I purchased a tall storage item for my kitchen priced at £32.90, but I received a small plastic shelf valued around £4.00 instead. I have been attempting to reach out to return the item and receive a refund from the seller. The sales page where I made the purchase has been removed, indicating a 14-day return policy. I purchased a train kit last October from a company. I was notified that it was transferred to UYUNTO and then to Hermes. The tracking numbers are YT[redacted][redacted] and HOORVA[redacted]. This morning at 08:43, a delivery driver attempted a delivery at my address on 5 Limes Road, Farnborough GU14 9TS. The Ring doorbell footage shows him placing the parcel on the doorstep, then retrieving it and returning to his car. Oddly, he waved from the car before driving away without explanation. I find this behavior unsatisfactory, especially since I have been a courier driver for FedEx and TNT for 16 years. I have video evidence of the incident if clarification is needed. I was notified of a re-delivery attempt for tomorrow, but I am concerned about the previous driver's actions.

I recently received a text message supposedly from Hermes claiming I missed a delivery and need to pay £1.45 for a rescheduled one. As we don't order directly from Hermes, instead using companies like Damart, this seems suspicious. Hermes usually leaves a card with a parcel reference, and they notify in advance about any incoming packages. The message requesting bank details for payment raises red flags. I need to return 2 vertical blinds to Studio that we agreed upon at the end of February. I have contacted Studio nine times to arrange for Hermes to collect them, but each time the driver claims his van is too small. Initially, the driver mentioned issues with extra payments, and now he insists that his van cannot accommodate the blinds, which are 7ft long x 7 inches wide. I am starting to suspect that the driver might be the cause of this delay, as he managed to take a smaller item on March 3rd but refused the larger ones. I feel frustrated with the situation as it has been ongoing since the end of February. I don't believe Studio is at fault, and I believe the driver's van should be able to fit the blinds. I appreciate any assistance with resolving this matter.

I need to file a complaint regarding a driver, Peter Breslan, who is my brother-in-law. He has been intentionally returning items like cat food that we ordered due to a family disagreement. Allegations of abuse against my partner and me are false. As loyal customers for over four years, we never experienced any problems until now.
Peter Breslan has been issuing threats and I have screenshots of his messages where he confesses to deliberately returning our deliveries. I cannot include the screenshots here. We have suffered financial losses as well as missing out on items for our pets and children.

No one has attempted to deliver to me, and my neighbors claim they haven't received it either. I can't reach anyone by phone to discuss this issue. I checked my eBay account, and it indicates that an item (T00D7A[redacted]) has been delivered, which is not true. I was home the entire day on May 1st, and the package never arrived. When I tracked the item, it showed as delivered, causing confusion. I attempted to reach out to the seller but was unsuccessful. I contacted eBay support for assistance in opening a case against the seller. I require Hermes to provide me with Proof of Non-delivery to facilitate a refund since the seller has become unresponsive and marked the item as "unavailable." The item cost £15.59, and I am eager to receive a refund.

I am having trouble returning a TV I purchased on eBay using a prepaid label from the seller. None of the parcel shops in my area accept TVs, and the locker I tried using was too small for the TV to fit. The prepaid label is now considered used even though the parcel was not successfully sent. When I call to resolve this issue, I am met with an automated service that is not helpful in resolving the problem.

Hello, my parcel has been mistakenly delivered to the wrong address for the past two days. The correct address is 7 Upper Blantyre Walk, SW10 0DX, but the sender incorrectly wrote 7 Blantyre Walk. I urgently need the parcel, as it is a gift for my dad for Eid, which is tomorrow. I contacted the sender to correct the address, but I’m still awaiting the delivery today. I tried going to 7 Blantyre Walk, but the lady there wasn't available to hand over the parcel. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly so I can receive my package on time. Thank you.

I've been trying to contact your company as I had issues with two parcels being left without notice outside my front door. The delivery driver was very rude and verbally abusive when I confronted him. He even threatened to come back to my property. This behavior is unacceptable, and I believe it should be addressed. Your customer service should be more accessible so customers can easily report incidents like this. Delivery drivers should not behave this way, and I hope this matter will be taken seriously before any further incidents occur.

I used Hermes via PackLink to send an item that arrived damaged. Despite giving the recipient a partial refund, I encountered issues attempting to file a claim with PackLink due to missing packaging pictures. When trying to contact Hermes directly, the automated system prevented me from speaking to a representative. Even seeking help through Resolver led back to the unhelpful automated process. It appears Hermes lacks effective customer service for handling claims professionally. Although I still aim to address this matter with them, the overall experience has left me with no intention of using their services in the future.

I arranged for the collection of a parcel to be returned last weekend using your service on either Saturday, May 29th or Sunday, May 30th, [redacted]. I am encountering difficulties with my designated Hermes collection point. On Saturday, May 29th, I visited the shop to drop off and retrieve parcels. The shop owner mentioned his scanner wasn't functioning and couldn't assist me with sending or giving me the parcels. Despite my concern of them being sent back during my absence, he ensured they would be kept for my return. Upon pickup on Wednesday, the parcels were handed to me without requesting tracking information or proof of purchase and later discovered not all parcels were included. Returning to the shop today, I learned that one of the parcels was sent back to Hermes, which is quite frustrating. My parcel dispatched on May 31st has not arrived despite the courier claiming attempted delivery thrice and now sending it back. This seems highly unlikely as someone has been home every day, and my neighbor could have seen any delivery attempts. I'm frustrated by the lack of communication, especially since I provided my phone number. The blank delivery note left in the post box is unhelpful; why not leave my products instead? It is disappointing that there is no option to speak to a person regarding this matter. I hope for improved service with more considerate couriers like the previous one who understood how to handle deliveries effectively.
