I have not received my order yet. Today, I got a message saying my delivery is on its way. After tracking the order, it showed a delay. Another message claimed it's on its way again. I am dissatisfied with this service. I waited at home for the delivery, which did not arrive as expected. I purchased it for a specific date and expected it to be delivered accordingly.

I received a TV with a smashed box and a shattered screen. Previously, I sent a few TVs without any issues. I always pack them securely in boxes. The customer is upset and demanding a replacement TV. I have around 28 other items to deliver. I used to use Parcelforce but decided to try your services because you are more affordable. I have a replacement TV, but I am hesitant to send it due to the previous damage. Can someone please assist me with this situation? I want to continue using your company but need help resolving this issue promptly. Thank you.

Tracking ID: [redacted][redacted] We placed an order expecting delivery by October 3rd, urgently needed by the 4th. Regrettably, we were informed about a delivery delay with a revised date of October 7th. Can you confirm if delivery on the 4th is still possible? Yesterday, Hermes attempted to deliver my parcel, but they claimed to have done so at 13:28, although I was at home all day and checked my CCTV footage which showed no delivery attempt. I am upset by this misinformation. The package is meant to arrive today, and I cannot specify a safe place since this option is unavailable. I am a dissatisfied customer, and despite trying to call, the office seems closed when it should be open on a Friday. If the parcel is not delivered today, it will disappoint the intended recipient as it is a birthday present. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. If possible, please instruct the delivery person to leave the parcel in the recycling bin if no one is available to receive it.

I have dedicated a lot of time to resolving this problem, and it has left me feeling extremely upset. Over the past two days, I allegedly received three packages that were signed for by an unknown person since I was home and did not receive them. I urgently require someone to call me to address this matter. I had to borrow a neighbor's laptop because my tablet ran out of battery while dealing with this issue. Hello, I'm having an issue with getting my parcel picked up. The reference number is [redacted]. I noticed that the tracking states "unable to collect" without any explanation. I live near Ainsdale Nature Reserve, at an extension of Pinfold Lane. Sometimes, deliveries mistakenly go to Seagers Farm where a friend resides. I'm concerned if the driver is going to the correct address since the entrance to the reserve, Pine Woods, is accessed from the coastal road.

On 23/9/19, I paid for Hermes to collect my parcel. They did not come, so I dropped it off at a parcel drop. Two hours later, Hermes picked it up, but the tracking information does not show it leaving the UK or arriving in Austria. It was supposed to be delivered by 1/10/19, but it still hasn't arrived. I contacted international support multiple times over three days for help, but they couldn't locate it. When my friend reached out to Hermes in Austria, they mentioned only Hermes in the UK can track it. It is now 4th October, and I am still unsure how to find out where my parcel is. I thought that was the purpose of tracking.

I purchased an item from Etsy that was supposed to be delivered by Hermes. On October 2nd at 2:38 pm, I received an email claiming the package was left in my porch because no one was home. Unfortunately, I do not have a porch, and the parcel has not been received. I'm unsure of the delivery location and would like to locate my missing item since the payment has already been deducted from my account. I have attempted to contact my local courier to inquire about the delivery, but I have not received a response for several days.

My package has been in the possession of the courier for two days past its expected delivery date. On the 2nd of October, I received a text notification from Hermes stating that delivery would be made between 10-12. I made sure to stay home during that time frame, but no attempt was made to deliver the parcel. Subsequently, there has been no communication from Hermes for the following two days, and the tracking status indicates that the parcel is still with the courier. Reviews of the specific Bradford branch of Hermes suggest that there are recurring problems such as employees stealing packages, and it seems like many others have faced similar issues with undelivered parcels.

My delivery was supposed to arrive today within a specific time range of 1pm-3pm. Unfortunately, 15 minutes before the end of this window, I was notified of a delay. Subsequently, an additional two-hour delay was added, and then I was told the delivery wouldn't make it today after all. I had to take time off work to be at home for this delivery. This situation is highly disappointing. I have not only lost valuable time and incurred additional expenses, but I am also left without the items I purchased. The courier service provided by Hermes has proven to be incredibly unreliable, and this is not the first time I have encountered such issues with them.

I opted for next day delivery for my items. Yesterday, I was home during the expected delivery window, and today I provided my neighbor's address as an alternative delivery location. Despite receiving an email confirming this arrangement, a failed delivery card was left at my address, indicating a missed delivery attempt. Surprisingly, the parcel wasn't redirected to my neighbor as instructed. I find this situation frustrating, particularly after paying for expedited shipping. The tracking information shows the parcel as delivered, but there's no indication on the card about its actual location.

I have been unable to contact you, which is frustrating. I am waiting for a parcel from Evans. I received an email on 1st October informing me of an issue with the delivery network and that the parcel would arrive on 2nd October. However, as of today, I have not received it. On the Evans website, it shows the parcel was confirmed to be delivered on 1st October. I only have an Evans order number [redacted]. The delivery address is for Mrs. Christine Phillips at 15 Durrant Close, Sherborne, Dorset, DT9 3EY. Can you please confirm the status of my parcel and provide an update on when it is likely to be delivered?

I received an email notification stating that my parcel had been delivered. Although I was home at the time of the delivery, the doorbell was not rung, and I did not receive a slip indicating which neighbor the parcel was left with. I checked the main front door and discovered my package haphazardly placed in a neighbor's plant, with the box opened; thankfully, the contents were still inside. The email had an unclear signature, and the courier did not ring the bell but simply left the parcel in the neighbor's yard. I am seeking an explanation from Hermes regarding this incident and seeking reassurance that their couriers will adhere to proper delivery procedures moving forward. Typically, the courier who services our area is quite reliable.

Upon receiving a notification about the parcel delivery time, I opted to have it sent to my next-door neighbor due to being away. After updating the delivery address, I got a confirmation email. However, upon returning home, my neighbor informed me that the parcel had not arrived. When I tracked the order, the status indicated an unsuccessful delivery attempt, citing my absence or lack of a safe location to leave the parcel. The message mentioned that a reattempt will be made on the next working day.

I made a purchase from Beautybay on September 15th. I received a notification from Hermes on September 23rd that my package is with the courier. Unfortunately, the package has not reached my address, and there have been no further updates from Hermes. I kindly request Hermes to track the package and provide me with information on its current location and estimated delivery time via email.

I made a purchase from a clothing website, and my item was scheduled for delivery by Hermes today. Despite being home all morning, the delivery person did not knock on my door or press my flat number. Surprisingly, I received an email stating that my parcel was delivered and signed for by someone. I checked with my flatmates, and none of them received the package for me. I am puzzled as to how my item was given to someone else without any notification or attempt to reach me. Since I paid for next-day delivery to receive my item by Saturday, I am eager to know the details of who and where the delivery driver left my parcel.

Yesterday, I waited all day for my parcel from Wayfair. The JD Williams parcels were missing because the driver claimed his boot was too small for all the packages. I decided not to argue and asked for morning delivery, which he agreed to. However, I am disappointed as my package still hasn't arrived, and there has been no email update on the delivery time. This has been a waste of my time. Could you please help me with resolving this issue?

I have ordered two items online, but neither have arrived. The first parcel had delivery issues despite multiple emails informing me of delivery times. I was not home to receive it, and when attempting to redirect it to a neighbor, they were also unavailable. The subsequent emails with revised delivery times did not result in successful delivery. Additionally, the second package was only mentioned once in an email, with a delivery window that was also missed. Upon checking the tracking status, I discovered that both packages are being returned due to alleged failed delivery attempts, which I believe is inaccurate, especially for the second package.
