Hello, I purchased a ONE PWR Hoover handheld vacuum through Amazon which just arrived. Both the Amazon package and the one from your company were undamaged. However, upon opening your box, I noticed that the ONE PWR BATTERY INSERTION part was missing. Without it, I cannot charge or operate the vacuum. I bought a Hoover Wash Pet Complete carpet cleaner (model no. FH52023V) at Home Depot. Unfortunately, a friend broke the suction nozzle that goes over the brushes. She mistakenly ordered a part for a newer model, but I need the specific nozzle for the red FH52023V model. My cleaner doesn't have a bar underneath the suction nozzle. I didn't realize it would be difficult to find parts for this machine. I haven't even had the chance to use it yet. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. - Robin

I have a Hoover Model UH75200 vacuum with a broken plastic part - the bottom flap with wheels to lift the base for the rotating brush. I bought it on 7/5/[redacted] and still have the receipt. I've had trouble reaching you by phone. My name is Kathy Omaits, and I'm looking to get a full refund. I have attempted several times to reach a live representative through live chat and phone during business hours without success. Despite it not being a holiday, every attempt results in a message stating the office is closed. The live chat is also never staffed with any agents available. It is frustrating as this has happened multiple times with no explanation provided. I have also sent an email to their support address regarding my product warranty, hoping for a response, though not overly optimistic.

I need to check if this issue is still covered under warranty. I have proof of purchase dated 5/18/22 for a Hoover power cleaner xl with an upholstery hose attachment. We strictly follow the instructions and only use Hoover shampoos. The problem is the hose is no longer spraying solution despite no visible clogs. It can still suck up water but not spray. I would appreciate assistance to verify the validity of my warranty and if this issue is covered under it. Thank you.

Hello, I received the Hoover PowerDash Pet Shampooer as a Christmas gift from my daughter in April. Recently, while using it, I heard a loud and unusual noise, then it suddenly stopped working. I suspect the motor burnt out. I purchased the item at Walmart in Lakewood, NJ, about three weeks ago. Unfortunately, I do not have a vehicle as I recently had an accident involving a deer. When I tried to return the shampooer, I was informed that the 90-day return period had passed. I kindly request a replacement as the product should have lasted longer than four months. I purchased the cordless HF500 vacuum cleaner from Hover Direct for £[redacted] on 09/06/[redacted]. Unfortunately, it is too heavy for my wrists, and I am unable to use it. I've tried contacting them via email numerous times for a return and refund, but no progress has been made. I urgently need this resolved, or I will have to escalate it as a fraudulent transaction. I operate a commercial cleaning company with about 50 Hoover Commercial Hushtone vacuums. The specific models are CH54113 and CH54115. Lately, I've encountered a recurring issue with 3 of the vacuums not starting. The brush roll light is blinking despite there being no visible obstructions in the brush roll area. I am extremely disappointed with the Hoover wet and dry vacuum cleaner. I previously owned one that worked perfectly. However, when a wheel broke, I purchased a new one because of its reputation. Sadly, the new vacuum is causing more trouble than it solves. Every time I try to vacuum water, it leaks from each wheel, creating a mess. The water even sprays out from the top of the vacuum, leaving the ceiling and walls covered in dirty water. This experience has left me feeling very dissatisfied and let down. -Chantelle

I recently purchased a Hoover upright online. After attempting to reach customer service through chat and phone calls, I have been unsuccessful. The chat feature has no available agents and disconnects, while the phone numbers indicate that you are closed. I have been trying to register the product on your website with the provided model and serial number, but it states it is not recognized. I have not been able to contact anyone at any time of the day. Please provide information on how I can get in touch, or I will need to return the product promptly. This level of customer service is unacceptable.

I bought a FloorMate Deluxe about three months ago from Amazon and have only used it a few times. Unfortunately, the product does not turn on anymore. I have the order number and a two-year warranty. I have been a loyal Hoover customer for over 20 years and I have always used a Hoover FloorMate. I would appreciate speaking with someone about getting a replacement.

My SmartWash automatic carpet cleaner was stolen right after it was delivered to my door. I contacted FedEx regarding tracking number [redacted]05, and they confirmed that the package was delivered on 7/29/[redacted] at 1:28:11 PM. Since the package is missing, I now need to reach out to Hoover to report that I never received it.

I received the incorrect belt size initially and provided the model number as requested. Upon inspection, I noticed the belt was broken and the area where it attaches was damaged. A friend helped me install the belt correctly for my Hoover vacuum, but the vacuum is not performing optimally. After reviewing the manual closely, I discovered the specific part number needed for the belt replacement is [redacted]01. I now require a new bottom plate cover along with the correct belt to resolve the issue with my vacuum.

I recently purchased a PetMax Hoover vacuum on Amazon at the end of May [redacted]. The model number is UH74220 with the manufacturing code C21A. I've been loving the vacuum, but unfortunately, it's been running hot and smelling like something is burning. When I opened the motor cover and removed the front filter with the vacuum in the upright position and the brush roller off, I noticed sparks shooting out from the motor. I regularly clean the filters, so nothing is blocked. Can I please receive a replacement PetMax Hoover, and could I arrange to return this faulty vacuum? Thank you.

I purchased a Hoover WindTunnel vacuum from Walmart on August 5th and received it on August 8th. Today, while using it, the vacuum suddenly stopped working. I noticed the cord was not connected properly to the machine. When I unplugged it, I made sure to pull from the end of the cord instead of yanking on it. I tried calling 5-6 different phone numbers for assistance but was unable to reach anyone. The vacuum is only 3 months old, and I am disappointed with this issue. A neighbor recommended Hoover, but this experience was not what I expected.

I purchased a brand new Powerscrub XL on Saturday, November 11th. Although it dispenses water and cleaning solution onto my carpet, it lacks suction. I had no trouble removing the lid to clean the filter, it came off easily with a twist. After cleaning and drying the filter, I struggled for hours trying to fit the lid back onto the cannister. This shouldn't be such a challenge! I had a similar issue the last time I cleaned the filter, but I can't recall how I managed to reattach the lid. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
