I need to report another delivery issue. A courier failed to locate my flat for a "to be signed for" parcel, even though they had accessed the building to deliver another package to a public reception. I was home, no attempt was made to contact me through the intercom, making this service seem ineffective if they are unwilling to deliver to my flat after gaining access to the building. Tracking number: [redacted][redacted] Flat 1/3, 5 South Frederick St, Glasgow, G1 1JG

I made a purchase from Pretty Little Thing last week, with a delivery date of October 4th, which was yesterday. However, my package did not arrive. When I checked the delivery status today, it showed that the item had been delivered, but I never received it. This isn't the first time this has happened to me with Hermes as the carrier. I had a similar issue before, but I didn't pursue it due to the poor customer service. Given that I spent a significant amount on this order and need it urgently by Monday, I am disappointed with the situation. I just want to receive my package on time. My barcode number is [redacted][redacted]. I would provide my order number, but I am struggling to locate it on the website. Thank you, Lucy.

I have explained my issue already, and the email reply I received asked if my problem had been resolved and what action I want to be taken. I am requesting assistance to identify the person who signed for my parcel incorrectly, as it was not delivered to the correct address despite what Hermes claimed. The email instructed me to contact Hermes, but the provided phone number is not functional. I am feeling frustrated about being bounced between the seller and Hermes without a resolution. The tracking information shows the parcel as delivered, but the recipient is unknown.

Subject: Inquiry About Sending Little Tikes Car Without Box Dear MyHermes Customer Support, I have a Little Tikes car weighing 6kg with dimensions H82.5, W40.6, D77.5cm that I need to send to a friend's place. As it is made of plastic and doesn't have a box, I plan to tape the label with the delivery address and code directly onto the item. I would like to confirm if the person collecting the kids' car will accept it in this manner. I am comfortable with it being collected without a box. Additionally, I believe placing it sideways on your conveyor belt during processing should not pose any problems. I am looking forward to your response. Best Regards, Hali

The driver stated he attempted to deliver parcel No. [redacted][redacted], but we were not in. This is untrue, as I was home all day waiting for the parcel I needed. The delivery is scheduled for the next day, today being Sunday. I am unsure if a delivery attempt will be made today. The given delivery window was between 5-7pm, but I received the information in the afternoon and the driver claimed to have come at 6.50pm, which I believe is inaccurate. It seems like he may have run out of time and decided to fabricate the delivery attempt. Hermes needs to address this issue as this is another instance of their poor service. DPD, on the other hand, offers a more reliable and thorough service that sets a good example for Hermes to follow.

I received an email stating that my parcel was delivered and placed through the letterbox, but my mom was at home all day waiting for it, and no one knocked or left a delivery note. They claim it was delivered through the letterbox, yet upon arriving home, the parcel was nowhere to be found. I demand either the delivery of my item or a full refund. I am dissatisfied with the service and do not appreciate being passed around without a resolution. Someone should take responsibility for this error. Displeased with the service, Mark.

Yesterday at 16:32, a parcel was supposedly delivered to my address; however, it was not found there. The parcel, which was meant to be left in my shed, was signed for by someone claiming to be me, even though it was not a signed for delivery. I was not home at the time of delivery. The tracking number for the parcel is [redacted][redacted]. I believe that the driver did not adhere to the instructions, resulting in the parcel being misplaced or taken. I hold Hermes responsible for the £25 value of the parcel.

I have been having a frustrating experience with Hermes, the courier, and Boxfity, the retailer where I purchased an item. Both companies are directing me back and forth without resolving the issue. They took my money quickly but are now refusing to provide a refund, which goes against my consumer rights. Hermes claims they delivered my parcel through the letterbox on a specific date and time, but when I returned home, it was nowhere to be found. My mom was home all day waiting for the parcel, but there was no knock on the door or a delivery card left. I am left out of pocket due to this situation. I am seeking either the item or a refund. - Mark

Upon returning home, we discovered a 'sorry I missed you' card left stating that 'our' parcel was placed in a 'safe place'. Unfortunately, the location was not safe as it was in plain view next to our low front wall, and further, it was delivered to the wrong address. The barcode stated on the card was [redacted]2. The package had the address as 'Flat 2 Cumberland Court', but it was intended for 2 Malmsey Cottages, LU5 5BW. I have personally redelivered it to the correct address. This is not the first occurrence of such an error by your delivery personnel, and we are worried about potential mistakes that may impact us negatively. It is essential that those responsible for parcel deliveries are sufficiently literate to avoid such mix-ups in the future.

We sent two packages from Clitheroe, UK to a New Zealand address, paying extra for insurance and guaranteed delivery. Unfortunately, the packages were returned to the same UK address without explanation. We are worried about the lack of communication and request either a reshipment to New Zealand or an explanation for the failed delivery as soon as possible.

As a university student, I ordered an item to be delivered to the reception of my residence hall. Upon arrival, I was informed that they did not receive my item. Hermes website indicated the delivery was done, with a signature logged at 11:43 am, but it was not the signature of the staff present. They confirmed being the only ones working that day, raising concerns about who signed for the parcel. I seek clarification on the whereabouts of my package and the authenticity of the signature provided.

I ordered a parcel from eBay that was delivered to the wrong address with the incorrect postcode. I am experiencing delivery issues as Hermes claims they attempted delivery but did not actually do so, nor did they try to contact me to fix the problem. My local courier is searching for the package, but it seems it might be with a courier in a different county. I am hoping to find a way to either pick it up with proof of address or have it re-delivered. This is a simple issue, but unfortunately, there is no customer service phone number available to resolve it.

On Saturday, October 5th, I was expecting a parcel from Gymshark. I received an email from Hermes stating that delivery would be attempted between 10-12 a.m. later that day. Subsequently, I received another email explaining that my local courier was unable to deliver the parcel and would try again the next working day. Finally, I got an email at 3:32 p.m. saying that the parcel had been delivered through my letterbox. Sadly, it was delivered to the wrong address, and despite checking with my neighbors and others on my street, I couldn't locate it. This has been a frustrating experience, as I have wasted both money and time waiting for the parcel that never arrived.

On October 4th, I placed an order with Gymshark and selected next day delivery. The following day, I was notified via email that delivery would be attempted between 10-12 am. Shortly after, another email stated that my local courier was unable to deliver and would try again on the next working day. Later that same day, I received an email indicating that my parcel was allegedly delivered at 15:32 through my letterbox, but I have not received it. Despite asking my neighbors, the parcel remains missing. The entire experience has left me frustrated and feeling as though time and money have been wasted. Unable to access the website on the 5th due to maintenance, I couldn't even check the tracker for confirmation. The tracker continued to indicate unsuccessful delivery until October 7th, when it was finally updated as delivered.

I wish to inquire about the status of item No. [redacted][redacted]. It was sent for collection at the click & collect shop on 49 Reading Road, Henley-On-Thames, RG9 1AB. According to tracking information P[redacted], it seems the delivery driver is unable to leave the parcel there for collection. Could you please provide an explanation for this issue? Additionally, if the parcel cannot be collected from the click & collect shop, is it feasible to have it delivered to the recipient's home address at no additional charge?

The tracking information shows that my parcel has been marked as delivered and signed for by me, but I have not received it and there was no notice left indicating its location. I am concerned about the whereabouts of my package. Additionally, I would like to lodge a formal complaint against my local courier. I have encountered numerous difficulties with this individual, such as the absence of delivery notifications and rudeness. Moreover, there have been consistent issues with delivering packages to the correct address under their supervision, leading me to doubt their suitability for this position.

Hello, I have frequently used Hermes delivery service and have always been very pleased with the service provided. I always weigh my parcels before dispatching them from my home. I want to clarify that I would never purposely send an overweight parcel just to save a couple of pounds. After placing the label on this specific parcel, I re-weighed it, and it was slightly under 2kg. Upon discussing this with my son-in-law, who is a Hermes employee, he suggested reaching out to Customer Services to explain how I weighed the item and recommended using digital scales for more accuracy, which I plan to do. Reflecting on past experiences, I now realize that I may have paid more for parcels than necessary and am hopeful for a refund if applicable. I apologize for the oversight regarding the overweight parcel and assure you that I will be more careful in the future when weighing items. I kindly request consideration for a credit on this particular incident. Thank you, G. Salt Incident - [redacted]28.

I placed an order on ASOS last Friday, expecting delivery on Saturday. However, there was a delay in the delivery process after it was out for delivery. The tracking information advised me to check back in the morning for an update, but I have yet to receive any further information on the whereabouts of my parcel and the new estimated delivery time. Despite the initial expectation for delivery on Saturday, the package did not arrive then, and I am now eager to know when I can anticipate its arrival.

I requested the item to be delivered to my work address but missed the Saturday delivery since my office is closed. I redirected it to the shop nearby, one of only two buildings in the area. Unfortunately, it was not delivered. Today, the delivery was made, with the driver claiming it was placed in our post box (which we don't have) and attaching a photo that appears to be a finger obscuring the camera lens. This is unhelpful. I am now unsure of the status of my parcel and would appreciate an update on its whereabouts.

I received an email from Hermes stating that they had delivered my parcel by putting it through my letterbox. When I returned home from work, I found nothing in my hallway. My mother was home all day, waiting for the item, but no one knocked on the door or left a calling card. I am frustrated that I did not receive my package due to the courier's mistake. I am requesting either the delivery of my item or a full refund. I am not pleased with the service provided and do not want to be directed back to the retailer as they are already directing me to you. Mark.
