Hello, I am Anushka Gowda. I purchased a laptop from WORLD OF LAPTOP in Chinchwad, Pune. My laptop has a defect and is draining its battery rapidly within minutes. Additionally, there is a blinking white light on the side indicating a hardware issue. I have tried contacting the store with no response. I am experiencing issues with my Smart Tank [redacted] printer. Despite working normally, when I turn it off and back on, it stays offline. After contacting support twice, the first agent suggested a router frequency issue, but changing settings did not resolve the problem. The second agent helped me connect the printer successfully to the HP Smart App, but the offline issue persists after power cycles. I was advised to select 'Direct-BA-HP-Smart Tank [redacted]' on my WiFi network, but this option does not appear, and I only see other HP printer networks available, not mine.

Hello, I have an HP Officejet 8022s printer. I'm having an issue where the black cartridge is not printing, even though it is a new cartridge. The printer is still printing in color. I spoke to an HP agent yesterday who advised me to buy a new cartridge and call back for technical support, but I can't recall the agent's name.

I bought an HP OfficeJet Pro 9010e Printer at Staples in Camp Hill, PA on May 9, [redacted]. Initially, I faced network connection issues, which got resolved, and the printer worked for some time. However, it later stopped connecting to the internet, even though it printed. The printer later showed a paper jam error, which was cleared, but the issue persisted. Now, it indicates there is no printhead, leading to printing problems.

I received my order from HP but it seems like there was a mistake. I only received the monitor, keyboard, cables, and packaging materials in the box, but not the PC itself. My order number is H[redacted]44 and the order date was August 25, [redacted].

After facing issues with my HP [redacted] printer, I decided to purchase a Jet Pro 9015e, but to my dismay, I encountered the same problem. Despite attempting to reconnect to the internet multiple times and disconnecting during the summer, the issue persists. My HP [redacted] printer usually works fine, and I have its diagnostic results. I've been a loyal HP customer for years, but the difficulty in reaching tech support has been frustrating. Could it be that the serial number for my new printer, TH33G570MB, is challenging to read, especially for older individuals? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased a 40 cm Firefly laptop from HP.com on September 28, [redacted]. While booking on the website, there were issues with the GST number and address. I had trouble making payments, so I had to cancel the order. Despite rebooking, the system still didn't accept the GST number. A support executive named Aakash assisted me over the phone and assured me he would arrange the GST invoice offline if I provided him with the necessary details, which I did at [redacted] The delivery was supposed to arrive by October 3, but it was delayed until October 10. After numerous calls and emails, I haven't received the promised GST invoice. Dealing with HP's customer care and the delivery service from Delhivery has been frustrating due to constant delays and unresponsiveness. I demand either a refund and return of the laptop or the issuance of the GST invoice, along with compensation for the ordeal. I caution others against purchasing from HP. -Gaurhav J. Printer set-up concerns. I recently purchased an HP Deskjet 4155e, and I must admit I am thoroughly disappointed with its performance. It falls short of my expectations by a large margin, leaving me dissatisfied with the product. As a result, I have decided to switch back to Canon printers in the future. Despite this negative experience, I have had positive encounters with HP laptops in the past and will continue to recommend them. While I appreciate any assistance, I have already made my decision and am not open to changing my mind.

I have sent this device in for repair twice due to the same touchscreen issue. However, the problem persists even after the second repair, occurring just one week later. Despite my attempts to escalate the matter with support, I have been met with unfulfilled promises. For four consecutive days, I've been informed that my case has been escalated and that I would receive a response within 24 hours, only to be left waiting with no contact. Upon following up, I discovered that my case was never actually escalated. This cycle has repeated for four days straight, causing frustration. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will pursue further action.
