Workers from the Illuminating Company have been at my condo development on the corner of Fry Road and [redacted] Heather Lane. They removed branches from a large evergreen tree but left them partially attached. Our maintenance staff ended up taking them down and cleaning the area. Residents of buildings facing Fry Road have been dealing with a blocked sidewalk for over two weeks, resulting in having to walk through mud when it rains. We are eager to know when this issue will be resolved and the sidewalk will be accessible again.

I visited HEAP on 3/16/20 at the Southgate location in Maple Heights to address my excessively high bill. I provided all the requested documentation and was promised a substantial payment would be processed. Additionally, I was assured I would be referred to PIPP. Unfortunately, none of these actions have been taken yet. I am reaching out for help as I have contacted HEAP multiple times and spoken with various individuals, but my issue remains unresolved. Since my husband's passing in December, which resulted in a significant loss of income, I am now facing the threat of eviction from our apartment. I am a new customer. I am trying to set up a new service for my new apartment. I have contacted 4 representatives for assistance. Each time, they requested information to fill out the application form. They then forwarded the application to the Application Center and asked me to wait on hold for an agent from that center to assist in completing my application. I have been on hold for 30 minutes yesterday and 45 minutes today with no response. I am eager to move into my new apartment this week, but the delay in setting up electricity is hindering my plans. Kindly contact me back with a representative from the Application Center. Thank you.
