Subject: Delivery Issue with Hermes I am truly frustrated with the recent delivery made by Hermes. The delivery photograph shows that my parcel was left on the ground in the road outside my house, near a blue bin which was on my property. I specifically instructed them to deliver the parcel to number 81 since I wouldn't be home, but these instructions were not followed. Upon returning home at 20:45, the parcel was nowhere to be found, even after checking with my neighbors. This situation has deeply upset me, especially since I wasted an hour trying to resolve this by speaking with someone. I would like to know the process to receive a refund from Hermes due to this delivery mishap. Thank you, Jane

I've encountered an issue with Hermes as they have attempted to deliver my parcel twice, but I was at home on both occasions. The first delivery attempt was on July 29th, and the second was today, Thursday, August 2nd, when I received a photo showing the driver's location on the other side of the village. It seems the driver was unfamiliar with the area and failed to ask for directions. Despite living here for 13 years without any delivery problems, this incident has led to my item arriving too late for use. I am seeking compensation and an apology from Hermes due to the inconvenience and financial loss caused by this delay. Although I'll receive a refund from the seller, I am frustrated by the situation and the impact it has had on me at this time.

I need to return a faulty garden parasol to Studio. We scheduled a collection for July 30th, following their instructions by wrapping the item securely, placing customer information inside, and attaching the returns address label. The parcel size meets their criteria, and I am ready for the representative to collect on August 2nd between 8 am and 8 pm. Despite poor weather, I stayed in all day, but the collection didn't happen. Studio apologized and rescheduled for August 7th and 8th between 8 am and 8 pm. My package was mistakenly given to a neighbor against my instructions and not left on the porch as I had asked. The courier did not deliver to my address, as revealed by our CCTV footage. Subsequently, my neighbor opened the parcel before leaving it on my doorstep. I was sent a photo by the courier showing my neighbor's legs, the parcel, and her doorway, falsely indicating delivery to my address. I have been unable to contact a human representative to address this issue, which has been quite frustrating. Please reach out to me promptly.

I would like to file a complaint and speak with a live representative for assistance. I am having trouble with a delayed parcel, and it is frustrating that my partner has taken time off work to receive it, but there has been no update or information provided. I have been waiting for my parcel since August 4th, it was supposed to be delivered the next day with next-day delivery. I have tracked it on your app, and it keeps showing a delay with a promise of delivery within 24 hours. This has been the status for a week now, and I had to buy another gift, incurring extra costs. The tracking number is TOOH2A[redacted]. My family, friends, and I rely on Hermes frequently, and this has never happened before. If I don't receive assistance, I might have to involve the police due to potential scams involving missing parcels. I hope you can resolve this promptly as it is unacceptable to pay for next-day delivery only for the item to be sitting in your depot for 10 days with no progress.

Tracking Number: H0014A[redacted] - Incomplete Delivery Issue. Our experience with the delivery driver has been disappointing. On the first attempt, no effort was made to ring the bell or use the knocker. Merely a "sorry I missed you" card left without a contact number. The second try occurred when we were away, understandable. The third time, the item was left visibly outside, unsecured. Four days later, the package remains missing, causing distress. The parcel not being left in a secure place constitutes a failed delivery. We seek compensation from HERMES for the loss and the inconvenience. Without a satisfactory resolution, legal action may ensue against HERMES.

On August 16th, I was informed via text and email that my wilko package would arrive between 1 pm and 3 pm. However, later notifications indicated a delay, changing the delivery window to 6 pm to 8 pm. Despite receiving a message confirming delivery at 8.45 pm, the package was nowhere to be found at my secure flat with an intercom. No one attempted to deliver or left any package. The tracking information lacks a photo of the delivery location. I was promised a follow-up message on August 17th, but as of 10.33 am, I have not received any updates. I am unable to reach anyone through the phone service. I am left wondering about the whereabouts of my package.

Yesterday, two parcels supposedly arrived at my address with tracking numbers H004HA[redacted] & H00HA[redacted]. I reside in a block of flats. Unfortunately, the courier left the parcels inside the main entrance instead of notifying me via the intercom, where anyone passing by could have easily taken them. I was unaware of the delivery until a neighbor brought them to my door around 3:10 pm. Later, I received an email at 2:28 pm stating that the parcels were delivered to my "safe place." Today, another parcel, tracking number H004HA[redacted], arrived without prior notice. The courier buzzed my intercom, but when I opened the door, he was nowhere to be found. Another resident handed me the parcel, which appeared damaged and resealed with Hermes tape. This is not the first incident, and despite previous complaints, the situation has not improved. I intend to contact QVC to address these issues and inquire about their continued use of Hermes as their courier service.

I recently made a purchase on Amazon for a box of puppy dental sticks scheduled for delivery by Hermes on September 4th. Unfortunately, the package did not arrive, and I received a delay notification from Amazon. I missed my delivery on Monday, a card was left by Zahid from telephone number [redacted] or [redacted] stating it's at a secure delivery point. Although he successfully delivered last week (a neighbor received it for me), this time he mentioned no one was home. There are 5 other people who can accept the delivery or he can leave it by my front door upon gaining access. I'm unsure if Sunday deliveries are an option, but I'd prefer the parcel then as I am available since I work during the week. I'm finding it hard to reach Hermes by phone, possibly due to the status showing the parcel delivered when it hasn't been. The tracking number is H00IEA[redacted] (Delivery note No [redacted]4). Though Zahid only attempted delivery once, he is still unreachable by phone today. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

My package has been at your depot since last Saturday, nearly a week ago. I am frustrated because I paid for next-day delivery, but my parcel seems to be stuck due to some main event. While other Hermes deliveries are being made in my area, mine remains undelivered. I have tried contacting customer service, but none of the phone numbers seem to work. This lack of communication is disappointing for such a large company. Even the delivery staff do not have contact numbers available for assistance.

Hello, I am inquiring about the status of two parcels with tracking numbers T01TAA[redacted] and T01TAA[redacted]. I received emails from Mano Mano (Haba Trading B V) on August 31, [redacted] and September 3, [redacted], confirming the dispatch of the items. Additionally, Hermes sent me emails confirming the shipment. One of the parcels was rescheduled for delivery on September 9, between 11 am and 1 pm, but I missed the delivery. Since then, I have not received any further updates on the whereabouts of these items. Hello, I had an unpleasant experience with a Hermes delivery person who came to collect a parcel today. This individual has been rude on multiple occasions when visiting my house. He rudely insisted there should be two parcels for collection, even though one was already picked up the day before. When I explained this, he became confrontational. This is not the first time he has behaved unprofessionally. In a previous incident, he delivered the wrong parcel and later returned to retrieve it. He does not behave courteously and does not conduct himself professionally. I had to ask for his name as he arrived in a private vehicle, not a standard Hermes vehicle. I hope that this matter will be addressed so that he does not return to my home for deliveries or collections in the future.

My order has been delayed for over a week now, and I have been unable to reach anyone from the customer service team for assistance. The message I receive states that my parcel will be on the move in the next 24 hours, but it continues to display every day without any progress. Despite my efforts, I have not been able to resolve this issue. The lack of communication and support from the company regarding a missing parcel is disappointing. I would like to report an issue with the delivery of my parcel to my address at 24 Wynchurch Park, BT60JN, with the barcode number [redacted]2. This morning, I was at home waiting for the parcel, and I observed a delivery person passing what I thought was just a flyer through my letterbox. When I went to check, I realized it was actually a missed delivery notification from Hermes. I'm very disappointed that the delivery person did not attempt to ring the doorbell or knock on the door and instead rushed through the process. I contacted Hermes for assistance but only received an automated message, which was not helpful. Hi, I organized and paid for the return of two packages to a vendor. The tracking numbers are: C00HHA[redacted] and C00HHA[redacted]. Initially, I was told they would be collected on September 14th, then the 15th, but there has been no communication since. Each time I check the tracking number through the help line, I am informed the collection will be "today," but it has not happened. I have been waiting at home for the nonexistent drivers. I require prompt confirmation of a definite collection date and a full refund for the inconvenience caused. I am contemplating reaching out to watchdog but intend to await your response first. I have not received my item that was supposed to be delivered around September 20th at 9:30 a.m. Nobody was home at that time to accept the delivery. I never received any messages from Hermes alerting me to the delivery. I learned about the delivery from eBay, where I purchased the item. I have messaged Hermes multiple times asking about the status of my item, and I have checked with my neighbors who did not receive it either. There was no delivery card left to indicate where the item is. I kindly request for the delivery driver from that day to return to my house and explain where he left the item. Alternatively, he can contact me at [redacted]0 to provide this information. The photos provided by the sender do not clarify the delivery location. I have contacted the police but need to make an official report for them to assist. Please respond promptly to my numerous inquiries as I am anxious about not receiving my parcel and need this issue resolved soon.
