I paid for next day delivery on Sunday the 29th, and my parcel has yet to arrive. Hermes informed me of transit delays and requested 24 hours to update, but it has been three days with no change. I'm disappointed as another parcel from Hermes from a different order was delivered yesterday. I urgently require my expensive delivery but have received no assistance despite my attempts to contact them. My postcode is ME8 6TP.

I previously contacted you, and after verifying my address as requested, I can confirm it is accurate: 1 Rush Brook Lane, Tamworth-in-Arden, B94 5HW. I receive parcels from Hermes and other couriers routinely without issues. I am aware this specific courier successfully delivered items to my address in the past. It appears this time the courier neglected to complete the delivery. I opted for next day delivery, so understandably, I am quite displeased with this situation.

I had my first delivery attempt today, but I'm being directed to contact Hermes as they are refusing to deliver my parcel. This isn't the first time this has happened; previously, my parcel was thrown into a distant neighbor's bush. I've heard many negative experiences with Hermes lately and have always had issues with them. It seems like the recent problems may be due to a new driver, although most drivers appear careless and unconcerned about delivering parcels properly. I'm frustrated by Hermes' poor service and just want my parcel promptly. I don't want a refund; I want my package. My parcel delivery was attempted on Sunday, 29.09.19, which was outside my working hours. Since then, there have been no further delivery attempts, and I have not received any notifications regarding the rescheduled delivery. It's now Wednesday, and I still don't have any information about when my parcel will be delivered. I need this item for the upcoming weekend, and I'm disappointed that there hasn't been any communication from the courier regarding the delivery status or the next delivery attempt.

I got a confirmation email saying my Matalan parcel was delivered, but it never arrived at my house. The signature on the email tracking is unreadable, which is concerning. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue with my recent QVC delivery. My package, with reference number [redacted][redacted], was supposedly left securely on my porch according to the email notification. However, I don't have a porch at my address at 9 Portland Terrace, Church Street, NAIRN, IV12 4AS. I checked my normal safe spot and even my recycling bin, where it has been left before, but the parcel was not there. I'm disappointed with this situation as I have no way to contact anyone about this delivery problem.

I've been closely monitoring the tracking page, stating that the parcel has supposedly been unsuccessfully delivered three times.
I have been present at home for each of the specified delivery times, as well as during the reported delivery attempts.
However, no courier has actually shown up during any of these scheduled times, which is extremely frustrating.
No effort was made to contact me for entry into the building or to my apartment.
I anticipate a resolution to this matter promptly, as I haven't encountered any similar problems with other courier services for my deliveries.

Yesterday, on 1 October around 5:30 pm, I submitted an online form to organize a parcel collection by Hermes (tracking number: 56-[redacted]-84-[redacted]5-8) on Thursday, 3 October from 12 Wesley Close, Horley RH6 8JB. I completed the payment section for £2.99 to be billed to my Visa credit card, providing all necessary account information. Unfortunately, I have not yet received an email confirming this transaction along with the returns label.
Kindly confirm the receipt of my request and verify if the £2.99 charge will be processed on my account. I am eagerly awaiting your prompt response.

My package was handed to your Onchan Isle of Man delivery driver on Friday, September 28th. However, I did not receive it until Tuesday, October 1st. This has occurred before, and unfortunately, it has happened again today. My parcel was supposed to be delivered today but it has not arrived. I am frustrated with the recurring issue with your designated delivery driver for this area. If I do not receive my order tomorrow, considering it did not arrive today, I will need to escalate my complaint.

Regarding delivery number [redacted]7 scheduled for Tuesday, October 2nd, a signature was required. Unfortunately, the card left in the letterbox had no driver's name or contact information. The only mark on the card was a cross indicating the first attempted delivery. Due to working out of the district, contacting the driver for alternate arrangements has been challenging. When using the automated system and entering the 8-digit number, it stated that the item had been signed for and delivered, which is incorrect as neither I nor my neighbors received it. It seems the item might have been taken unlawfully. I urge Hermes and the driver to clarify who signed for the item and its current whereabouts. If a satisfactory response is not received by 2:00 pm today, October 3rd, I will have to consider legal action for the theft of the item.

I made a purchase on Amazon UK and I'm having some trouble with the delivery. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. According to the Amazon tracking page, Hermes UK couldn't deliver my package and I need to contact them. The status shows "Held by carrier-customer to arrange delivery" at the Belfast Depot. I'm hoping to have the package delivered to my address on Friday 4th October [redacted] as initially scheduled.

I bought an item from Harrietsweb on eBay. According to the seller, my parcel was delivered to FK77SY on September 25th at 11:13 am. Despite multiple visits to my local Shell garage and phone inquiries, they claim they never received it. Today, a staff member explained that they rejected the parcel due to a missing ESP number and being oversized. The seller refuses a refund as the item shows delivered and signed for. I am seeking the name of the recipient and the tracking number [redacted][redacted]. Speaking with Hermes via live chat, they confirmed the parcel was refused on September 25th and sent back to the sender at postcode RG2 0RR. The reference number for the chat is [redacted]89. Hello, I placed two separate orders and requested for them to be left with my neighbor. However, I've just found out that they are scheduled for delivery again tomorrow. I paid for next-day delivery for both orders and I'm disappointed with this situation.
The consignment numbers for both parcels are [redacted][redacted]. The packages are from Boohoo and Pretty Little Thing.
Can you please try to deliver them today and leave them with my neighbors as previously requested at 15 Tenterfield Road, Maldon, Essex, CM95EN?

Today, I went out and when I returned home, I checked my emails to find out when my parcel was scheduled to arrive. I saw an email stating that the delivery was left in my letterbox, but my letterbox is locked from the inside to prevent unauthorized access. I went outside to check, and the parcel was nowhere to be found. I live on a busy road, so if it's not there, it may have been stolen. I had paid extra for the delivery to arrive today as it's needed for my son's football game to keep him warm while playing. I'm in urgent need of assistance.

I experienced an issue with a delivery driver who failed to deliver my package. According to the driver, it was delivered to a neighbor who denied receiving it. This is not the first time this driver has mistakenly delivered packages to the wrong address without attempting to locate the correct one. I was able to obtain the delivery driver's number plate when he acknowledged delivering my package to the incorrect address.

I was expecting a delivery from Hermes with tracking number [redacted][redacted], but their courier claimed to have attempted delivery, which is not true. Our business at 46 Queen Street, Neath, SA111DL, was open during the supposed delivery window from 7 am to 8 pm, and no courier tried to deliver the parcel as stated. This package was a birthday present and is now delayed.

I received an email from Hermes stating that my parcel was delivered, with a photo showing it hanging out of my letterbox. However, it couldn't have been pushed through as I have a lock on the other side. When I checked, the parcel wasn't there. The tracking information wrongly shows it as delivered through the letterbox. If Hermes doesn't have my parcel, it may have been stolen, and I hold them responsible for this. The delivery location was unsafe, especially since I paid extra for next day delivery for my son. Please contact me urgently.

I'm having trouble with a delivery that hasn't arrived on time at my house. Initially, I believed it was missing. But I found out that someone else received it by mistake and posted about it. The person mentioned that the parcel was meant for my address (house [redacted]), and the postman realized the error and left a note. Fortunately, she contacted the postman using the number he provided and mentioned that the package has been collected. I'm hoping to get this issue sorted out promptly.

I scheduled a collection with Hermes for October 2nd at 16:40, now it's October 3rd and there's been no collection. I cannot figure out how to contact Hermes through their confusing website. I received an email from them stating that the labels were only valid for 7 days, so they canceled my order and instructed me to re-book a collection. I replied saying I wanted a refund instead of rebooking, but I haven't received any response or refund yet. I've tried emailing, using web chat, and calling, but the customer service number is automated, and the head office was closed when I called at 11:30. This experience is the worst I've had with My Hermes. I plan to use Royal Mail instead and will keep pushing for a refund from My Hermes.
