I am having trouble reaching Hermes. I need them to collect my dishwasher, which was scheduled by Amazon. They provided a link for Hermes to confirm the pickup details, but I haven't received any response. Despite Hermes showing up unannounced yesterday and leaving a notification, I wasn't prepared. They mentioned returning the next business day. I am now forced to find coverage for my ponies and wait at home all day. I need to know if they will be coming today since I cannot incur extra costs looking after my ponies for two days in a row.

I ordered shoes for my partner, but there have been issues with the delivery. The first attempt failed due to the driver not finding the address. We provided detailed instructions for the next attempt. Despite a message that the parcel was on its way on Friday morning, it is now Saturday evening and there are still no shoes. The app shows the parcel is still out for delivery. I just want the shoes delivered to me promptly, either to my front door or a nearby professional building. I paid a lot for these shoes, and I'm eager to receive them soon. Thank you.

Hello, I am awaiting a delivery from Evri, a nebulizer for my 5-year-old child, which is urgent due to their breathing problems, exacerbated by COVID. Despite receiving emails about the delivery on the 10th of March, the driver supposedly couldn't locate my address. After sending all the necessary information for redelivery, I was informed it would arrive on the 17th, followed by an email 20 minutes later claiming I wasn't home. Strangely, I did receive a parcel on the 15th from a company called I SAW IT FIRST. I have been vigilant at home, fearing missing the package. Despite contacting the company, no progress has been made, leaving me stressed and worried about my daughter's health. The situation with Evri has been frustrating and unproductive, and I am at a loss for what to do next.

Dear Hermes, I recently received a message stating that my Amazon parcel could not be delivered to 5 Baillie Crescent, East Calder, West Lothian EH53 OTX. There was no tracking number provided with this delivery attempt, and it claimed that delivery was tried at 7:37 am today. I find this hard to believe as I have been home all day, and this has been an ongoing problem since moving to my new property in December [redacted]. I have seen negative articles in the evening news about similar issues happening to my neighbors as well. I urge you to rectify this situation promptly and ensure my parcel is delivered today. I rely on Amazon Prime for quicker deliveries and would like this matter resolved before I escalate it further.

Hello, I encountered an issue on March 6th, [redacted], when a parcel I sent was returned to me because the buyer failed to include their name on the package. Consequently, I couldn't retrieve it. The package only had the buyer's shipping label with their address and not mine, leaving me without proof of ownership. This transaction occurred through the VINTED app. The buyer neglected to include the necessary two shipping labels on the parcel, leading to its return. The parcel has not yet made its way back to the buyer, which should have happened within two days. The initial shipment was on March 6th, [redacted], from the March service station in Cambridgeshire. The return address indicated is Tesco - NE9 5AA. I urgently need this matter resolved as I have lost my goods. Hello, I used Hermes to send a parcel on March 6th with tracking number H0067A[redacted]. Despite multiple delivery attempts, it has not been successful due to "Delay due to address access." The recipient resides in a rural area, and Hermes seems to have trouble locating the address, unlike other delivery companies. I have tried without success to provide instructions for the driver to locate the address. Currently, there is no option to reroute the parcel to a nearby parcel shop. The only available alternative is to leave the parcel with a neighbor, but the driver faces challenges in accessing the postcode. I have two concerns to address today. Firstly, I had scheduled an Amazon return collection for a heavy 25kg item today, 22/3, using the original delivery box. The collection was organized by Amazon with tracking number [redacted][redacted]. Secondly, I had also arranged a Hermes collection via Packlink for an item weighing less than 1kg, also planned for today with tracking number H0067A[redacted]. Unfortunately, there were issues with both collections. The Hermes driver arrived around 15:15 without ringing the doorbell and mistakenly took the large parcel meant for return, leaving a note saying it exceeded the weight limit. The correct parcel was waiting in our designated spot, which he usually checks. As for the Amazon return, despite being home, the tracking falsely claimed a failed collection attempt. I will rebook both collections for tomorrow and address these discrepancies. Thank you, Ben.

Dear Sir, I sent a parcel to Mr. DVMNN with the postal code BS40 5SJ on the evening of March 21, [redacted], around 6:30 PM. The shopkeeper provided tracking number C00HHA[redacted] for the Dell laptop, model number [redacted], that I sent. I also paid for extra insurance for damages or loss, and it was a delivery with a signature requirement. I checked online and saw that it was delivered with a signature on March 24 at 12:49 PM. However, now the eBay customer is claiming that the box was empty. I suspect a possible scam from the buyer, but I am quite worried. I have always trusted Hermes for my shipments within the UK and never had any issues before. The item's weight was 3kg, and I posted it at the Hermes shop Nisa Todays Shop No. [redacted] Stains Road. If the laptop is indeed lost, it should be Hermes' responsibility. Please advise me on what steps to take to resolve this issue. Thank you. I placed an order with Lullabellz on Friday, March 25th, and paid for guaranteed next day delivery. The tracking app indicated that the parcel was received by the delivery service at 15:08 on Friday, but I have yet to receive it. After contacting Lullabellz, they informed me that due to delivery issues, a replacement was dispatched on a next day delivery service for Wednesday, but it still has not arrived. I am frustrated by the lack of delivery for both the original order and the replacement. The customer service experience has been disappointing. I had an issue sending 2 parcels via Hermes on March 21. Despite several attempts, the label wouldn't print at my usual Hermes shop. After contacting customer service who couldn't find any issues, I couldn't print the label. Eventually, after multiple tries and frustration, the shop managed to print the label remotely. I'm now seeking guidance on how to get a refund for the process that caused me a lot of trouble.

I made several attempts to correct the delivery address on eBay as my package was mistakenly sent to the wrong house. Even after updating it multiple times with the correct information, the delivery company, Hermes, continued to deliver to the wrong location. Eventually, they returned the package to the seller. I reached out to the seller, who is awaiting the return of the package. However, Hermes has not provided any updates on the package's whereabouts. I am frustrated with the automated chat support and would like to speak to a human representative to ensure the correct delivery of my item.

My tracking number is C00HHA[redacted]. The receiver was supposed to get the item today, but I just received a message now saying it will be delivered at 2000hrs on Thu 21 Apr due to delivery issues. We can try again tomorrow. If you need more details, please let me know. I've sent parcels to the same address without any problems before. How can there be more than a 3-hour time difference like this? It's unacceptable. Looks like the service is deteriorating, and I'm not satisfied with today's service. The driver didn't even try to deliver the item. The house has cameras, so you should be able to check the driver's location to see if they really attempted delivery.

I missed the Hermes pick-up today (3/5/22) even though I was home. Being disabled, I'm always here. My doorbell might be out of batteries, but my front door is always open. My flat is 57, the first on the right. Unfortunately, I couldn't reach anyone to ask if the Hermes driver could bring the return label since I can't leave and don't have a printer. The Hermes card was left in my mailbox with no contact number to rearrange. The parcel is ready to go with the return code 3-[redacted]-0-[redacted]2-2 for the item "Dc1FPYn3RRMA" - a cat's eye door cam. I really need to schedule a new pick-up date.

Unfortunately, my neighbors slashed my car tires again, making it difficult for me to manage returning the package. On March 24, [redacted], I ordered the Oran sandal in size 37, color blanc, with order number [redacted]. An email with tracking number [redacted]72 was received on March 25. Although the package required a customer's signature, it was signed for by someone else. After contacting both FedEx and Hermes on March 28, Hermes advised me to contact my bank for a refund. The bank issued a temporary credit during the investigation, which was later reversed upon completion. Both the bank (Navy Federal) and FedEx informed me that Hermes should file a claim on my behalf due to non-delivery. After a month of following up with no progress, I am still hoping for a refund or replacement.

However, there have been issues with the pickups scheduled for Tuesday, May 3rd, and Thursday, May 5th between 7 pm and 9 pm. Even though I was home, nobody attempted to collect the package, and I wasn't informed via text or intercom. I have been regularly checking the website, but the status still shows "will deliver next working day" with no further updates. It is crucial to resolve this promptly as I need the item collected within the return period to receive a refund. It has already been over a week since the booking. Tracking number C00HHA[redacted] indicates that the parcel was placed in Inpost Locker on March 5th, [redacted], at 8:59 PM at Pennywise Store, Ennerdale Road, Astley. The delivery is addressed to Carole Heaton in Preston PR6 8TQ for trainers with a postage cost of £2.99 and character code R8LRJX. On May 12th, [redacted], Ammaarah informed me that a case has been opened as the package is missing. I was assured an update within 24-48 hours via email/phone but have not yet received any information. Attempts to contact customer service led to being cut off after a case was mentioned, with no further assistance. I urgently request Hermes/Evri to contact me regarding this delivery to resolve the missing items. A claim form is needed to compensate the customer, pending resolution with Hermes/Evri. I have experienced poor service from your delivery drivers twice recently. Despite clear instructions to deliver to the front of my property and a sign on the locked back gate, there have been two issues. First, a delivery was falsely marked as handed to me when no one had come to the front, requiring me to wait another day for the package. Second, after leaving the gate unlocked to facilitate the delivery, a package was thrown over my neighbor's gate instead, not following the instructions or even delivering to the correct address. Despite my efforts, the correct delivery procedure is consistently ignored. I am considering informing Mountain Warehouse about the consistently disappointing service and may reconsider future purchases due to these ongoing problems.
