I am frustrated with Hulu for increasing the monthly rate by $10 and providing subpar service. Buffering interrupts my shows, some listed shows are not available, and the "live" TV feature is misleading. I use Hulu Live mainly for watching Texas Rangers baseball, but when games run long, they cut to scheduled programs instead of live action, contradicting the term "live TV." I have contacted customer service twice recently, and they agree with my concerns. This misleading practice feels like false advertising. I am disappointed with Hulu and seek resolution. You can contact me at: [redacted], or via email at: [redacted].

I believed I had successfully canceled my subscription 2 days ago through my account. Due to ongoing unemployment payment challenges here in Ohio, I decided to cancel as I can't afford it and haven't been watching as much as I initially planned. This morning, I received a text notifying me that I was charged nearly $19.00 for Hulu and Cinemax. I have now canceled my subscription, but I urgently need the amount refunded. My financial situation is tight due to unemployment, and I kindly request a prompt refund of this charge.

While watching a show, I often encounter screen freezing issues with my Amazon Firestick. I use the forward button to get it moving again or sometimes go back to reboot the show. Unfortunately, during a baseball game, the system froze near the end, and even after attempting the usual steps, I had to restart the show and lost progress. Hulu's frequent freezes are frustrating, especially when trying to navigate back to where we left off in a long baseball game. Considering exploring other content providers due to these ongoing issues with Hulu. Since we started using Hulu in January [redacted], we've had to reinstall it multiple times and constantly reboot our system. The unreliability of Hulu is extremely frustrating, and the lack of communication about changes to the user interface adds to the problem. While I managed to adapt to the new interface, finding show categories remains a challenge.

On August 12th, I attempted to sign up for your one-week free trial to consider joining. However, I found the process confusing and gave up. To my surprise, I discovered two charges from HULU on my bank account totaling $58.84, even though I hadn't decided to subscribe. These charges not only made me decide against joining but also caused overdraft fees from my bank totaling $40. Please refund the charges of $6.41 and $52.43, as well as the $32 overdraft fee and the $8 daily overdrawn fee. I hope this issue gets resolved promptly.

Last week, Hulu access on our TV stopped abruptly. Upon attempting to log in to my Hulu account, I discovered that both my password and email address had been hacked and changed. Following a recovery process, a new Google email address "[redacted]" was found to have been created using my original password as a base. The breach into my account remains a mystery. I established my Hulu account in April [redacted], having initially used Mastercard ending in [redacted] with expiration 05/23 and security code [redacted]. I have been regularly updating my account using Hulu Gift Cards since then, and I believe it is prepaid until Mar/Apr [redacted]. My birthdate is December 25, [redacted], and my current email address is [redacted] with the password "steve1942" (not the most secure choice, I admit). Kindly reset the account to my email address so I can implement a more secure password moving forward. Regards, Attila Steve Nadudvary

I recently started a new subscription using a different email than the one I previously had a year ago. However, when I try to access the new subscription on my device, it keeps directing me back to the old subscription and prompts me to sign up again. I have already signed up and have been charged on my credit card for this month, but I am unable to play any content. I am unsure of which email, name, or password we used during the signup process. When we tried to sign up the second time, we encountered difficulties and had to make multiple attempts before it finally went through. The email for the password recovery is being sent to my spam folder, and I am unable to open it. As far as I remember, the subscription is under my name, Charlene. The credit card charge number is [redacted][redacted]. We would really appreciate being able to watch on a different TV occasionally. Kindly contact me at a different email address.

Hello, I am Heidi, and I recently signed up for Hulu. I encountered issues with selecting the $5.99 monthly option and experienced difficulties accessing the correct content. Despite selecting the first season of the show "Alone," I found that the episodes were not starting from the beginning, and the account was set to the "Live TV" option at $54.00 a month, a choice I did not make. I swiftly switched back to the $5.99 plan, yet the billing reflects an initial charge of $54.99 before reverting to $5.99 per month. I possess a $50.00 gift card, received for my birthday, which I prefer not to waste on an undesired subscription. I am uncertain whether to seek adjustments to my account or proceed with canceling it. Could someone clarify if I would retain the $50.00 credit upon cancellation? Thank you, Heidi

Hello, I'm David Calvert, born on April 25, [redacted]. I'm having issues with my two TVs that have Roku sticks. Since Monday, the 17th, I've been paying for LIVE TV without receiving any service. Additionally, since Wednesday, the 19th, I've been paying for Hulu and not getting any service. The Hulu app stopped working correctly after I logged into my account to address an issue with Showtime appearing unexpectedly. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling Hulu on Roku, the problem persists, and I can't access the app at all. I've also experienced differences in TV connectivity between rooms. I would like to inquire about a possible refund for the services I've paid for but not received and seek assistance in resolving the TV connectivity issues.

On August 27, I initiated a change from HuluLiveNoAds to HuluNoAds before deciding to cancel Showtime and HBO as well. Despite my efforts to cancel the premium channels, the next billing date was set for Sept 28, resulting in an unexpected $37 charge. The two phone calls made on the 27th were only fifteen minutes apart, with the first call at 10:10 to change the subscription and the second call at 10:25 to cancel the premium channels. I urgently seek assistance to cancel the charge for the premium channels and have my account credited since my billing cycle commenced on the same day I requested these changes. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

I signed up for Hulu with the expectation of accessing shows the day after they air, but I'm only finding children's and cartoon programs when I look for U.S. shows. I'm frustrated with the overwhelming number of foreign programs before I find something I recognize. Can you provide me a list of available U.S. programs to simplify my search, or should I cancel my Hulu subscription altogether?

I inadvertently charged myself $64.94 for the wrong yearly subscription without realizing there were multiple yearly plans available, and then an extra $12.11 when trying to switch back to monthly. I would appreciate help in refunding the total amount of $77.05. If a refund is not possible, I am open to applying this sum towards a yearly subscription. I now understand the difficulty of changing subscriptions and multiple charges that may occur. Your assistance is valued in resolving this self-inflicted financial error. Warm regards, A.M.

I recently downloaded the Hulu Plus app on my Surface tablet running Windows RT 8.1, but it fails to load consistently. It seems that Internet Explorer is no longer supported for Hulu, and I can't download a new browser. On my iPad, the Hulu app loads, but I can't get any shows to play. It appears that Windows RT 8.1 is not supported by Microsoft, and Hulu apps only work on Roku or Fire TV. How can I access Hulu on my mobile devices under these circumstances?

Two months ago, I decided to try Hulu for the first time while I was in Utah. I signed up, but the company quickly moved us to Arizona where I had no signal for 24 miles with my carrier, AT&T. Consequently, I had to shut off my phone to avoid a bill for the next six weeks. I noticed a charge of $6.99 on my bank app, presumably for the last month of Hulu after the free trial. Despite being unable to download the app on my phone, I now find myself in Clayton, New Mexico, with a new phone number, email, and carrier. I would like to start fresh without being charged for the last unused month of Hulu. I still have Hulu on my smart TV and wish to begin a new free trial. Can this be resolved without incurring any additional charges?

I recently spoke with STEVEN regarding a refund, but there seems to be a misunderstanding. The refund amount was actually $54.07, not $5. I am experiencing trouble with my user ID and password, which I usually use for everything. My email is ChristiHaner@ iCloud.com and my password is Walgreens1. I would appreciate getting the $50 Hulu credit or $34 hotel credit, or a gift card for a television site. You can reach me at [redacted] and my address is [redacted] NE. Pacific Dr., Fairview, OR [redacted]. My bank card information has changed except for my PayPal account. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, Christi.

I am facing an issue with Hulu. I am trying to connect to my home network using the mobile app on my iPhone. The initial splash screen on the Hulu app indicates that Live TV is blocked on the iPhone until I check in. When I click on the Live tab, I get an error message saying, "We're having trouble loading this right now. Check your internet connection and try again. Error code [redacted]." This problem has persisted for the past two days, despite multiple attempts. I have power cycled my cable router, Orbi mesh network, TV, and iPhone in an effort to resolve the issue. I have also tried to seek help on Hulu's support web pages without success.

Today, when I tried to access Hulu, I found my account was disabled. I kindly request to have my Hulu service restored under my correct account, [redacted] I don't want to start a new trial or pay $5.99 again when my payment is due later. Please grant me access to my account without any additional charges as my payment is not due until October 19. Thank you.

I recently tried Hulu through Roku under the name David Lancaster, paid via PayPal. I cancelled due to the movie content not meeting my preferences. I disputed the charge on PayPal but lacked evidence and was denied. I must have closed the trial improperly (around five minutes). Kindly refund me for last month and any other charges as we are not interested. The content is not suitable for older viewers. Thank you.

My wife and I have two winter homes, residing in Washington during the summer and Arizona and Baja California in the winter. We switch off Hulu at each home when we leave. As we are new to Hulu this year, we want to know our responsibilities. We are leaving Washington next week for our home in Yuma, Arizona. Once we set up Hulu on our living room TV, will we be able to access it there? The same question applies to our home in Baja. As we are limited to using Hulu on two TVs simultaneously, can I watch Hulu in Arizona while my wife uses it in Baja, California?

This issue has occurred a couple of times while using Hulu. I receive messages about surpassing my Hulu location services, despite using Hulu only at home. Every time my internet goes down and we have to reboot the modem, Hulu on my Firestick mistakenly detects a different location. Today, due to a winter storm causing our internet to drop four times, I am now locked out of my Hulu account for supposedly using up all available location channels. I contacted support a few weeks back for the same problem, where I had to provide my current IP address to have the agent reset our locations. I cannot deal with this each time our internet goes down. Considering canceling Hulu if this issue persists. I urgently need a permanent solution to prevent this from happening again.

I have disputed a charge through PayPal for a subscription that your company has filed a claim on. I have contacted both you and PayPal, as well as my bank.
