I have recently noticed an issue with my Vizio TV after a software update. Whenever I try to watch shows like Seinfeld, Married with Children, or How It's Made, the episodes start but then get stuck on a loop of advertisements without returning to the show. An error message pops up saying, "Playback Failure, Error: native video tag error, message: Pipeline_Error_Decode, Hulu Error Code: runtime-2-1ab1fb19." This issue occurs with all the shows I attempt to watch, and there is a counter for the ads in the top left corner that keeps restarting. Any suggestions on how to resolve this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I have two accounts under different email addresses: [redacted] and [redacted] Currently, I am paying $5.99 per month for the [redacted] account. Since [redacted] was linked to my previous employer, I no longer have access to that email. I am looking to reset my password but need assistance due to the email change. I want to ensure I can access the account I am actively paying for. Thank you, Olivia

I am currently in Jamaica, Montego Bay, and I'm facing issues accessing Hulu on my Firestick and Google Chromecast. I've been here for eight days and have been unable to use Hulu for most of the month. Additionally, I recently found a more affordable alternative and received an email today indicating that Hulu is increasing their rates. It's frustrating to be paying so much and not even able to use the service in the Caribbean. I believe I should not be charged for this month since I have not been able to access the content.

I recently paused my Hulu account on 11/4/19. However, I noticed that I was charged on 11/9/19 and 12/9/19 for Hulu services despite not using them. I would like a refund for these two months. I am planning to dispute these charges with my credit card issuer, as the "PAUSE" option did not work as I expected. I believed it would halt any further charges without needing to cancel the account. I am requesting a cancellation of my account and a full refund to prevent any more erroneous charges. I suggest Hulu improves its customer service accessibility, as I had anticipated a more flexible relationship where I could easily pause and resume services. Please proceed with canceling my account and refunding the charges from 11/9 and 12/9.

I am considering canceling my service. I have experienced being locked out for using multiple locations. I have attempted to contact customer service without success. I work as a consultant based in San Francisco and rely on my Apple TV when traveling. Your current restrictions are limiting my ability to use mobile devices. It seems prices are increasing while service levels are decreasing. Please either call me at [redacted] or remove the restriction so I can access the service, or proceed with canceling the service and issuing a refund for the charges incurred during this restriction period.

Hello! Since November, I have been noticing a message on the bottom of the TV screen that says, "It is available when you use the remote," and it counts down from 30 seconds. If I don't press "OK," the TV program shuts down, and I have to restart it. This message pops up after watching TV for about 4 hours. I want to have control over how long I watch TV. Even though there is a price increase of $54 with offers to watch more TV shows and movies, the program still shuts down after 4 hours. I would appreciate it if you could stop sending messages on the TV screen. Thank you, Zhanna - [redacted]

I am curious why the Remy Martin commercial is so loud. It's really bothersome and can be quite off-putting. I even stopped watching a show because of it. I hope there is a solution to this issue. Thank you. How loud can commercials be? The CALM Act mandates that commercials must have the same average volume as the programs they are aired with. This law has been in effect for over five years. Despite this regulation, disparities in volume levels between TV shows and commercials are still being observed. - B. Hayes

My 9-year-old autistic child accidentally subscribed to Hulu Live while I was at work. I believe he watched it, and there might have been some activity on the account. He is not always aware of what he is doing due to his mental and emotional challenges. I am in urgent need of a refund for the $39 payment made for Hulu Live, or I request the cancellation of my entire account. I cannot afford this unexpected charge as a single parent. I had previously contacted customer service about this issue, but the representative was unhelpful and refused a refund. I kindly ask for assistance with this matter promptly. Thank you, Kristina W.

I recently paid for Hulu without any add-ons, just the basic subscription. However, I believe my roommate used my account to add extras, resulting in an unexpected charge of $84.62 on December 16th, [redacted]. This is unfair to me as I rarely use the service due to my busy work schedule. I kindly request a refund of the charge and the cancellation of my Hulu subscription. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My sister and I share a Hulu account, and recently we encountered a situation that left us puzzled. We both had to set up new devices in different locations. I installed Hulu on a Firestick at our new house, and my sister took her Apple TV with her while she was traveling. Hulu prompted us to confirm if we were at home when we logged in from these new locations. Although we usually use Hulu from various devices without these prompts, this recent experience has left us wondering if it is acceptable to access Hulu while away from home. Can anyone clarify why these location confirmation requests are happening now when we've never encountered them before on our laptops and phones?

I reside in northeastern Indiana and signed up for Hulu primarily to watch Fox Sports Ohio for the Cavs games. Unfortunately, when I tried to watch last evening on 12/16/19, I couldn't find the game on Fox Sports Ohio through Hulu. Even after checking for future listings, it seems like it won't be available. I rely on Fox Sports Ohio for all Cavs games, and seeing this issue was disappointing. I compared it with the NBA app, which indicates that the game should have been on Fox Sports Ohio. Please address this problem before my trial ends; otherwise, I won't be able to recommend Hulu to others. Thank you.

I was checking a movie to see if it was on Hulu when a screen popped up asking if I wanted to subscribe to Hulu Plus at $44 a month, and I accidentally hit yes. I then went online to my account to check and saw that I was actually being charged. I immediately canceled my account, but notice that I am still being billed for a full month even though this just happened a few minutes ago. I don't wish to be charged anything as I did not intend to order Hulu Plus. Thank you.

While watching a show recently, I came across an intriguing advertisement that caught my attention. I made a mental note to check it out later but ended up forgetting the website it promoted. Despite watching more episodes, I couldn't locate the ad again. I'm wondering if there's a way to view the current ads on Hulu, as I'm interested in the medical information it was discussing and it relates to my current situation.

I have been trying to reach Hulu Tech Support, but I keep encountering a web error that states: "We can't log you in. Check for an invalid assertion in the SAML Assertion Validator (available in Single Sign-On Settings) or check the login history for failed logins." Originally, I wanted to ask if someone could help me remove some very old devices from my account since I am unable to do so myself. When I try to delete the devices, like Samsung BluRay, Roku 3600X, Android - Motorola XT1254, and Android - Amazon KFTT, they remain on the list. Other devices have been deleted without any issues. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Frank

I have Hulu Unlimited for free through my Sprint account. Sprint confirms activation but I can't access my login details. I have attempted to reset my password with Hulu, but the email never arrives, even after trying all my email addresses. The service page suggests Sprint can assist in resetting the password. I attempted to contact Sprint by phone, but the wait time was around 30 minutes with a comical choice of hold music. I am simply seeking guidance on how to log in and activate my account which I believe I should have access to through Sprint.

I just opened an email and discovered that I have been charged over fifty dollars for Hulu, which is unexpected and unreasonable. I was never informed about any price changes, and I am upset that the payment has been deducted from my account without my knowledge. I will be contacting my bank to dispute these charges since I never authorized Hulu to increase the subscription fee from my usual 5.99. I do not want any additional services that have caused this price hike; if I can't have Hulu without them, then I no longer wish to continue using Hulu at all. I demand a refund for the unauthorized charges, as this situation is completely unacceptable.

Hello, I have been a Hulu customer for a while. Recently, we signed up for Disney Plus expecting them to merge, but that didn't happen. Now, I am being charged $12 for Hulu and $7 for Disney separately. Can you please correct this and ensure that I am only charged one amount as advertised? The email linked to the account is [redacted] I am unsure if the account is under my husband's name, Lee, or mine, Chrissy Love. Thank you.

I recently noticed unauthorized changes to my account resulting in significant overcharges. Originally, I enjoyed Hulu without ads and two additional services for around $45. Recently, my account was altered to include live streaming, ads on all content, and a charge exceeding $[redacted] for services I did not request. When I attempted to revert the changes, I was prompted to make an additional payment. I am seeking a refund for the unauthorized charges and restoration of my services to their original configuration. This situation is unacceptable and requires immediate attention.

I sent a message yesterday but have not received a reply yet. I will try again. Following the troubleshooting instructions, I can watch shows on Hulu for 15-20 minutes before getting stuck in a loop playing the same commercials repeatedly. Even after restarting, the issue persists, eventually displaying a "playback failure" message. When I restart the show, the same problem occurs. I kindly request a prompt resolution to this issue. Netflix is functioning without any problems.

As a long-time customer, I recently decided to upgrade my plan to include live TV. Unfortunately, I've run into the issue of not being able to access live TV due to having a modem. Despite the assistance from two agents, I was informed that having a modem restricts my access to live and regular channels. I reside in an area where using an antenna with my Roku to access regular channels is not feasible. My modem is stationary in my home and not portable, but this seems to affect my TV service. This limitation was not disclosed to me during the subscription process, and I've been told there is no solution to this. It looks like I may have to consider canceling my entire plan since the crucial feature I require is not accessible.
