I keep receiving emails stating that my account will be canceled due to inactivity, but I have been logging in regularly. The email address in the replies seemed suspicious, so I refrained from using it. If this is not from Hulu, I need to know what's happening. I've accessed my Hulu account multiple times on both my phone and TV, so I'm confused about these notifications. Please clarify this situation, particularly if it's not Hulu reaching out to me. Thank you. - Ness

I did not intend to sign up for Hulu+ live TV, and I do not wish to continue with it after being charged $69 unexpectedly. I am currently subscribed to the Hulu no ads Disney bundle, and that is the service I want to keep. I only noticed the additional charge this morning and will be changing my password for security. I have successfully been charged for the changes I made today according to my plan. I do not want the live TV service until 1/19, so I request a refund and immediate cancellation. Thank you for your assistance.

My husband has subscribed to the Football Live package on Hulu, but we were unable to access any of the 1pm football games today. Unfortunately, Hulu does not provide a phone number on their website, making it challenging to speak with a representative. Improved customer service and ensuring customers receive what they pay for is crucial for retaining loyal customers. Update: Hulu mentioned that the issue may be related to the network being acquired. We managed to watch the 4pm and 8pm games, but missed out on the 1pm games.

We recently switched from DirecTv to Hulu and have been enjoying it without any issues until this morning. Yesterday, I watched the Alabama vs. Florida football game, and everything was fine. However, this morning when I tried to watch Hulu, I got a message saying "It seems that you are not home." Yesterday (Saturday, 12/19), I was out and about within a 50-mile radius, watching the Clemson vs. ND game on my phone without any trouble. Today (12/20), I encountered the message. Sometimes we experience brief power outages that require us to reset our clocks, and I thought that might be why I needed to log in again. However, I'm puzzled as to why I was asked about not being home this morning when I was using my mobile device yesterday without any location issues. The only different factor between last night and this morning was the brief power outage. It's confusing to me as I'm not very tech-savvy and these changes seem unnecessary. Thank you for your help.

My Hulu account was hacked (initially registered with [redacted]). I couldn't log in, and the password reset email didn't come through. When I used the "forgot my email" option, I found a new email linked to my account: [redacted]
The account shows a location in Georgia, but I actually live in Texas. I noticed a $[redacted] charge, despite only having the basic Hulu Live subscription without any add-ons. Could you please cancel that fraudulent account?

I recently subscribed to Hulu, but I've been struggling to stream it on my TV through the app. Despite trying to reload it multiple times, I keep getting an error message saying it can't load up. I'm finding it frustrating that I can't get any answers from the company. I would appreciate it if someone could explain why this issue is happening and provide more information on what steps I can take to fix it. If you were experiencing this, what would you do? Please email me with a solution. Thank you.

I'm extremely frustrated with Hulu right now. I subscribed to Hulu specifically for local sports access, like watching the Cleveland Cavs games. To my disappointment, I discovered that Hulu has removed Fox Sports Ohio, the channel that broadcasts the Cavs and Indians games. Despite adding unpopular channels and increasing prices, there was no notice of a decrease in rates when Fox Ohio was removed. I'm discussing this issue with friends whom I've recommended Hulu to, and we are considering canceling our subscriptions before the end of December if this issue isn't resolved.

Hello,
I recently signed up with Verizon to access the free streaming services from Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN. I successfully set up my user ID and password for Disney+ and can stream content from there. However, I'm unsure how to enable Hulu streaming on my phone and TV. Do I need to create a separate password for Hulu or can I use the same one I set up for Disney+? I believe the Hulu service is included for free with my Verizon bundle, so I shouldn't be charged extra for it.
Any guidance on how to activate Hulu streaming would be appreciated.
Thank you,
J.H.

For several months, I have been paying $60.99 monthly without any changes to my services. Recently, an extra ten dollars was added, making it a total of $70.99. The charges do not specify any reasons for the increase, leaving me confused and considering cancelling the service. I find this secretive charging method unacceptable. I require a clear explanation or a refund.

I need to update my credit card information to resume my Hulu subscription. The notification directs me to update payment details through the third-party Amazon, which I have already done. Despite this, I am still unable to reactivate my Hulu account due to the same recurring message. The only alteration on my part is my expired credit card, which has been replaced with a new card carrying the same number but a different expiration date of 2/[redacted]. Please provide assistance on this matter.
Best regards,

I need assistance with reviewing the billing history and account access for my email address. It appears that I have been repeatedly charged for the service despite attempting to cancel my subscription. I am frustrated by this situation and request a refund for all charges made after the trial period ended. Can you please investigate the reason why the subscription was not successfully canceled each time I tried to do so? I am eager to resolve this issue with Hulu to stop the recurring charges.

I recently received a Hulu gift, but I encountered issues creating an account. When I tried to use my email, it indicated that I already had an account, which I do not. When I requested a password reset, the email addressed me by a different name and had an incorrect birthday. It even mentioned that I was re-subscribing, which is inaccurate. This situation is confusing and needs to be resolved.

Whenever I try to access Hulu, I experience an issue where the cursor keeps spinning and eventually shows an error message saying "Hulu is not available." This error redirects me back to the page where the episode summary is displayed under a thumbnail. I have to repeat this process multiple times before finally being able to play the episode. Occasionally, the spinning cursor leads to a black screen with a link to Hulu's help and support page. I'm curious to know why this recurring problem is happening.

I am not currently a Hulu subscriber, but I am considering becoming one. I have a question about the channel options. Can I select specific channels to watch and exclude others, such as sports, Latino TV, and broadcast channels? I believe the market is moving towards a customizable approach. I prefer not to pay for unnecessary channels that are typically included in packages. I want to avoid being charged for services I do not use, which has been a common practice by cable providers. It is frustrating to see charges for broadcast rights when many people no longer use antennas. I am looking for a more tailored package where I can choose what I pay for. Thank you.

I recently experienced an issue with Hulu customer service where the representative couldn't locate my account, although I managed to find it using the "find your email address" option. My correct email is [redacted], and the unauthorized email linked to my account is [redacted] I noticed various unauthorized charges on my account, such as $47.60 on Dec 17th, $13.69 on Dec 15th, $6.81 on Nov 18th, and multiple others. I suspect my account has been compromised as I did not authorize these transactions. The representative I previously spoke with was unhelpful, and I am seeking assistance to resolve these issues promptly. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. I check my online banking daily, and I noticed that Hulu has not been deducted yet as of yesterday. Today, when I checked, I saw that the charge was denied. I forgot to inform all my account providers about my compromised card and am currently awaiting a new one for the past ten days without receiving it. I verified that Hulu is now off on my TV. If you could reach out to me, I can provide you with my checking account details. Thank you.

I started signing up for Hulu but did not complete the process. I was unaware I would be billed without finishing. I'd like a refund as I can't afford this service due to personal circumstances. My daughter and I are currently homeless as my boyfriend and I have separated. I haven't used the service for over a week (only during the trial), and I apologize for this situation. Maybe in a few months, I can consider rejoining.

We recently transitioned from our free trial to a paid subscription for Hulu + Live. Ever since the start of the free trial, we have been experiencing daily interruptions and disruptions with the live programming. It is crucial for us to have a reliable live TV service, so we are seeking more insights into the cause of these issues to help us determine if we should continue using the service. We value the importance of live programming and hope to receive clarification on this matter soon. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and we look forward to your response.

I attempted to update my card details due to my previous card being obsolete. However, I encountered issues as my password was not accepted. Despite trying multiple times, I believe my new card information was registered, but I cannot log in on my TV. I signed up for a free trial and entered my credit card for billing in February. When I tried to access Hulu on my TV, my password was not accepted, and I never received the email to reset it. If I cannot watch Hulu, I wish to cancel. I do not authorize my credit card to be charged unless I can enjoy Hulu programming. Please cancel any recent actions on the website.

Last November, I signed up for a Hulu account with a 1-month free trial and provided my credit card details. After an error during the account creation, I believed it had failed. Recently, I discovered my account was active but linked to an incorrect email address missing a digit. I now want to cancel but can't log in as I didn't save the password and the email is invalid. Hulu didn't alert me to this issue. The vague error message misled me. How can I cancel the account with these complications? Thank you.
