I rented two textbooks last semester. I decided to keep one and chose the buyout option. I received confirmation several weeks back but haven't received any further emails. However, today I got an email saying I need to return the rental by tomorrow or I'll be charged the buyout price. I'm confused as I already bought the book and don't want to be charged again. Can someone assist me with this issue?

I was recently charged $70.78 for a textbook on January 1st. Unfortunately, my daughter had to withdraw from classes due to health issues. I have a traumatic brain injury and am permanently disabled, making things more challenging. I need assistance in returning the book and possibly waiving any late fees due to the circumstances.
