I am reaching out to report a serious incident involving your product. Unfortunately, I sustained severe burns on my face and chin after consuming a hot pocket. I sought medical treatment and received Flamazine and Tramacet for my second-degree burns. Despite following the cooking instructions by letting the hot pocket cool for 15 minutes and cutting it open, it still caused significant harm. As a 34-year-old nurse, the pain was excruciating, and the resulting scar has been distressing. I am deeply troubled by this dangerous experience and have sought legal advice. I have been enjoying bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches for a while but recently had a disappointing experience. I bought three boxes of six sandwiches each. I was shocked to find a large piece of fat in the first one I ate at home. After further inspection, I realized all the sandwiches had the same issue. Even after cooking them longer than instructed, the bacon was still raw and not fully cooked due to the large pieces and fat content. The bacon fat needs to be trimmed better for consistent cooking. The inconsistent sizes of the bacon slices also made it challenging to cook them evenly. I suggest focusing on the texture of the bacon during production to ensure better quality.

I discovered a piece of plastic in my ham and cheese hot pocket as I was consuming it. I removed it, rinsed it under cold water, and cleaned off the cheese. The plastic fragment is about an inch in length. I wanted to report this incident. I purchased it from Stater Bros on Hwy [redacted] and Palmdale Rd in Adelanto, CA, in a pack of 12. While I have only found one so far, my siblings have also consumed some without mentioning any issues when finding foreign items. However, I believe it was an isolated incident.

I regularly purchase a 17-pack of hot pockets for my family every two weeks, a tradition that has lasted for over a year. Regrettably, I have observed a significant decline in quality in the recent boxes received. The pizza flavored hot pockets no longer contain cheese; they are cracked around the edges, causing all the filling to spill out when heated. This makes them messy and challenging to eat without a plate and fork, which is not ideal for a product intended to be convenient. This issue has been consistent in the last 6 or 7 boxes purchased, impacting all 17 hot pockets in each pack. Despite hoping the problem would resolve, it persists, hindering our enjoyment of the product and leading to significant expenditure. I am curious if the recipe has changed or if there is an issue with the production process.
