I've noticed a specific courier stealing parcels, tampering with them, and not delivering them properly. Despite my efforts to address the issue with Hermes, they have shown no interest in stopping the thefts or addressing the misconduct of their employees. The courier avoids knocking on doors, rushes away, and even seems to have an accomplice waiting in a car. I suggested alternative delivery locations, but they have refused to cooperate. I have been attempting to reach out to Hermes since Tuesday, June 8th, and as of today, Friday the 11th, I have not received any response. A package I ordered from ASOS was supposedly delivered on Tuesday and left by my dustbin on the driveway without my permission. However, upon returning home from work, I discovered that the parcel was not there. I have thoroughly searched my driveway and checked with my neighbors, but the package is nowhere to be found. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience as the items were meant for my upcoming holiday, and there is no time for me to reorder them now. I refuse to place a new order until I am refunded for the missing items. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and assistance from the company over these past three days. Around a month ago, Studio arranged for a Hermes collection of a faulty item I was returning. Despite giving clear instructions for the parcel to be in my garage, the courier did not ring the doorbell or check inside. I have been in touch with Studio, and they assured me they escalated the issue to Hermes. It has been over 10 days now, and the parcel remains in my garage. Before the pandemic, my Hermes courier was efficient and would always ring the doorbell or use the garage for deliveries and collections. The current courier does not follow the same protocol and just leaves items at the doorstep without attempting to make contact. My address is 30 Deal Avenue, Seaford, BN25 3LJ. I would appreciate it if you could investigate why the parcel has not been collected.

I am inquiring about a parcel I was supposed to receive from eBay on May 12, [redacted]. According to the tracking number H01N6A[redacted], the item was delivered at 11:56, but I did not receive it. The photo provided as proof of delivery does not match my property; it appears to be the back of a van, not a secure porch as indicated. I received a delivery today from VAN 70 to YO43 4TJ. I would like to file a formal complaint against the van driver for being rude and disrespectful. When I tried to talk to her, she threw the parcels past me onto the floor and gave no explanation. When I asked why she didn't communicate, she just stated it's where they had to be placed. Her response was dismissive and when I mentioned I would complain, she continued muttering as she left. Her behavior was unacceptable, and it has put me off using Hermes for deliveries in the future. I have experienced ongoing issues with tracking my parcel HRM[redacted]5. Initially dispatched on 12/5/[redacted], it returned to me after over a month due to unexplained circumstances by Hermes. After re-labeling it and clearly marking it as "UK - Ireland" and "Books - Gift," it was dispatched again on 15/6, with the latest delivery date set for 24/6.
The tracking showed a smooth journey until it reached the national hub on 16/6, where it remained for 5 days before reaching the International Hub on 21/6. On 22/6, it was processed and then received at a depot, potentially in Dublin. I am concerned whether it will be delivered by the deadline today, 24/6, or if it will once again return to my doorstep.
I would appreciate any explanation or insight you can provide regarding the status and potential delivery of my parcel.

I placed an order for an expensive item from Bax Music. They've sent an email confirming that the parcel has been dispatched and gave me a valid Hermes tracking number. I have spent all day trying to return a parcel but faced challenges due to the ongoing situation. Unfortunately, even after finding an outlet, I was unable to return the item without a QR scan label. I am frustrated with the recent delivery issues I've experienced. My parcels have arrived opened, with the delivery notes missing, compromising my personal information. This is the second time this has happened, and it has never occurred before, even after years of being a customer. I have had ongoing problems with the couriers leaving packages on my doorstep, despite assurances that it wouldn't happen again. I woke up on Sunday, the 4th, to find parcels left outside. If I hadn't gone out, they would have remained exposed or gone missing like four others in the past. Reporting these incidents and proving they were not delivered properly is inconvenient. Also, today, I received a parcel with a visible slit, and the delivery note was missing again. I shared this with Fiftyplus Catalogue as I needed the note to return an item. I am starting to question if there is some fraud happening with my name and address given that this is the second time a parcel arrived opened and missing the delivery note.

I recently made a purchase from Ted Baker, and according to the Hermes website, my package is still being processed. However, I received a text notification today stating that the delivery was missed because no one was available to receive it. I was at the address at the specified time of delivery as indicated in the text, contrary to their claim. I find it disappointing that Hermes did not inform me when my package was actually out for delivery as their site still showed it as being processed. Now they are asking me to pay for a redelivery, which I believe is unfair as the issue lies with Hermes not updating me about the delivery status. I recently bought a Hermes delivery through My Parcel Delivery MPD0[redacted]-1-2. The parcel didn't make it to the recipient, and after contacting them, they informed me it was lost. I am frustrated with the new process of returning parcels. It has become tedious and confusing. When asked for the last four digits of the tracking number, I input the information as requested, only to be informed that it could not be found. The introduction of the Holly page seems unnecessary. The inconsistency between using letters and numbers in tracking codes adds to the confusion. Please improve the system or consider using a different approach. The inconvenience may lead me to stop ordering altogether. Today, my Hermes delivery person arrived, and I was reluctant to accept the package. This dissatisfaction may result in a decrease in orders, prompting a reevaluation of customer feedback. With upcoming commitments, such as an interview and a presentation, I cannot afford to waste time on a malfunctioning system.

I recently purchased a print on eBay and it was supposed to arrive by June 22nd. After some issues with the delivery through Hermes, the package was found in Exeter. Hermes is supposed to deliver it to the original address for me to pick up at McColls in Sidmouth. Both tracking numbers have not shown any progress for 10 days. I have been struggling to get any real assistance from Hermes through their online system or their telephone service.
