Today, I missed a delivery and the driver left a card requesting a signature. However, there was no information about the next delivery attempt. I need the package by Wednesday, September 18th, and I would like to schedule it for the 18th after 12 noon since I will be available then. The driver didn't provide a reference number, but my address is 6 Chancel Road, Locksheath, Southampton, SO31 6TF. How can I reschedule this delivery?

I have experienced package losses by Hermes twice already. When Yodel handles my deliveries, they arrive promptly within a day. It's perplexing how Hermes can maintain a [redacted]% missing delivery rate. This time, the tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. The uncertainty of what happened to my package is bewildering. It's a possibility it vanished into thin air or was misplaced due to various absurd reasons. Not knowing which courier is responsible adds to the frustration. My goddaughter has been eagerly waiting for her birthday gifts, but the continuous letdowns are disheartening. Despite not having insurance this time, I trust Hermes will compensate us for the inconvenience caused. It's disheartening to see a child upset due to delivery mishaps. Hopefully, Hermes will rectify the situation and bring a smile to my goddaughter's face.

I recently ordered from Nasty Gal and had my package delivered by Hermes. I had specified my safe place as my neighbor's house at number 18 since I wouldn't be home. However, upon returning, I found a missed delivery note from Hermes. To my dismay, instead of delivering to number 18 as requested, they had left the package in a porch bin. Living in a terraced house without a porch, they left my delivery in a dirty recycling bin outside, making it easily accessible to anyone passing by. I'm disappointed with the lack of following my delivery instructions and the unsecure manner in which it was left. I wasn't pleased with having to retrieve my package from a dirty bin either.

Tracking Number: [redacted][redacted] I am disappointed that my parcel was not delivered as stated in the tracking information. According to Hermes, a delivery attempt was made on Wednesday, but my father was at home and did not hear a knock on the door. Another attempt was supposedly made yesterday, but no one was home. I wonder why the parcel was not left with my neighbors on that occasion. I urgently need the parcel before Sunday. If it is not delivered by then, I will have to file a complaint due to the delivery driver's alleged dishonesty. The tracking now shows a delay due to address confusion, which is puzzling as Hermes has successfully delivered to my address before. I kindly request for the parcel to be delivered today or tomorrow. Thank you.

I recently moved into Oxford Point Halls in Bournemouth and ordered a parcel from Beauty Bay for my course on Wednesday. I mistakenly used the wrong postcode BH8 8GB instead of the correct one BH8 8GS. The parcel has been delivered, but not to my halls. It was signed for by someone named Evans. I have checked with several university halls and other nearby buildings, but no one seems to have it. I urgently need to locate my parcel as it is essential for Monday. Any assistance in finding its whereabouts would be greatly appreciated. The local courier listed on the tracking information is Melvin, and the tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. Thank you for your help.

I placed an order for a parcel to be delivered by Hermes on September 19th, which should have arrived on that day. As of today, September 23rd, the tracking information shows that Hermes has had the parcel since September 18th. Despite the app indicating that the parcel was out for delivery on September 21st, I have not received it. Hermes no longer seem to be servicing my area for collection or delivery, leaving me with parcels waiting for collection at home for over two weeks. I have spent over £[redacted] on items that are currently with Hermes, supposedly out for delivery, but never reaching me. I am frustrated with the service and want to file a formal complaint against Hermes that will be addressed promptly.

I received an email on September 9th from Hermes stating that my parcel would be delivered within 48 hours. Despite daily notifications until September 13th that the delivery was imminent, it was suddenly deemed undeliverable to my address, which is perplexing as all other deliveries have successfully been made there. My postcode is unique to my detached bungalow, making their inability to locate it confusing. After contacting the seller, I waited as advised, but the parcel was resent to the same address Hermes couldn't find. Multiple attempts to reach Hermes via email, chat, and phone have been unsuccessful. When I called the head office before 6pm, I was met with a recorded message saying they were closed, despite it being within their operating hours. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted], which I am unable to follow now as it shows the item has been requested for return, which was not the case. I am frustrated by the repeated failed attempts from Hermes to deliver my parcel.

Today, I received an unexpected parcel from Hermes. Unfortunately, I did not place this order and need to return the items. However, there is no invoice or return address provided. I have attempted to contact both Hermes UK and Hermes International without success. Hermes UK directed me to the retailer, but due to the lack of seller details, I am unable to reach out. The only party who could potentially help is Hermes, but they seem unwilling to assist. I am concerned that I may be a victim of fraud or Identity Theft. I wish to resolve this situation promptly, but the lack of cooperation from Hermes is frustrating. Automated responses are not sufficient for addressing this issue effectively.

I ordered the mmmitchellxbeautybay palette, expecting delivery yesterday. To my surprise, no attempt was made to deliver it despite someone being home all day. A missed delivery card was left without a notification. Today, upon checking the tracking, it shows another missed delivery, no notification, and no card left. I am frustrated as I believe no actual attempts were made since our loud dog would have reacted to a knock. Is there a way I can collect the parcel from a depot tonight or arrange for another delivery attempt today? This is inconvenient as I needed the parcel for the weekend.

I had a frustrating experience with a Hermes delivery driver handling my Boohoo package. The tracking number, [redacted][redacted], was scheduled for delivery on Monday, September 23rd, but I received multiple emails changing the delivery time. Despite being home all day, I did not receive the package and no delivery attempt was made. This repeated on Tuesday and Wednesday with revised times and no explanations. Today, I am skeptical about the new delivery time between 5 and 7 pm. It's disappointing that I can't reach a human for assistance. I plan to escalate my concerns through watchdog BBC1 and Trading Standards due to this subpar service.

I recently received a parcel delivery of a Gaens Performance Gaming Monitor, Vanguard. Unfortunately, upon receiving the delivery, I noticed that only the sleeve was left on my doorstep between the house wall and my Wellingtons, without the box inside. The delivery label includes details like Crew 59, Van 07, Drop 11, C-Round [redacted], and Hermes Cou-pnet. I am concerned about why the driver did not leave the box in my garden shed or summerhouse, why there was no signature obtained, why the item was not taken back to the depot, and why I did not receive a card to rearrange delivery or collect it myself. This situation has caused me a lot of stress as the item is crucial, and I need it by October 15th. Reassurance that this will not happen again and assistance in resolving this issue promptly would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, M.R.

My partner and I used MY HERMES to return an item that fell within the designated weight and size limits. However, we encountered difficulties when multiple shops informed us that the HERMES courier was declining larger parcels due to space constraints in the van or other collections. Despite meeting the criteria on the website, these issues persisted. One shopkeeper even lamented having uncollected parcels within the specified range. After attempting to drop off our parcel at Morrisons, we received the same response. This conflicting experience raises concerns about HERMES' ability to fulfill its advertised services. I had scheduled a next-day collection and paid for this service. In case my parcel isn't collected tomorrow, I wonder if I would be eligible for compensation. I reside in the En1 area. Any guidance on this matter would be appreciated.

Regarding order number [redacted]-[redacted], on September 14th, [redacted] at 10:30 am, I received a delivery that I believed was for the mentioned order. Shortly after, at 11:38 am, my regular Hermes courier, Lyndsay, delivered another package. Upon inspecting the first delivery, it was apparent that the items did not match what I had ordered. We purchased two packs of garden stakes, which were unexpectedly delivered separately. The initial parcel belonged to someone else as the name and address were different (Beaumont St Moldgreen). I promptly returned the misdelivered parcel to Lyndsay for its proper delivery. Despite explaining the situation to Oypla, the company we made the purchase from, they claim both items were delivered and signed for. I have been unable to reach them for further assistance. It appears the first parcel was received by the individual at Beaumont St, who either retained or sent it back unnoticed. Notably, the signature on the second delivery does not match mine. I am seeking guidance on further steps to resolve this issue. Lyndsay can verify the incident, and the barcodes for the two deliveries are [redacted][redacted] (10:30 delivery) and [redacted][redacted] (11:38 delivery). Lyndsay mentioned that the first parcel may have been delivered by a different team due to its size, causing the confusion in delivery methods.

Two separate deliveries labeled with the correct house number ended up at the wrong address, two doors down at no. 44, not my residence, no. 40. The first delivery over the weekend was undetected until my neighbors, M and R, returned and brought it to me late last night. The second parcel was received today, and after receiving a text message about its delivery and being left in "my porch" (which I don't have), I found it in my neighbors' porch again. It's unfortunate that the delivery driver did not leave the packages at my clearly numbered house. Hermes delivery service needs improvement. Your input is appreciated. Tracking number for today's parcel: [redacted][redacted].

I returned a parcel to a retailer using Hermes on September 18th. The tracking only shows it was picked up from the parcel shop. I've tried contacting Hermes with no luck. The tracker number is P[redacted], and the parcel was dropped off at Williams/Esso garage in Risca, Gwent. It was collected by Hermes on September 18th. I am concerned about the status of my parcel and would like to know if it's en route to the retailer or if there's a delay. If it's lost, I expect compensation for the £49 item inside. Thank you, S. Steer.

I encountered issues while trying to order my email courier collection labels using PayPal. Despite two failed attempts with PayPal, I successfully completed the transaction with my credit card. However, I have yet to receive the label via email, even though the collection is scheduled for the next day. Unfortunately, I am unable to contact Hermes to address this issue promptly. Additionally, I noticed a pending charge from PayPal despite Hermes' website indicating payment failures. This situation has left me concerned about possible duplicate charges and the uncertainty of receiving the necessary label for the courier service. I hope these payment and label issues do not lead to further complications with the courier's delivery process.

Tracking number [redacted][redacted]. The item arrived on Friday afternoon instead of the expected Wednesday. It was delivered to a different address without any notice, even though we were home all day. The courier provided a photo of the package against a wall as proof of delivery, but it could have been any wall. Thankfully, someone found it and brought it to me. I believe the courier didn't attempt to locate the correct address, despite clear labeling on the parcel. I have informed the retailer about this issue.

I have noticed that Hermes has been having issues with delivering to my address. Despite placing an order with Missguided over 8 days ago, I have not yet received my items. I keep receiving texts promising delivery the next day, which doesn't happen. The clothing company even refunded me for next day delivery, but a new order through Hermes made 3 days ago has not arrived as well. My postcode is E9 5AU, and the current tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. Thank you.

Hello, I recently received my order from Mamas and Papas supposedly delivered by Hermes. However, I'm facing an issue as the tracking information states that it was delivered to a safe place. I am unsure where this safe place is, especially since I did not provide any instructions for such a delivery preference. Furthermore, there was no card or photo left regarding the delivery. I am frustrated by the lack of communication and the apparent misinformation. I am eager to locate my delivery and understand the reasoning behind the inaccurate status. Parcel number: [redacted][redacted] Thank you.

I placed an order on boohoo.com last Friday and paid for next day delivery. I reached out to them on Sunday as my parcel had not arrived yet. They assured me it would be delivered on Monday, but it's now Tuesday and I still haven't received it. After contacting them again, they mentioned they have emailed you about the issue but indicated I might have to wait until the 9th for a resolution or for the parcel to arrive. This situation is unacceptable. I am eager to know the whereabouts of my parcel, the reason for the delay, and when I can expect to receive it.
