sponsored ad that has not gone through yet. Despite updating my payment method details correctly, the invoice page still shows the old payment method. I have tried reaching out to support via email and through the dashboard on my company account for the past two days, but I have not received any response. Does anyone have suggestions on how I can resolve this situation?

As an employer, I recently closed a job post, but there seems to be a discrepancy with a $[redacted] charge that I don't understand. I've tried contacting support with no luck. Hello, I've utilized Indeed for quite a while now to post job ads and recruit individuals. I placed an ad for a Dishwasher position at Khazana Milton on March 12. Unfortunately, this time I was unexpectedly charged due to the sponsored posting default settings. I've been charged $[redacted] already, and there's an additional $[redacted] on hold. My intention was merely to receive 2-3 applications for consideration and hire one person. I haven't hired anyone from the ad. I kindly ask for a refund of the $[redacted] that was charged and to waive the remaining $[redacted]. I've been a loyal user of Indeed for years and plan to continue using it in the future. The Indeed website could be a great job search platform. However, the job assessments on the site diminish its value for job seekers. In my experience, these assessments have proved to be highly inaccurate in reflecting relevant skills. They consume valuable time without providing much insight. Job seekers are left with the impression that hiring managers are not investing sufficient effort in the hiring process by relying on such an inadequate system. Overall, this system is detrimental and disadvantageous to those seeking employment.

I have a question regarding applying for a job through Sun News newspaper (Indeed). The advertisement instructs applicants to pick up an application at one of the locations, but can the application be filled out solely on Indeed? Would the employer be alerted if the application is only submitted online through Indeed? Additionally, I am curious about why our advertisement is not visible on Indeed. The save button, the heart icon, is missing on Indeed, leaving only a button to hide undesired jobs. The Help Desk page lacks information about this. Seeking help on Reddit, someone advised clearing the cache, which temporarily fixed it but the icon disappeared again after 3 days. Despite searching extensively and trying various troubleshooting steps like clearing cache, cookies, and checking ad blockers, no permanent solution has been found. Contacting their phone number redirects to the unhelpful Help Desk. This missing feature affects tracking job applications. As a long-time user of Indeed, both as an employer and job seeker, this issue is unprecedented and frustrating. Any assistance is welcome.

I work part-time for small businesses in the area, helping them with their hiring needs. Previously, I had an account with Fidus Roofing, Construction, and Pavers, but it was not accessible when I tried to use it for a recent hire. Consequently, I created a new account, but it has been paused since April 6th. I have filled out the form multiple times, yet it remains paused. I have been receiving job opportunity emails from you, so my email address is correct. However, I am unable to apply for any positions as the website indicates my password is incorrect. When I try to reset my password, I do not receive the email to change it. I have checked my spam folder but it's not there either. When I enter my desired start date and review my application, the field switches the month and day. To make it display correctly, I swapped the month and day fields. Additionally, the submission date of the application is showing up much later, so I had to adjust the application date too. I am encountering the same issue with the application date and start date for my current position. Please advise on how to ensure that these dates are being transmitted accurately to the prospective employer. Best, LP

Good morning! We recently set up a new account due to a company name change and relocation of our Truro branch. Unfortunately, we have been experiencing difficulties accessing our account to place ads. Yesterday, I successfully reset the account and posted recruitment ads. However, they have been flagged again. I have been with the company for two years and never encountered issues with the site before. This recurring problem is causing unnecessary complications that I would like to resolve promptly. Could you please explain why our ads have been flagged again? I noticed a discrepancy in my Indeed.com Profile regarding past assessments. Until last Thursday, May 25, [redacted], Indeed accurately displayed all the skills assessments I had taken on the site, allowing users to choose which results to make public. However, as of today, Tuesday, May 30, [redacted], my profile only shows one assessment repeated eight times. I couldn't access my profile on May 28 and May 29.
