I declined a delivery from your courier on June 29th, [redacted], named Hung. When he became verbally aggressive and threatening after I refused the parcel over the intercom, I felt unsafe. I tried to contact you to explain my concerns. However, I noticed on July 2nd, [redacted], that Hung returned to my property and left the parcel outside without my consent. I have not accepted the package and do not wish to receive it. I had already informed the sender of my rejection. Moreover, upon reviewing the photo on my phone, it seems that Hung accessed the communal area of my building, which is unacceptable. As a vulnerable black woman with long-term mental health issues, I cannot tolerate this behavior. I will report both your company and Hung to the authorities if necessary. I have been trying to follow up on a missing item with the supplier through several emails. They claim it was delivered, but I never received it. I initiated an A-Z claim on Amazon, but they also confirmed the item as delivered. Despite the tracking showing that three items were delivered, I only received two parcels on the specified date. The missing item is a purple Zipper for my granddaughter. This isn't the first time I've experienced delivery issues. Amazon suggested contacting the supplier. This morning, I received an email from a seller regarding the delivery of my package. The email mentioned that the courier mistakenly sent the package to the wrong address, resulting in the inability to redeliver it to me due to reliance on a third-party shipping service.

Today's date is July 25th. The parcel was dispatched on July 11th, with the last tracking entry on July 14th stating "your parcel has been delayed." By July 16th, the purchaser was upset about the delay and requested a refund. I refunded him, resulting in a loss for me.
I contacted Evri Customer Services at [redacted]6 and spoke to a representative who mentioned they would contact the courier and get back to me within 48 hours. Since then, I haven't received any updates. Despite multiple follow-up calls, the automated system states that the issue is being addressed without allowing me to speak to a person.
I am requesting a Lost Parcel Claim Form to be sent to my email for me to claim a refund for the loss.

I have not received my package that was due on or before Friday, July 29th. I am worried and stressed as I paid for it on Sunday, July 24th, with confirmed delivery by Friday, July 29th. The item is a gift for Saturday, August 6th. Despite being told to wait 24 more hours, I have not received any help and feel frustrated. The tracking number (H030VA[redacted]) shows the package as delivered on August 4th, but it was not, as the delivery photo is of a warehouse, not my home. I paid £39.99 for this delivery and expected better service. I tried contacting Holly the virtual assistant, but the options provided do not address my issue. Hello, I recently shipped a parcel via Evri with reference number P[redacted] on 4/8/22, which was received today with Hermes reference number H0067A[redacted]. Unfortunately, the parcel arrived damaged, and I am able to provide photos as evidence. When I purchased the delivery through Ebay Packlink, compensation was offered. Ebay has advised me to reach out to Evri for compensation since I had to refund the full amount including postage to the buyer. However, I am struggling to find a way to contact a human agent or submit a compensation request on the Evri website. This experience has left me frustrated, and I would like to avoid using Evri in the future. I am looking for an email address or form where I can send the photos of the damaged parcel and formally request compensation. Though the item wasn't costly, it is the principle of the matter that concerns me. I hope to receive a prompt response from Evri regarding this matter.

I sent an email last night and received incident number [redacted]05. I was directed to use the customer services link but found only options to report damage to a house or vehicle, and no way to send my complaint.
I want to report that several residents in Lairg IV27, including myself, are not receiving deliveries from Capital Carriers in Inverness. One Facebook user shared their experience where they had to arrange to collect their parcel due to delivery delays in our area. Many essential items are not reaching residents, causing distress. The issues with Capital Carriers are negatively impacting Evri's reputation in the region.
I have two upcoming orders through Evri and I'm uncertain when I will receive them. I previously discussed this matter with a representative in June (incident number [redacted]29). I urge Evri to address this delivery problem promptly to safeguard their reputation.

Hello, on August 19th, I was notified by Baker Ross that my order had been received, and I was expecting a notification for the delivery date. Unfortunately, no such notification arrived, and I missed the attempted delivery on Saturday. I wish I had received the delivery day information in advance to provide instructions for leaving the parcel. Today, I received another email regarding a different parcel awaiting delivery notification. I hope to receive the delivery day information as promised this time. The first parcel was T007ZA[redacted], and today's is TZYA[redacted].

I returned an item to an Evri shop and they scanned the barcode from my email sent by Home Essentials. Instead of giving me a Home Essentials receipt, they provided an Evri parcel receipt with a tracking number.
However, it has been 8 weeks and I have yet to receive my refund from Home Essentials. When I contacted them, they claimed the tracking number on the Evri receipt belongs to Vinted, a company I am unfamiliar with. Upon checking the tracking code, it indeed shows Vinted and indicates that the parcel was picked up from the Evri shop 3 weeks after I returned my items to Home Essentials.
This mix-up has led to financial stress as I await my refund. I believe there was an error at the store, and I urgently require the correct tracking information to provide to Home Essentials for my refund. Despite trying to contact Evri's customer service, their automated system does not recognize my tracking number, making it impossible to reach a representative for assistance.

According to the tracking information, the courier supposedly attempted to deliver it three times, over a course of three days. However, I was home all this time and no one turned up. I reside in the Wilsumer Berge area of Germany, where there are summer houses and the parcels are typically left at the main reception. It appears that this time it hasn't worked out. I'm uncertain about the correct course of action to finally receive my package. I did provide my contact number to the courier, maybe I should ring them to sort it out? Hello, I was informed that someone would call me back regarding my missing large parcels, but I am still waiting. I was advised that one big parcel was lost and the other two were being returned, but I have not received them. When I questioned the customer service representative about the missing parcels, I was surprised at the response I received. I have a package meant for delivery to Flat 8, Perseverance Court, Albion Street, Padiham, Burnley BB12 7DZ with Tracking Number: T01E8A[redacted]. I have recently moved out of this address due to a significant argument with my father. I no longer reside there and do not wish for the package to be delivered there as my father will not allow me to have it. I placed the order a while back but only moved out 2 days ago. I have attempted to request the seller to change the delivery address; however, the company is located in China, causing a delay in communication due to time zones and a language barrier. As there will be no one present at the old address during the day or most nights, reattempting delivery would be futile. Could you please arrange for it to be redelivered to the nearest ParcelShop at either Texaco Padiham, Burnley Road, BB12 8SS or Princess Way, Burnley BB12 0AN? I cannot emphasize enough the importance of this request.

I was supposed to have a delivery from Hermes yesterday evening, October 18, [redacted]. However, I did not receive it. When I checked the tracking information, it stated that the item was delivered on October 14, [redacted], accompanied by a photo of the delivery.
The item was not delivered directly to my door. Instead, the driver merely opened the main door of the building, placed the item inside, and snapped a photo. It seems he propped open the door to make it appear as though someone had answered it. Additionally, he did not proceed to my specific apartment door, even though my son and daughter were home at the time. I arrived home shortly after the supposed delivery time and found nothing.
I have searched the premises thoroughly and asked my neighbors, but the item is nowhere to be found. I have had numerous successful deliveries from various companies in the past, but this is the first time something has gone missing. It seems the driver chose not to deliver the package to my doorstep and instead took a shortcut, leaving me without my awaited item.

I have missed the delivery of my parcel twice now as I was at work. I left a note for the driver to leave it in my green bin, but they insisted it needed a signature. I am frustrated that they have not attempted a later delivery time, making it inconvenient for working individuals like myself. Your company's courier service has been extremely disappointing. I scheduled a home parcel collection on November 28, [redacted]. The courier falsely claimed attempted collection at 7:10 PM, stating no one was home when I am housebound. Again, on November 29, the courier falsely reported trying to collect at 9:40 PM, and since then, no progress has been made on the tracking number H0047D[redacted]. Additionally, another delivery with tracking number H022EA[redacted] was supposed to be delivered between 2:00 and 4:00 PM on November 30. However, the tracking later updated to say the parcel could not be delivered at 6:58 PM. Your company's low rating of 1.75 out of 5 in the last two years reflects the poor service. It is crucial for your company to address these issues promptly.

As a previous customer of Hermes, I recently tried to send a small parcel using Evri. Despite filling out all the necessary details and making the payment, my address was repeatedly rejected. Even after manually entering it both ways, my address was not accepted. I had to resort to going to the post office due to this issue. Additionally, the chat line was unresponsive, which was disappointing.
