I am reaching out to express my frustration with an order I placed with Sports Direct on December 8th for a Christmas gift. The company has had the trainers since then, but the automatic tracking phone number provided has been unhelpful. After trying multiple numbers, I finally reached a representative with a less than satisfactory attitude. Despite my polite inquiry about the package, the representative was dismissive and unhelpful, stating it was not her or Hermes' responsibility. She abruptly ended the call when I requested to escalate the issue and obtain her name. I maintain that I was neither aggressive nor impolite in our interaction. As someone who deals with transport companies regularly, I understand the carrier's responsibility for undelivered packages. Currently, I am left without resolution or support from Sports Direct. I anticipate your timely response to address this matter.

Regarding tracking numbers HRM[redacted]3, HRM[redacted]1, and HRM[redacted]7, I dispatched three Christmas packages to my daughter in France on 9/12. According to tracking, they were out for delivery on 15/12, but on 20/12, the status changed to being returned to sender. Unfortunately, my daughter discovered these updates in her junk mail. She was asked to pay €59 for them to be released from Customs, but when she tried, she was informed it was too late. This marks the second time such an incident occurred after a similar issue with her birthday gifts in September. Despite using Hermes frequently for shipments to France, I am profoundly disappointed by this situation. I have received four payment demands from Hermes for excess weight on parcels I recently sent. I initially paid for up to 1kg on each parcel, but they are claiming that one weighed over 2kg, even though they all were under 800g. The parcels contained lightweight women's clothing, so it seems unreasonable to receive these demands. I have been unable to reach a real person at Hermes, as there is no email available and their automated system with 'Holly' has not been helpful.

Today, I was home all day and no one knocked on my door. Despite that, you said you delivered a package, providing a photo as proof. However, the photo shows a location that is unfamiliar to me, taken at night, which is not my residence. The time you stated the parcel was delivered does not align with the photo. Given that I was home all day with no one attempting delivery, I am concerned about the whereabouts of my package. I suspect a possible mishandling or theft. Any assistance would be appreciated. I placed an order with Hermes last Monday around 1:30 AM, and by 11:30 AM, the status was updated to delayed, promising delivery the next working day. It's now Friday, and there has been no movement or updates. I suspect foul play, as calling with my order number yields no information and abruptly hangs up without the option to speak to a representative. This has resulted in my husband being without his gifts after a frustrating week of trying to locate the missing parcel.

I handed in a parcel for posting on the 17th of December, but it has been delayed for several days. I have already tried contacting customer service by email, phone, and live chat twice. However, during live chat, both the 16-digit reference number and the 8-digit number were not recognized. This parcel was a Christmas gift for my daughter, so I am very disappointed. On Christmas Eve, one of your trucks damaged my car. We have witnesses and CCTV footage of the incident. The driver admitted fault and said he would report the accident to your company. However, we have yet to hear from your office. The registration number of the lorry involved is YY20 GKP. We also reported this incident to the police. I am eagerly awaiting your response. I am experiencing an issue with a parcel I sent via Hermes on 21/12/[redacted]. The contents were a gents' Stuhrling automatic watch, but upon arrival at the destination, the box was empty, and the watch was missing. I believe there are only two explanations: either the buyer is falsely claiming the watch is missing or the delivery driver opened the box and took the watch. In my opinion, the buyer received the watch but is now trying to claim insurance to recover the money and keep the watch. This is the first time I have encountered such a problem with items in transit. My wife personally dropped off the package after I packed it. To resolve this matter, the recipient who received the empty box is Mahesh Patel. The parcel number is Hermes P[redacted] - TOOMTA[redacted]. I will forward these details to you. I received a quote for a courier to pick up a parcel from the sender's address to the receiver's address. I paid for and printed the label, and the courier collected the parcel as scheduled on 22/12/21. However, upon checking the tracking information, I noticed that the parcel hasn't moved and is still not out for delivery. I attempted to contact them, but the free number provided was incorrect, and the [redacted] number led me to a robot with preset questions. The chat support was also unhelpful, manned by another unhelpful robot. I paid for the service in good faith, and I'm disappointed by their lack of communication and delivery. I regret not choosing Royal Mail, even though they are pricier. This experience has shown me how unreliable this company is compared to more reputable alternatives.

This is my third attempt to have a parcel collected. I am Mrs. I. Russell residing at 23 Moreton House in Slippers Place, Rotherhithe SE162EQ. I do not have a tracking number for this parcel. Due to a disability, I need to use a bucket as I have trouble reaching the toilet when the buzzer rings for me to send the lift down. My stair lift is too slow to get down quickly. Hi, I am frustrated with the way my parcels have been handled by the courier service. I recently discovered that my parcel meant for my mom's address was returned instead of being delivered to 15A Wood Hall Terrace, Juniper Green as agreed with the courier. This issue has happened multiple times, and I have read numerous complaints about the courier service. I will not be using them again. I will be back home on Wednesday as school resumes on Thursday. Can the parcels be dropped off at Juniper Green Primary School where I am stationed as a crossing guard, as I am not home during the day? I had spoken to digital assistant Holly about delivering to my mom's address, but it seems the message was not relayed. I hope to avoid missing the courier again. Thanks, Fiona R.

On January 4th, I had scheduled three collection appointments with QVC for a large item from my home. Unfortunately, nobody showed up for any of these appointments, including the latest one today between 8:30 and 10:30. Despite being home, no one arrived. I have been unable to reach anyone through the automated phone system. I am eager to have my item collected. Could you please provide me with an update on when this can be arranged? I have recently reached out to [redacted] regarding a tracking issue with the parcel. Despite previous attempts to resolve it through online chat with Hermes, there have been delays in collection. The package, with tracking number hookme[redacted], was due for pick-up on January 21, [redacted]. Following a rescheduled collection date of January 25, the parcel remains uncollected as of January 26, causing inconvenience. Due to scheduling conflicts, I have been unable to wait at home all day for the courier, and the lack of communication on the status of the collection has been frustrating. The parcel, left in a secure location near the front door, has been unattended for six days. This delay could result in issues with the return and refund process with ASOS. I have been let down by Hermes five times in the past few weeks. They were supposed to pick up my Studio Washington Fire surround and electric fire, which is a big item that requires two men and a large van due to damage. Despite being told they would pick it up on February 2nd, they have not shown up and we are very stressed. Our address is Flat 28, Upwyke House, Green Street, Eastbourne BN21 1QY. I have contacted Hermes regarding a parcel that has been in transit for 12 days without being delivered. The customer service phone line requires a parcel number that I do not possess, and I have not received any human response. Despite using Resolver, the only message I received from Hermes stated that the parcel seems to be lost, with a link to a lost claim form that leads to a non-existent page. I attempted to email [redacted] as listed on their site, but the email address appears to be invalid. I would greatly appreciate assistance in obtaining the claim form and seeking compensation for the time and inconvenience I have experienced, as I have already dedicated hours to this issue. Hello, good morning. To whom it may concern, I placed an order for several jackets in different colors from a well-known outdoor brand. The tracking information shows that the jackets are with Hermes courier and in transit. I have contacted eBay and I'm awaiting a response from the seller. If the jackets have indeed arrived at your facility, I expect them to be delivered to me without any issues. I will not accept them being returned to the sender. If I do not receive my orders, I will have to file a formal complaint against Hermes courier. Although securely wrapped, the driver's car didn't have enough space to accommodate it due to it not being a Van. You're looking to rebook the collection but can't locate the specific email containing the necessary reference number. The reference number for rebooking is C00HHA[redacted]. You have documented proof with photos that the packaging for the exercise equipment (Wonder Core 2) is intact.
